If Palin and McCain want to gain momentum, they need to talk about issues that affect everyday people in a way that we can all understand. All we keep hearing from those two are attacks but we are not hearing substance. We are not hearing specifc plans on how Palin and McCain will turn around our economy. I have yet to see Palin or McCain come into black communites and give us an idea of their plans to turn our country around. They only seem focus their attention on white america.

In response to the AP reporter claiming racism and unconfirmed allegations about the Weather Underground terrorist, Ayers, my question is : when is the truth that has been reported in the NY Times and other publications based on race? I look forward to more information coming out about his character. What about the state senator he replaced in Il? I am a moderate Republican, and this is the last straw for me. What is John McCain thinking? We know Obama is black. We know he has a funny sounding name. This allegation about Ayers is old news. We don’t care anymore. An old woman in Akron, Ohio attempted suicide as she was being evicted from her home. We want to know which team is going to keep food on our tables, keep the heat and lights on and keep the elderly from being turned out onto t he streets.

First she says she’s just repeating what the Times said about Ayers and Obama….except she gets it exactly wrong, because the Times concludes that there IS NO SIGNIFICANT TIE linking Barack Obama to Bill Ayers, and that the men merely crossed paths as colleagues and neighbors.

Then when the AP calls her out on her blatant misstatement of NY Times article, she makes it sound as if there wasn’t an article, claiming that she’s bringing this up because it needs to be talked about, but nobody is talking about, y’know, this terrorist pal of Obama’s.
