Lieberman among RNC convention speakers

LAS CRUCES, NM — Only eight years ago he addressed the Democratic National Convention as part of the ticket going up against George W. Bush but in less than two weeks, Sen. Joe Lieberman, will be speaking on the same night as President Bush at the Republican National Convention. The Connecticut Senator will be part of the four night lineup according to an RNC release sent to reporters Wednesday.

(Note that they have already scheduled a number of his potential runningmates throughout the convention speaking schedule and the campgin could easily move that person to that Wednesday night keynote slot, so unfortunately there are no clues in the lineup.)

it sounds like the learned elders of zion have a scheme to get a jew and israeli firster into the presidency. it’s an outside chance that mccain/lieberman would win and that mccain’s health would fail and presto! but what other opportunity exists for america’s zionist community now that bloomberg’s third party play has faded? not a bad gamble, i’d say.

McCain, may be a one term president and due to his age, I am concerned that if he picks an independent as a running mate, that person could be president. Do the Republicans want that?

Bush, Cheney, Guiliani, and Lieberman will all speak at the convention…evidently The Four Horseman of the Apocalypse is not just a myth.

Comment by portray our flag correct side up

The ‘more’ B.O. speaks the ‘less’ he says…

this is the reason behind his plunge in the polls…

I am an independent, pro-life, baby boomer, and if John McCain chooses Joe Lieberman as his Vice Presidential candidate — I am absolutely VOTING FOR HIM!!!!

That is the kind of change we need.

It would not only be the most qualified and responsible pair running, but also the most balanced presidential team ever to enter the Capitol.

Plus I believe that it would not only solidify a whole lot of independents like myself, but it would also bring over a lot of disgruntled Democrats and Hillary Clinton supporters.

I hope this is right on.
