Clinton Could Challenge Michigan Ruling at Convention

The Clinton campaign is perfectly happy with the DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee’s decision to seat all of Florida’s delegates as allocated by the January 29th primary, but to only give each delegate half a vote. Not so the committee’s ruling on Michigan

Harold Ickes and Tina Flournoy made the following statement this evening:

“Today’s results are a victory for the people of Florida who will have a voice in selecting our Party’s nominee and will see its delegates seated at our party’s convention.  The decision by the Rules and Bylaws Committee honors the votes that were cast by the people of Florida and allocates the delegates accordingly.

We strongly object to the Committee’s decision to undercut its own rules in seating Michigan’s delegates without reflecting the votes of the people of Michigan.

The Committee awarded to Senator Obama not only the delegates won by Uncommitted, but four of the delegates won by Senator Clinton. This decision violates the bedrock principles of our democracy and our Party.

We reserve the right to challenge this decision before the Credentials Committee and appeal for a fair allocation of Michigan’s delegates that actually reflect the votes as they were cast.”

The continued struggle among democrats is a real positive for Sen. John McCain. It would seem that out of respect for the states and territories that followed the rules of the Democratic party that some penalty was appropriate for Florida and Michigan delegates. The fact that a decision has been reached may hurt Mr. McCain even more than Sen. Clinton.

What want to know is why people should take to go and stand in line to vote . When the people’s vote doesn’t really count. Because number one is that 30 people can chouse not to let them vote and youalso have delegates and superdelegates that is really what decides who gets president. sio why should the people vote. I think that they should not have taken hillary clintons votes and delegates away from her and give them to Obama. this just makes amercan people not want to take time to vote. I think Hillary Clinon’s has the most experince as a Presient. THANK YOU SHERRY DEAL

Today, the DNC made sure that the McCain will win in the fall. History was made today. It will be known as the day that the Democratic party finished being destroyed. The people who are in control, have become so enarmored of themselves, they have managed to forget about the people. Poor Howard Dean, is still bitter toward the Clintons because they didn’t support him against Al Gore. Nancy P doesn’t want to share the spotlight with another woman in a high position. The committe today was filled with more obamabots then uncommitted members so justice was NOT served. Hillary Clinton is ahead in the popular vote, but the voice of the people does not matter. It’s what the “big shots” want. Yes, we now have “those” in the Democatic party. OH WELL, this bitter old woman will continue to cling to my guns and religion, and change to being an Independent. 17 million people will be fighting with Hillary all the way to the convention and if she’s not the nominee, then’s McCain.

We all knew the rules committee would do every thing they could to give Mr. Obama as much help as they could. He pulled his name off Michigans ballot so how could he get any delegates. If you not in a race how can you come out placing? On to the convention. We will find out if move-on. org has bought off all the delegates. We will never vote for Mr. Obama so all they are acomplishing is to drive a wedge deeper between the party. We will never unite behind Mr. Obama.

Obama has no right to gin 59 votes in Michigan, this is another push for US, Hillary supporters not to support Obama in General Election. Calling for unity sound stupid and unexpetable. We will not vote foe Obama. Todayy meetind in DNC just prove that this party is on verge to split, and seems that We fulfeeel their wish. How can We think about unity, whe this guy Obama was not on ballot, because he knew that He will not win there, but He is awarded 59 votes from undesided. It is spit to all of US, it is getting more and more ugly……and WE are not done. Those 59 votes was stolen and this is the beganing of the end of our membership of DNC for US. We are done…

pure affront to 18 milions voters, fight just started and it will take to Denver, and if You want us to stay with Democratic party, we demend that those 59 votes will go to Hillary. Obama has no right to get those votes, He was not on ballot. It is ugliest as can be.

I watched the entire meeting on CSPAN today. I am totally happy with the DNC’s resolution. Senator Clinton didn’t care about the FL and MI votest back in 2007, but all of a sudden she cares about them now. She wants to take away from Obama now? Sad. Follow the rules! I am so overjoyed. I was laughing at how the Clinton supporters were acting like barbarians at the meeting. Obama supporters were there and they respected the Comittee. Hillary deserves what she gets. Oh and I applaud Donna Brazile. Good job ma’am!

Look up in the sky!!! It’s a bird it’s a plane!!! No, it’s Obama ‘08!

P.S. Rev. Hegle is right. The truth hurts doesn’t it??

Hillary should take this all the way to the convention. I don’t understand how the committee can take delegates away from her that she earned, nor do I understand how they could give Obama all of the uncommitted votes as some of the votes would have surely gone to some of the other three candidates that were not on the ballot (Edwards, Dodd and Rihardson). THIS IS UNDEMOCRATIC. I can not in good conscious vote for Obama.

You won big in Fl and you should take the most delegates that was the WILL OF THE VOTERS.

Something else? since this SORRY COMMITTE is only awarding 1/2 of the vote. THEN WE TAXPAYERS WANT 1/2 OF OUR MILLIONS PAID FOR THESE PRIMARIES, THE DNC AND OTHER BETTER REFUND OUR MONEY NOW!.

If people will follow the rules their votes would have counted. In my opinion none of the delegates should have been seated because they violated the rules. Florida tend to have a problem in the election arena are the stupid or just think they don’t have to abide by the rules. At least Michigan was willing to negotiate the terms and agree that not being punished is not an option. When you dis obey the rules you have to face the music.

Comment by Jackie

I blame the DNC for not putting an end to this nonsense months ago. They worried too much about Obama and Hillary in agreement with their decision, not what was best for the people in these two states that went out of their way to exercise their right to vote. Why would Obama agree when he lost in both states. We need a president with experience and love for their country to pull it all together and get us back on the right path.

Good. I’m glad Clinton is going to fight this. The last thing we need is an affirmative action president. Obama didn’t win those delegates. He just thinks everything should be handed to him. And the press has only deepened his feeling of entitlement by being so easy going on him.

Obama is such a whiner and weakling compared with Hillary. He’s Davey’s and Axelrod’s little set up, and they’ll do any corrupt thing they can to get him in the White House, just like they did for his Senate bid in Illinois.

THe stupidity award of the year goes to the DNC.

Comment by Corey in Iowa

Look, really I am impressed by the patience the Dems have with Hillary at all any way; it seems to e that SHE is the one cooking up all of this and making it an enromous issue. She agreed and signed a doc. stating that these two states would not indeed count…so what is the discussion about now, that she is a sore loser and wants the votes regardless of her prior comittment to the Dems?
Also, point two is that she doesn’t want to disenfranchise voters of Florida and Michigan, but yet even if she was awarded the votes as she wants, she would still be down too many to win and would have to rely soley on superdelegates to win; thus, disenfranchising the voters of all other states who voted for Obama. I would much rather disenfranchise the two states who went against the rules, than the 30 some states who voted for Obama.
What is all of this really about for Hillary? You would be extremely ignorant to believe that Hillary would be so ridiculously loud if she was winning! She doesn’t care about the states, only her winning, otherwise she would have thanked the states supporters where she lost…she never did.

Comment by ALvin Newburn II

I think the commitee did the right thing. Sen. CLinton should be ashamed for wanting all of the delegates in Michigan. She was fine with holding the states accountable until she realizes that she needs those votes. You can’t punish Obama for following the rules sanctioned by the DNC.. I hope all of this is over next week.

Comment by mimi

f the uncommitted column is suppose to be respected, how can the DNC suddenly decide they want to change the rules and award them to Obama. Then take 4 more delegates way from Hillary and give it to Obama for a loss of 8. They should have seated the delegates in full. Then if Hillary didn’t win no one would challenge it. Now for ever more it will be known as a fixed election.

Comment by Bret C

Hillary’s people demanded ALL the Delegates from Michigan before the day started. I think that ticked off even some of her supporters…

Comment by Timothy

I agree with the Democratic National Convention’s ruling on the votes in Florida, but find the ruling on Michigan’s votes disturbing. The DNC is talking out of the side of their heads on the Michigan decision. This is not an accurate reflection of the intention of the voters in Michigan.

Uncommitted votes should be accurately and fairly acknowledged as uncommitted. I support Senator Clinton’s desire to count Michigan’s votes as is. I sincerely hope the problem with Michigan is resolved before any more damage is done to the image and integrity of the Democratic Party.

The unresolved dispute and misrepresentation of inaccurate counting of votes would be a precedent we all would regret being set.

Comment by John O.

Hillary’s campaign sure has a lot of gall. Michigan and Florida broke the rules and were punished for it by not having their votes count. Then the DNC feels sorry for them and comes up with a solution that allows them to be seated with a penalty attached. What Hillary’s campaign seems to forget is that Michigan and Florida should have never been counted in the first place due to party rules. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time. The people of Michigan and Florida have every right to be mad about how everything is going down. Their anger is just going in the wrong direction by blaming the DNC for what is happening. They should be kicking the boneheads to the curb who decided to break the rules by voting them out of office ASAP.

Comment by Greta G.

I am behind the Clinton campaign all the way. All votes should have counted as cast. I support Senator Clinton to the Convention and beyond. Contrary to the spin that suggests her supporters will fall in line with the party, no matter what, by November-you can subtract at least one vote, should Hillary Clinton not be the nominee-mine.

Thank you.

Comment by YOU CANT FOOL ME

This will do nothing to change the fact that millions will vote for McCain if Hillary does not get the nomination.

Comment by 2012

“honors the votes that were cast”………..but only the half we want to honor.

I guess that party’s name says it all. Ever notice how many others around the world have been fond of that name, “Democratic”? North Korea, East Germany, Congo, and many other totalitarian dictatorships over the years……

Welcome to the Democratic People’s Republic of America!

Comment by Casy

CLinton supporters would not fall in like behind Obama! It was TOTALLY undemocratic to take votes away from Clinton and give to Obama!

The Dem Party is doing everything they can to end CLinton’s campaign and Ickees made it clear that it is NOT going to happen!

Next you will see the media and the big whigs in the DNC calling for her to quit and this will only upset her supporters even more and benefit Clinton.

Obama will be crowned nominee officially at the convention but it is very unlikely that CLinton will drop out of the race to the White HOUse. I think in the end, she will run independent and the Dem Party will have turned off and alienated a lot of potential voters.

GO CLINTON WE ARE WITH YOU ALL THE WAY!!

NO BAMA AND NO DNC!!

I am a racist. I think Obama is the best candidate. He has better ideas than Clinton and McCain. I like the fact that he will get us out of the war in Iraq. But I am a racist and don’t like blacks, latinos, chinese or anyone that is not white. So I cannot vote for Obama. I will take the war, high gas and grocery prices, foreclosures before I vote for a candidate of color. Even if I lose my job, I don’t care. All that matters to me is skin color. Thats how I am casting my vote.

Michigan and Florida will now swing to McCain. Florida in the last election won by 573 votes in favor of Bush in the last election, the numbers may well be over 250,000 in favor of McCain versus Obama. Michigan will be similar and these two states could very well be the deciding states in which will have McCain walking to victory in November.

After reading some comments, it is clear that the DNC is in reality, punishing the voters, if Florida and Michigan’s delegates were not seated. The voters have voted, if you punish the states, you are punishing the voters, this is not the intent of democracy.

A more fair resolution would be to penalize the states in some other way, perhaps by imposing a later primary date in the next election, or something more equitable other than disallowing the voter’s delegates in each state not to be seated or having a half of a vote. If you give Florida and Michigan half of a vote then it seems fair to double the amount of delegates in either state.

It must remain fair and balanced. When the message from the DNC to the voters in either state is sent by this unfair precedent, it sends a symbolic message that their votes do not count, or are diluted in some way. This gives the impression of impropriety, which is exactly what it is.

This decision must be challenged to enable a more fair and balanced system to be realized. Clearly, the current process is not working as the earlier conventions intended. Perhaps, the preceeding convention members thought there would never be a race as close as this one has been? In each case, it points out a flaw in the system, and we all should congratulate Sen. Hillary Clinton for pointing it out. I wonder why Sen. Obama hasn’t done the same? It would lend alot to his integrity and character if he had, even if he was ahead in the race for delegates.

Winning doesn’t matter, it is how you play the game that counts. At least it should count as much.

I am thankful both states were seated. Michigan was hard, we don’t know how many of Hillary’s votes would had gone to Obama if his name was on the ballot. Plus, no one is talking about the 30,000 votes that were write-ins for Obama in Michigan, why not count these votes also. Remember, every vote counts. I believe the DNC gave these people a voice also. If HILLARY lose by 4 delegates, than we have a problem. If not, there’s no issue. No need not to stop unity over 4 delegates. I am waiting to hear from Hillary on today’s meeting. The tone of her remarks will guide us forward (unite or split). Be thankful both states were seated!!!!!

Comment by TuffNut

In reality there were only two viable options.

1. Admit that you screwed up, apologize profusely, take a vote to enact some sort of round-robin primary voting process and then actually do it, and seat all the delegates in both states at 100% voting strength in proportion to the outcome of the popular votes according to the rules.

2. Grow a pair, admit that you screwed up, apologize profusely, take a vote to enact some sort of round-robin primary voting process and then actually do it, and seat none of the delegates because those are the rules that everyone agreed to.

Anything else will forever be construed as fixed ‘08

Either way the DNC is screwed and they deserve it. They had ample time to fix this and didn’t. You made your bed now lie in it…

Their votes don’t count! What a crying shame! and in Michigan Obama gets delegates when he wasn’t even on the ballot! What the heck is going on here? All this talk about unity, bring the democratic party together. This decision is just tearing the democratic party apart not to mention
discouraging voters from voting because YOUR VOTE DOES NOT COUNT ANYWAY!!! The media and this democratic party has treated Hillary Clinton like a punching bag, dragging her through the mud and thowing her off a bridge!!! She has been treated so unfairly through this whole prelimary process. Obama just walks right thru this with his eyes closed and noting sticks to him!
He has the liberal support and the medias support cheering him on! and on! Can’t anyone see thru his empty speeches and add 1+2+3, all his associations and liberal supporters past and present, his middle name, his wife’s comments, the flag pin, the senate race in Chicago, etc…

The possibility of Mrs. Clinton challenging the ruling shows to all that she’s only thinking of herself. She started worrying about MI and FL voters only after she realized that she was loosing to Mr Obama. Mr. Obama has been extremely gracious and kind to Mrs. Clinton, who obviously does not deserve his kindness. Her female followers have even criticized him for being kind to her, no doubt because if he treated her the way she treats him, it would be easier for them to attack him. I am a 56 year old woman embarrassed by Mrs. Clinton’s attempts to steal the winnings from Mr. Obama through any means possible, and even more embarrassed of the fact that her most strident, irrational followers are women my age. Mrs. Clinton DOES NOT make the better candidate to defeat the republicans, she has a lot of baggage that we know about and a lot that has just started to come out. Mr. Obama is a clean newkommer who deserves his chance to serve the country and restore it to its previous greatness.

I agree with the DNC. I am a high school teacher, and this whole thing about Florida and Michigan has been the project for the semester. If children know that once you sign a statement to agree to something and you should be penalized for breaking your word, why are Clinton supporters having a problem with it? You either honor your word or you do not honor your word. What are we teaching these young people?

John O, We are voting for a president, and this is the closest vote in history. We also have an unnvetted Senator who has been on the job for SIX moths. After GWBUSH, you would think that people would understand the importance, and know that with all these factors, we need to leave no stone unturned. Not a popularity contest, but the best person for the job. Regardless who you are for, this process needs to be done right. Every week we learn more and more uncomfortable issues about Sen. Obama. While Hillary isn’t perfect, she has enormously more experience.

The fact is–several states broke the rules. MI, NH, FL, for starters. Florida’s primary date was set by Republicans, who I’m sure are enjoying this fiasco. NEW HAMPSHIRE was givena waiver by Donna Brazille, but not to the other states. Do a bit of research and you will see why so many are up in arms. I am from MICHIGAN, and it is frustrating to know that Obama took his name off the ballot to gain fav in Iowa. He wasn’t on the ballot and still gets delegates? YOU should be concerned that a small group (30) misrepresented 600,000 votes. More rules were broken today… That’s what the next committee is for…

Comment by TWS

As I read these comments, it amazes me that the underlying theme is the same: “If that Black man wins as the Democratic nominee, I’m not voting for a Democrat in the election.”

It amazes me how people will cut their noses to spite their face.

Clinton “says” they will rally behind the nominee, yet even in obvious defeat, can’t bring herself to rally behind her party’s decision… rules that she, in fact, agreed to!

People will come up with a million-and-one reasons why they won’t vote for Obama, but I have yet to hear someone give one good reason why Obama is ahead in votes.

The proof is in the pudding. This is no consipiracy or coincidence. This is a Democracy, and the people have made their voices heard. If Clinton were to win, they would expect Obama and all of his supporters to be a good sport and support Clinton.

So I say to Clinton supporters: be a good sport. But if it truly bothers your conscience to vote for a Black man to be President of the United States, then so be it, vote for McCain, it’s your right.

After all…. who really needs a nose??

I am not a supporter of either canidate involved in this question. I wish yo offer this view of the situation. The rules were violated, fact. Exceptions were filed, and still the Michigan and Florida
State commitees went ahead and held thier primaries early. They knowingly broke the rules.
This was well publisized nationwide and statewide. The state and local comittees knew this and
the voter’s should Have! Florida was happy it’s votes were counted even if they only got a half vote. The DNC Commitee did not have to regognize Michigan. In fact many experts from the different networks thought Michigan might not even be seated, also more than just a couple of
Clinton suporter’s voted against her because rules are rules. In my final analysis, Cudos to the
DNC Commitee as a whole, Cudos To those did not whine, and SHAME on the those members of the staie commitee’s for disenfranchisingany of their voters ,and shame on any who don’t see who the real culprits were. As Ron Black said “You can’t fix STUPID!”.

I spent all day yesterday watching the DNC work through the issue at hand on whether to seat the delegations from Florida and Michigan. Watching the people on the committee make a decision that was not easy for them to do needs to be applauded. I think the DNC was more than generous to even allow the two rule breaking states even half the votes and full seating. Rules are put into place for a reason. You break the rules then you have to pay. I feel for Florida as far as it wasn’t the Democrats in that state that made the decision to move the primary up it was the Republican controlled house and senate there. As far as Michigan. You Clinton supporters are demanding that the uncommitted delagates go to Hillary are absurd. I applaud Obama for sticking to the party rules and not stooping to the level that Clinton and her supporters have. She does not deserve 100% of the Michigan votes. She should only get 55% of those votes becuase that is the margin she won by. If you take that into consideration, the number of votes allocated for pledged delegates in Michigan is 128 with 29 being superdelegates. If you figure the 55% she would have got 70.4 delegates or roughly 70 delegates. They did the split 69-59. So i am not sure where you guys are getting that she was slighted 8 half votes. I know alot of Michigna residents who voted uncommitted or wrote in Obama’s name when they did vote. How is it fair to him that he be penalized for following the rules of the party. I personally think that Michigan should not have been seated at all due to them not only breaking the rules but with not all the nominees not being on the ballot and the fact that write in votes in Michigan do not count. With that being said, I think those of you that are upset about the decision need to honestly step back, quit spewing hate, and start focusing on the general election. Those of you state that if Hillary doesn’t win you will vote for McCain are looking to put us into another 4-8 years of war. We need to come together whoever the Democratic candidate is and stop not only this war but to also change the future of our country. If we want to get anything done then we all need to unite and stop prolonging this and being divisive.

You GO, Hillary! We’re behind you all the way. 18 million strong and counting.

At least Hillary has the perspicacity and courage to fight for the protection of her rights, and the rights of all American voters.

Once we allow the political elite to start aribitrarily stripping and redistributing or votes, our Democracy is as good as dead.

The right to vote was written in very constitution of this great nation for a reason: it’s a bottom line, a bedrock principle which must override all other political agendas, special interests, or back room deals. Without this basic protection, we are open to manipulation and corruption from any source.

Stand and fight against this corrosive wound against our most basic constitutional right.

Democracy in ‘08!

Hey, Iraq, are you watching our fair and democratic voting process? See, this is how you do it! If you don’t like the way the people have voted, you just have a group of insiders get together and redistribute the vote however they wish - in a way that works in their favor, of course. What a joke.

Hillary, we’re still behind you all the way!

My god hiliary supporters, do you really think that this was so unfair ? what about the michigan voters who wanted to vote for OBAMA, with the solution you all support, Obama doesn’t get any vote in michigan ! Do you seriously think nobody would have voted for him over there ? And I can’t believe it when I hear some people saying that because obama took his name off the ballot he should be punished… he RESPECTED the rules.

And seriously do you Really beleive that hilary would have defended FL and MI if she was winning ? She is probably the last candidate that would have done it!

I am not saying hilary is horrible or anything. But you should admit that Obama has never been disrespectful (appart when being heavily attacked by hilary) he has always thanked the voters in the states he lost. Hilary never did that.

This is frightening..

Fl & Mi broke the rules.. The Republican party acceted this and the get a 1/2 vote at the Republican Convention.. Most Dems accepted this they get a 1/2 vote at the Dem Convention. What’s wrong with Hillary why can she see that if you break the rules you don’t get awarded for it or special treatment.. Does she really think that she doesn’t have to play by the RULES?

I am not a Clinton supporter. I am a voter supporter. Clinton is entitled to every vote cast for her. The other candidates were not forced to remove their name from the ballot. That was their
choice. Why should the choice they made be valued more then the voter that cast their ballot according to their conscience. I hope she fights right to the Convention. It was unfair and unjust to both Clinton and the voter.

Thank you

What in the world is the National Democratic Committee doing?

The DNC is giving the general election in November 2008 to Senator John McCane.

Senator John McCane is going to be the next elected President of the United States!

Senator Barack Obama is not electable for many reasons.

Senator Obama lost the popular vote by 124,000 votes

Senator Obama’s victories in the primaries was more Republican States than Democratic States, check all the primaries listed Fox news and in those Republican States it is strange that Senator
Obama got more votes than the front runner of the Republican Party. Question I ask how many Republicans voted deliberatley for Senator Obama in those states that Senator Obama won.

My famile in New Jersey voted for Senator Hilary Clinton in the primary Feburary 5, 2008 and if Senator Obama is the Demcratic Nominee for President, my family and I are going to vote for Senator John McCane as well as many, many, many thousands across the United States I am sure, because we do not trust him, he has only (3) three years experience in the U.S. Senate, he has no experience in Foreign Affairs, Senator Obama lied in a debate about Fair Trade, he and his family are members of a racist church which preaches racism and politics instead of preaching God only, and only now Senator Obama’s wife is a proud American and etc.

Respectfully submitted,
Richard from New Jersey

This situation is out of control. Clinton and Obama knew in the begining that these states did not follow the rules. they also knew there would be a penalty. NOw that clinton is losing she wants the votes counted. Obama name was not on the ballot because he followed the rules. I am sure that if Obama was losing clinton would not even waste her time with this state. Its just another one of her says this and does this. She is a phoney just like her husband. The demacrate party needs to move on and campaine after Tuesday votes. Clinton says she is all about every vote counts. If she was winning she would be making it very clear she was the winner and would be campaining. She doesnt care about the party itself. ALL She cares about is winning and she is making a circus out of this. She has lost my vote.

Hillary said that Michigan, FLorida and caucuses do not count…how fast we forget. Hillary is getting away with so much so nobody can say that Obama is. The way he’s sought after by Fox is incredible, the most watched cable news channel. This is a hard hard road for Obama and he will not let it all get taken away because she can’t get her way.

To Hillary…”some” voters don’t count. She knew that Obama would win MI because everybody knew and that’s why she didn’t want it.

It’s really sad that Ickes ended the meeting on a bad note. It’s a shame that the party is divided.

And you know what???? It’s OK if Obama doesn’t beat McCain in the fall. It’s even better that this black man out of no where has beaten the Clinton Machine!!!! Woot!!!!

If I had it my way, nobody would have gotten any delegates and those States would have NOT been seated because it’s only FAIR!!! Hillary wanted to play UNFAIR and you all see what she got. It’s over folks!!!!

Obama ‘08!!!!!

Comment by Obama for President

And for those of you so silly enough to vote for McCain because Hillary is not the nominee then you shall get what you vote for. You are only voting for yourselves and not the betterment of the country and that is NOT democracy. It’s a shame her supporters is just as divisive as her. I don’t understand it and I never will.

…and this is the party that wants to lead the nation…you’ve got to be kidding me. All of you Clinton supporters - where do you hold your Kool-Aid parties? Hillary cares nothing for you; she is completely self-serving. She never even thanked the folks that campaigned for her in states she lost. Florida and Michigan are simply a means to an end for her; had she lost either, that state would have fallen into the category of “not a state needed in November”, like all of the ones Obama has won.

…and Obama is just frightening; his socialism will destroy this country as surely as Clinton’s universal health care plan…he is simply unqualified.

I do agree with the Democratic Party mantra that this primary season has been good for the country - it has highlighted just how inept the Democratic Party and both campaigns are.

How can anybody claim to be a Democrat, and yet look in the mirror ? The candidates are pathetic. Howard Dean is a clown. This stupid primary is but a snapshot glimpse of what you would get with these jokers running the country. Just take a look at Congress and the Senate these days, since the majority is theirs. There is a reason for an all time low approval rating !!

You bash Obama for staying in that church for 20 years. What about billary rotten clinton staying with bubba for at least 30 years. I thing what bubba did is a lot worse than Rev. wright. What about Senators and Congressmen that stay in churches where the priests rape and molest children, which is worse than Rev Wright. Pull your head out of your butt and be fair and balanced in your bashing.

All the Dems that voted to strip votes should resign from their day jobs.
In their day job, they swore an oath to uphold the Constitution! The Constitution does not strip votes, therefore they are in violation of that oath!!!!!!!!!
They are also in violation of the 1964 Civil rights amendment. That includes “Primary” elections. The threats, intimidation, and coercion from the DNC in regards to telling people not to vote, their votes won’t count and threats of lawsuits are all illegal.
Remember Floridians, we said we would vote Republican, straight down the ticket, if our votes weren’t counted “as is”!
That’s the plan as of right now!

I don’t see anything wrong with Fr. pfleger comments, except the one about her right to be president because she was white. That is racists. What he should have said was, Clinton thinks she has the right to be president because she is hillary rotten clinton, and it is her turn.
