McCain raises record cash in May

John McCain broke a personal fundraising record in May raising $22 million, Fox has learned.
That figure tops his most recent record in April–when he brought in about $18 million. McCain attended fundraisers almost every day last month, including a big money event in Los Angeles last Wednesday that brought in more than $5 million for the RNC and the campaign
Full May fundraising figures will become available on the 20th of the month when Federal Election Commission filings are officially released.

Big deal.
Americans are throwing their $$ down the toilet by supporting either McCain or Obama. Fact is we’ve all been waiting for the two major parties to keep their promises to us to: reduce taxes, improve healthcare, reduce government spending, create a balanced budget, etc., etc., etc….each major party candidate in my 34 years voting has promised to deliver–so far nobody has. Corruption is rampant, government spending has grown faster than economic growth in every decade. It’s time for REAL CHANGE in Washington.

I don’t think it will help him. In fact, McCain seems to fare better when money is tight. His fundraising with Bush and Bush’s billionaire friends certainly helps to keep the ridiculous ads going. Regardless of how much money McNasty will raise, it will be overshadowed by George W. Bush’s worst Republican legacy in history. McCainiacs, I’m sure, are not thrilled.
