PLEASE, first those are not McCain’s houses, they are his wife’s. Cindy McCain is more involved and contributes more to charity and helping the deprived children all over the world. She adopted 2.
Please, Obama has donated less than 10% of his income to charity. Right he cares NOT.

Well, I’ve always been a Democrat until now but I am not a racist. Why will I not vote for Obama? Well, there is the matter of his friends, past and present; there is is wife who is just now proud of her country for the first time in her life; there is his comment about the “typical white grandmother”; there is the fact that he changes his mind on issues daily; there is the fact that he didn’t visit troops in hospital in Germany but chose to play basketball; that he needs a teleprompter for all his speeches and therefore cannot seem to answer questions without one.; there is the fact that he appears to want to retreat rather than win; that he appears to continue to play the race card or his supporters do and that’s just to name a FEW.
Aside from that, I don’t think Bill Clinton belongs anywhere near the White House, I don’t like Hillary and I don’t care for all the screwups the democratic party has made during this election. Personally, I think Democrats ought to be embarrassed!

I don’t begrudge anyone having wealth, whether it is Obama or McCain. This class envy I’m reading makes me sick. The hypocrisy is horrible to see…. Obama is wealthy but he “cares about the poor and middle class” because he wants to raise taxes on the wealthy and redistribute people’s hard earned money to others who won’t work or try to better themselves. McCain is wealthy but he “doesn’t care about the poor and middle class” because he believes in personal responsibility and people trying to make it in this world by working hard to better themselves I tell my son often that if he wants good things in this life he has to work for it and earn it. If more people lived by that premise then there would be a lot less poverty in this country.

I do think it is very telling that Obama went off on vacation in the middle of a campaign, to rest, while the older John McCain continues to have the stamina and the commitment to keep on campaigning and working hard to win this election. All the Bush critics cried out whenever he went to Crawford on “vacation,” but he was never really on vacation when he went there. He was at his home, not in some plush tropical resort, and continued to work and BE PRESIDENT while he was there. Obama just checked out, which was a huge mistake…especially when the Georgia invasion took place. That could very well have cost him the election.

yea while he was visiting his grandmother in the nursing home, his wife and daughters went shopping. why? why didnt the wife want to see her? and why couldnt the girls see theri great grandmother? are they ashmaed of her being white? them being black? what gives? an opportunity missed. obama seems to do that alot. oh wait!!!!!!!!!!! i get it. the girls arent allowed christmas gifts, birthday gifts and visits to their great grandmother because somehow it teaches them some sort of lesson. geez, any person who doesnt INSIST that the children see their great grandmother, has a serious problem.

You should really check your facts.

Lincoln was a captain in the Black Hawk War, spent 8 years in the Illinois legislature, and served 2 years in the US House of Representatives.

Kennedy joined the US Navy in 1941 and became an intelligence officer. In 1943, as a PT boat commander, when his boat was rammed and sunk by a Japanese destroyer, Kennedy, despite grave injuries, led the survivors through perilous waters to safety. He served 6 years in the US House of Representatives and 8 years in the Senate.

In contrast, Obama has never served in the military, spent 7 years in the Illinois Senate, and has been in the US Senate for less than 3 years. A good chunk of his time in either office has been spent running for the next office.

I do not like either candidate, but I do like the truth. Obamabots try to paint him as the new incarnations of Lincoln and Kennedy and that is simply false.

I could care less about Obama’s experience. It’s his stand on issues (and sometimes lack thereof), his desire to redistribute wealth, his lack of integrity, and his all-around wimpiness (you can never criticize him) that have convinced me to vote for McCain in 2008.

I hope there’s better candidates in 2012.

Why did the original post and headline change from what it said earlier? It was so much better the way it was…talking about how Obama has been called an elitist. I wish the original blog post would be reposted here. I wanted to link to it.

How about putting it simply: THEY BOTH SUCK!

I’m sitting at home come November for the 1st time in my life—–the political parties gave some garbage choices for president and I will not condone this D-grade presentation that they have presented by voting for either one!
