That's what liberal are all about. He is promising to tax only the so called rich. Same game plan as Clinton in 1992. You don't bring private business out of a recession by raising taxes on the guys who generate the jobs. Look at the liberal states such as Ill, Mass. New Jersey, New York, Calf.. Everytime they have a short fall they raise taxes, which make more business and citizen leave the state. Look at states that have low taxes there the states business and workers are moving too and have been for years. New York, NJ, Calf. have been losing private business for years.
