Hillary’s cameo in latest McCain video
LIMA, OH — It was apparent when Hillary Clinton first uttered the line that it would one day appear in Republican attack ads against Obama. That day has come.
“I know Senator McCain has a lifetime of experience he will bring to the White House. And Senator Obama has a speech he gave in 2002,” Clinton told voters at a March campaign event in the midst of the increasingly vicious Democratic primary. She received a lot of heat from fellow Democrats at the time that she had handed the GOP a priceless attack line that they could use to beat Obama over the head.
The McCain campaign is now using that clip in their latest web video, “Praising McCain,” which features a number of Democrats saying laudatory things about the Arizona Senator.
UPDATE 12pm ET: Sen. John Kerry, who also appears in the video, says John McCain he is seen praising in 2004 is unrecognizable today. He released the following statement:
“The McCain campaign is determined to give their Paris Hilton ad a run for its money in the desperation department, and they’ve succeeded only in shining a light on the fact that the John McCain of today is unrecognizable from the John McCain of just a couple years ago. The real question is what happened to the John McCain we used to know and why he changed overnight into a George Bush nominee with a Karl Rove campaign. The new John McCain supports the Bush tax giveaways for the wealthy he once denounced, opposes his own immigration bill, flip-flopped on torture, and runs negative ads after calling for an honorable campaign. Frankly, it tells you everything about this election that the McCain campaign spins its wheels recycling what we said about John McCain way back when while scrambling and sputtering to explain away Governor Pawlenty’s praise of Barack Obama today.”

This shouldn’t be just a web video he should air it nationally…just to watch Hillary and B.O. try to downplay it would be priceless (much like watching Obama double-down on his inflated tires saving as much oil as can be produced silliness).

John Kerry and Obama are bigger flip-flops than anyone else.
It would probably be a wise move if the Democrats politely told Mr. Kerry to close his mouth during this campaign. No matter what he says, it is always accompanied with an avalanche of arrogance. The poor guy just can’t seem to help it.
I don’t think John Kerry realizes he is, to borrow from Ludacris, irrelevant…he still thinks what he says matters to the average American. He needs to go live in his mansion with Teresa and donate his two cents to someone who cares what he thinks.
I found it very interesting. FOXNEWS is like FOX, they don’t show Obama ad but loves to put McCain ad on every news. No wonder they claim themselves to be Fair and Balance.

They have their non-important celebs promoting their candidate, why don’t they just stick to acting, but if any of them go for a republican, OMG, their career is going to be over. I have voted democrat for the last 20 years, and I doubt very seriously I will ever vote democrat again!

I am an Obama supporter, but if there was a report like this that prooved ANY of the false allegations Fox Noise has Spewed about him. I would still say it was a good report, or say nothing at all.

Obama is the sorriest dem since carter.
McCAIN´S campaign “gurus” must think American citizens, specially voters are dum and ignorant. Political portocol ALWAYS demands a certain degree of praise and latitude of complimentary commentary made to opposing party officials. That´s just GOOD POLITICS (no pun intended).
However, to see a candidate running for the office of the Presidency as Senator McCAIN who now wants to hang his hat on meaningless political protocol derived from very general complimentary comments made by Democrats to another Republican colleague–meaning McCain–who now wants to become President. Is that it? McCAIN need very badly to shift away from the issues and focusing to personally attack OBAMA. Well I´ll make a prediction here right now: JOHN McCAIN just lost the election.
McCain was not born to lead. He was born to follow. That´s serious stuff when considering a candidate to be President of the United States.´ A leader doesn´t talk about his opponent to put him down,

This is the best ad so far. The democrats have to eat their words. I hope it works. Its funny to watch the democrats scramble to put down McCain. They call him names and accuse him of doing what they do. Obama is all washed up. We are tired of listening to him repeat what he thinks McCain has done.
