McCain to host a fundraiser with Bush…41

Sen. McCain will co-host an event with the less controversial Bush July 21 when he heads up to Kennebunkport, ME for a fundraiser with Bush 41 and his wife Barbara at the Walker’s Point Resort.

It will cost donors $2,300 for entry to the VIP reception and a photo opportunity

The last time McCain appeared with the former President was February 18, when Bush the elder endorsed the presumptive GOP nominee in Houston.

I know it’s not real journalism but seriously, please note the correct usage of the ellipsis mark.

Per wikipedia.com:

Ellipsis (plural ellipses; from Greek ἔλλειψις ‘omission’) in printing and writing refers to a mark or series of marks that usually indicate an intentional omission of a word or a phrase from the original text. An ellipsis can also be used to indicate a pause in speech, an unfinished thought or, at the end of a sentence, a trailing off into silence (aposiopesis).

The most common form of an ellipsis is a row of three full stops (…, . . . or [...]). Forms encountered less often are: three asterisks (***), one em dash (—), multiple en dashes (––), and the Unicode Ellipsis symbol […].

And this is news ??
When McCain moves away from Bush and impeaches him it will be news!!!

We now know more about ellipsis’s than…

anyway if you want to see the future of our country

look at the illegal mexican deluge and how neither

party will do anything about it. Every issue we face

nothing is being done anywhere. If I was an elected offical

especially a congress or senate person I would be

shaking in my boots wondering when the people would

come for a chunk of my a$$. These do nothings suck

us like leeches.

Hey M.S.. Indiana, Why do you keep putting down the man that has so far kept your
sorry a– safe since 9-11. No one wants to give him any credit for our safety. Also, he
has tried to pass some energy bills that the dems won’t pass. blame where blame is due

Actually, smart a$$, in a title of a creative work of art (yes, writing is an art) you can use whatever punctuation that you wish. It is just part of being creative, something that you obviously lack.

P.S. You lost all credibility by sourcing wikipedia - I just changed the definition of ellipsis, it was that easy.

I have read blogs all over about Obama and McCain and Bush. What I find puzzling is how I hear people say over and over how wrong it is to hate a candidate. It is wrong to be so against them for what they say and do yet it is perfectly alright for the news media and DNC to build a a hatred for the President of our country. Bush did not get us in this state, congress did. Congress is keeping us where we are to show how a republican is destroying our country but if you look up who runs this country you will see it is congress. Who is running congress? The democrats. You have radical left wing liberal Dems wanting the government to take over the oil industry, radical left wing dems thinking children should have thier lifes destroyed for the crimes of adults, radical left wing dems allowing our country to spend billions on buying oil from foriegn countries than drill for our own, we see the cadidate for the dems say it is good for gas to go so high minimum wage owners can’t afford to pay their bills and buy gas. I see what is going on due to the dems refusale to work with anyone but a dem and they even can’t work within their own party and people want them in office. The congress has a 9% approvel rate and no one ask themselfs why. Could it be because they are doing exactly what they proudly said they would, We will not work with a republican president, or have you forgotten that little tid bit? Do we want more of the same? I do not so why are we considering a democrat at all. The DNC needs to clean up its’ party then get back to us all. This sitting on their thumbs to prove their point is bull just like Obama and his latest flip flop.

KC you are so right. People act as if Bush is the only one pushing buttons in our government. When will they ever understand it all comes down to congress. Everytime Bush wants to do something to help our country the Dems are there to vote him down. Congress pushes the buttons not Bush. I would not care to bet that if BO is elected congress would vote for a lot of the same things they voted against while Bush was in office. Why? They need to make the republicans look bad and after a Dem is in office they can puff out there chest and say, Look what we have done for the people.
Dems and Republicans should be working together for whats best for our country.
There are more Dems in congress than Republicans, so do the math.

Well Said Thomas The Expert.
Congress approval rating is currently in the single digits, the lowest it’s ever been, these incompetent morons should be nervous this upcoming election on both sides DEM and REP. America has too many career politicians doing absolutely nothing but sitting around getting bought by special interest groups. Let’s start thinning out the herd in congress with the most obvious idiots like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reed, Patrick Leahy, and John Kerry.

Hey Connie,

9/11 happend under Bush’s watch not sure if you were paying attention. How did he exactly keep us safe, please explain? not to mention we have been in a war with a country that had nothing to do with 9/11, but do have Oil. So again please explain how he kept us safe, however i do not fully blame him for most of the problems we are facing. I truly believe the likes of Rove and Chaney are the ones we all should be pointing the finger at.

Clinton had the chance to have BinLaden in Prison but he said no because it was politically
wrong at the time. What did Clinton do when our Sailors were killed on the Cole, nothing . Clinton had our Military down to bare bones and because the Cole and other attacks were passed over
they thought they could attack on 9-11 and it would be blowed over too but this time we had
a President that had some balls. Things were good until the Dems took control of Congress and we went down fast. As far as Oil goes the dems have voted down everything that could of helped
