Obama giving families a $1000 energy rebate will not only increase our dependence on oil but it will also will lead to a higher price at the pump. What is it about simple economics that most people can’t understand?

call him what you will, Personally if I had my choice I wouldn’t vote for him but considering the alternative I have no choice. Barik Shiek Obama has no clue how to run a proud and strong country such as the US. Having listen to him degrade this great nation which gave him so many oppurtunities jus discuss me. Mc Cain has given his whole life for this country, either in the right or wrong. What has Obama done besides having only 143 days of work under his belt, no energy plan to wing our addiction of foriegn oil or alternative energy.
I’m sure he will change that once they realize the polls are starting to swing. Mark my word…

McCain - a conservative? He doesn’t know what the word means! That’s not the only word he doesn’t know! What about “family values”? What abour “compassionate conservative”?

Whoever is president will inherit (thank you, Bush 43!) a monstrous deficit. That’s a major change from what Bsh 43 inherited himself! Let’s face it, EITHER candidate will have to raise revenue. I don’t know what to think about the Republican and john mccain. I was under the impression this would be a good election after what mccain stated early but when you don’t have a strong position and a vision as to where you will lead this country the only other avenue he has is to make the public afraid and that obama is risky. I pray that the american public can see thru what mccain is saying and let it go in one ear and out the other. I truely believe if he didn’t have obama to talk about he wouldn’t have anything to say, i feel sad for him and the republicans who will follow him blindly only to wake up and see another four years of George Bush and that my friends we do not and i say again we do not need that for another four years. We need to move forward with new ideas and a new engery plan that will get us off of our dependence on oil. My name is Ray and i approve this message.

I’ve always voted republican, but now I support Obama, and if this campaign stays as negative as McCain is keeping it, I may vote straight dem from now on.

There are more than two choices! I never want my vote to be misconstrued as supporting a moderate, neocon agenda. I’d be happier voting for a true conservative in November even if Obama gets the presidency. Hopefully the backlash in two years will be just what real conservatives need.
