Ayers on Controversy: “Life Happens”

The Chicago Tribune caught up with Willaim Ayers, the former Weather Underground radical militant, who has been called a “domestic terrorist”, and who now serves as a professor in Chicago. When asked about the controversy over his past interaction with Sen. Obama early in his political ascent that became a consistent target for the McCain campaign recently, Ayers responded simply:

“What could I possibly add?” he asked from the door to his office. “Life happens.”

Voter Fraud is a felony and I am urging ALL Americans to write or email the US attorney general to investigate ACORN; the main stream media has already identified 15 states with suspected illegal activity. email: AskDOJ@usdoj. snail mail: gov U.S. Department of Justice 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20530-0001. Here is what I sent and where: Office of the Attorney General, Dear Honorable Attorney General Michael B. Mukasey: As a citizen in this great nation called the United States of America I am writing you about my concerns with voter fraud and the organization called ACORN. I strongly urge for the Justice Department to investigate ACORN. The main stream media has informed the public of at least 15 states where fraud has been suspected. The Presidential election may be affected and at least the Democratic primary has been altered with regard to fraudulent activities. Concerned Citizen in Maryland, USA.

If we did not have the surge in the war we would not be winning. Obama voted against the surge,

we would be losing right now if his side won. Thank god it did not. Americans are not losers.

I too am a concerned citizen. I have a question. Isn’t it voter registration fraud not voter fraud since the election has not taken place yet. It is my understanding that before you vote you have to show identification. I too live in Maryland and I know when we vote we have to show ID. Is this the rule everywhere?

How can that (expletive, expletive, expletive) possibly be so arrogant?!?!?!?!?!?!? Does anybody need a better explanation for why you shouldn’t vote for Obama when he has such a close friendship with a jerk like this? I don’t understand this at all!

Why wasn’t this terrorist prosecuted????? Obama really needs to explain his alliances. Too many ignorant people will be voting for him. But, you get what you pay for. You will see how much he takes care of the middle-class. If he gets in…….don’t want to hear any whining from the masses.

“Voter Fraud is a felony and I am urging ALL Americans to write or email the US attorney general to investigate ACORN;”

it is registration fraud made by people making up names. this is not voter fraud. states still require ID to prove the person who presents the registration card is the person who is voting.

this is NOT voter fraud. these fake registrations would never actually be used.

typical GOP trying to throw out the vote of the midde and lower class. now THAT’S not socialism THAT’s totalitarianism

In 1995, Obama sues the State of Illinois on behalf of ACORN to get the state to comply with the federal “Motor Voter Law” law, which Republican Governor Jim Edgar correctly argues will invite voter fraud, partly because government officers registering new voters were “under orders not to ask anyone for identification or proof of citizenship.” ACORN has been prominent in the fight against photo I.D. for voting and other means of voter identification. ACORN specifically sought out Obama to represent them in the lawsuit; it was not simply assigned to him by a law firm.In 1995, urged by Obama, the Woods Fund gives more money to “community organizer” groups like ACORN. The Woods Fund publicly lies about its ideology, which allows it to obtain donations from many who aren’t aware of its radical intentions. Obama’s committee’s own report even brags that its claim to be “non-ideological has enabled the Trustees to make grants to organizations that use confrontational tactics against the business and government ‘establishments’ without undue risk of being criticized of partisanship.” During Obama’s tenure with the Woods Fund, the organization gives out more than $200,000 to ACORN

McCain was a speaker at an ACORN meeting this past year. ACORN hires people to go door to door, grocery stores etc to get people registered to vote, regardless of party. Some of the people they have hired have forged names on registration forms before turning them in. ACORN checks for correct information on all forms, however, they are rquired BY Law to turn in all forms- so they flag the ones they have found to be fraudulant. If election officials miss these flags, that is not the fault of ACORN. As a keynote speaker for the group, McCain should KNOW this. The way he slammed them tonight, I bet they are sorry they had him as a speaker.

I think the only people that got robbed is ACORN for paying. If Mickey Mouse doesn’t show up to vote, then who broke the law?
