Excuse me but only the DNC has super delegates. The RNC does not. The RNC has not stooped to rigging the primaries so their choice wins yet. The DNC started the super delegates, whom they hand pick, so the people could not choose a candidate they do not approve of as the people did in 1968. So basicly the DNC said that it did not care what the people wants it cares about what they want. Take a look at Pelosi with her "screw you" attitute towards the majority of Americans who want to drill here and now. As she so ele ganly put it to some protesters, "I'll drill your heads", and the fact that both Pelosi and Ried have blocked all major bills but did pass national "Day of the Cowboy ", wonder why? And then you have the all important, "National plumbers week", and let us not forget, "Frank Sinatra" , and then they really worked on naming government building and land, but not one of the 12 remaining appropreation bills. They want a majority of dems in and a dem president so they can spend more pork and waste more trillions of dallors as they are now.

I cannot tell you how disappointed with what I have seen so far in this convention. I cannot remember if I have ever seen so much hypocrisy and lack of loyalty. It started with the end of the primary, when Sen. Clinton’s delegates started abandoning her, friends are suppose to stick with you to the end as long as you are above board. I don’t even know where to start talking about the “POLLING” it was obviously prearranged, California. 441 votes that would have given Sen. Clinton the boost she needed PASSES give me a break. I had been a Democrat ever since I could vote, but when I saw what was going on early I switch my affiliation to Independent, after seeing this 1-120 million-dollar SHOW I am convinced I made the right decision.
I am sure that once the spectacle is over I will be even more convinced that I have made the right decision to vote for Sen. McCain. We have so many people in America hurting and he’s wasting money on this nonsense, with columns and fireworks, this is a disgrace to the memory of Dr. King, I would not imagine that he would even allowed his people to put on such a spectacle. It hurts me as a black woman to see a black man reach a level to have the possibility to become the president of this united states and handle it so shamefully.
We do not need any more rock star types we have enough of them already, they end up in some of the worst scandals.
It is just unbelievable what I seen, I am VERY disappointed.

For future elections, I recomend that caucusis, deligates, and super deligates be eliminated completely from our election process. The party nominee should be chosen by the people (all of the people), not the easily enfluenced, buyable, and bribable handfull of people that obviously do not vote for the people of their states (deligates and super deligates). Who chose these people anyway? And who monitors them durring the process to be sure they are on the up and up, and not succeptable to a bribe? Palosi, and Dean got exactly who they wanted. Someone new and inexperienced. Now they can wrap him around their little fingers.
The nominee choice should be made by how all the people vote. Either at the convention, or simply let everyone run all the way through to the general election.

My image of our election process is no different than third world country's. They use guns and violence to enfluence election results, and we here in America, use money and favors to influence election results.

So much for American freedom!

This entire convention was a sham. Dean and Pelosi must have some strange desire to see an 1959 Caddy up on blocks in front of the White House or something.

Get over it Lynne - the bitterness is strong in you. If you want to base the next 4 to 8 years of your future (who knows if you have kids, grandkids, nieces or nephews, dogs or whatever), on personal scorn, than so be it! Although politics is mostly about personality, there are these strange things called 'issues' that surround the political world, and usually Dems have similar stances on varying issues. Though the Michigan/Florida issue was a nasty debacle, it happened, and I don't think Hillary would have won either way.

I only hope you're going to vent your frustration by staying home in general, as opposed to voting for another party who doesn't deal with the issues the same way.

I to believe that Obama is a liar and a fraud, but with time all will surface. He and the media are to blame for Hillary's loss. Obama also didn't have the odesity to give her the VP position knowing perfectly well that with her there would be no questioning in him winning the presidential nomination. I am glad in a way that he didn't as when he messes up then the Clintons won't be blamed for it like they have been throughout this last 18 months. I AM NOT VOTING FOR OBAMA, I WILL BE PUTTING HILLARY'S NAME ON THE BALLOT AND VOTING FOR HER.

I work with all the politicians who back Obama......God help us all if he wins.

Obama is a FAKE and a FRAUD.

Lies run sprints, but the truth runs a marathon. The truth about Obama will come out. Obama is an actor reading his lines.

I watched as Senator Clinton announced her vote for Obama. Delecates around her begain to boo. I thought, "What are we back in the fifth grade again!" Senator Clinton is mature enough to move on. Just a few months ago these same people believed that Senator Clinton was intelligent enough to lead our country, and she is, but why are they now doubting her judgement. She is backing Obama. Value her opinion if your value who she is. She has lost the nomination. Let's move on!
