Her patent lack of moral compass should be fairly clear to all by now. It reminds me exactly of Ted Steven’s $30,000 dollar chair that was loaned to him 7 YEARS AGO. McCain, by all accounts, is trailing in this election. In the next few months, he will get over the loss, and have time to reflect on his campaign. I’m fairly well convinced that he will come to the conclusion that picking Sarah Palin was his biggest mistake. She energizes the base, and that is all. His other huge mistake was his belief that the war was going to be the single biggest issue. When the economy started tanking, the wheels came off his campaign, and he never recovered. His issue became back page news, and his pick of Palin made him look foolish. This clothing expense is almost laughable, considering who McCain and Palin are trying to appeal to. They have simply made one bad move after another.

Taxes are going to rise, I will probably be paying around 25% when it comes down to it in a few years, and I pay 17.8 right now. Thats middle class is paying people. We are going to end up like it was during the Clinton Administatration. 50% for big business? How are they supposed to pay their middle class workers (managers, truck drivers, etc). Teachers are going to hurt even more under the Obama plan. Please please please people wake up and see what this is going to do. President Bush is the Commander in Chief of all our armed forces. So what’s your point? Neither of these individuals worked there way up through the ranks of the military. They are elected politicians. In contrast, when Republican General Colin Powell endorses Obama – it means something.

What frustrates people is that with all of her so-called, foreign policy experience – Palin can’t even answer a few basic questions on her own credentials. Most of you are so off base. First of all it is McCain and Palin that call themselves Mavericks. So to go out and spend $150,000.00 in campaign money on clothes is just wrong. She is Governor of Alaska and you mean to tell me she does not have any clothes. Her family made over $170,000.00 last year. If you are going to run a campaign on Joe the plummer you just don’t spend that much, and remember her family recieved clothes also, not just Sarah. The reason you can not put this on Obama because his family purchase their own clothes.

This wealth distribution is hogwash. Remember this the rich does trickle down cost. If they are taxed 3 points which is not ground breaking like most of you make it seem, the wealthy would just offset with more write-offs or simply pay the tax; But its the middle class that runs America financially. The rich can only make money if people are buying their products. It is not like you are taking the rich earnings and that check is handed over. You are allowing the middle class breathing room to get back on their feet in order to start buying goods and services in which the rich will eventually see three time the revenue. Believe me America will benefit from this. Right now the middle class is not buying anything and it is sinkinking the market, that is why we have this 700billion dollar bailout. If not America is bankrupt. We have had 8 years of tax cut for the wealthy and they still ship jobs overseas and depress the financial market. That is why we are in the mess we are in. The market have been suppressed with the thousand of loss jobs and de-regulations. So Mccain can not truthfully call himself your friend, because he has been part of sending your jobs overseas. Do your research it is their. I thought he was a good guy, well at one time he was.

go Back and listen or READ the FULL interview…….She said that $50,000 of those clothes were returned after THREe days, the ones that were not worn or altered. She said another $50,000 worth of clothing is still in BOXES and have never been worn. Those will go back as well.

So basically she needs to explain $50,000 worth of clothing that was purchased…does not seem that unpractical to me. I know I do not have $50k to spend on clothes, but I am not running for any office either.

Believe it or not, not all of us bought into the left wing indoctrination during our primary and college educations. I do not need Obama or Pelosi thinking for me anymore than I need them taking more of my money and giving it to people whom either refuse to succeed or did not pay their dues in order to suceed.

I agree…………….The MSM will dig into Palin’s clothing allowance for several days but they will not dig into WHY OBama refuses to show his college transcripts, refuses to show his college thesis, refuses to show anything he wrote while he was president of the harvard law review, refuses to show is full length vault copy of his birth certificate and it fighting it tooth-and-nail to keep it disclosed.

Better yet, don’t we all have to show all of the above at some point if we state we have college degrees, were born in the US, wrote certain pieces for certain “things”? I know we do here in Texas anyway…..but I guess Obama gets a free ride on the POlitically Correct Bus…..God forbid he get called out on the table for anything…it my embarass him …..
