Obama not being for the war is smart. Obama not wanting to spend anymore borrowed money from communistic China and Russia to pay for this illegal war is smart. Obama not wanting to ruin our reputation in the world is smart. Obama not wanting to put our national security at risk anymore is smart. Obama wanting to bring the future generation of Americans home and out of harm's way is smart. Obama knows they don't hate Americans, they hate republican policies and occupation. Remember you idiots on the right can spin it anyway you want but we were still hit on "W"'s watch. McCain not knowing the difference between Sunni & Shiite and promoting a failed policy and failed war is pure ignorance. McCain pretending everything is great with rainbows and puppies in Iraq, while he is escorted by armed guards, wearing the body armor our soldiers don't have and Blackhawk helicopters patrolling overhead is really ignorant!

McCain is completely correct. All Obama has done is gone on and on about bush's failed policy in Iraq when actually the media has just chosen not to show anything good to come out of iraq and will only pipe up when something bad happens.

It doesnt matter how much Obama goes on about he didnt vote for Iraq (he wasnt even in the senate so he can say whatever he thinks his followers need to hear), how it needs to end etc.., The next president has to take office with Iraq at the top of their books and even he has admitted this war wont end the instant he gets in (if he does), he said it will be about 16 months before he can bring troops home. This isnt stopping the war. Are you telling me that McCain wouldnt bring the troops home in 16months if he felt Iraq was becoming secure.

I get my back up whenever i read Obama's comments about Iraq and McCain. He doesnt give a hoot about the armed forces, probably thinks they are the dregs of society, and just says whatever he thinks people want to hear. McCain tells facts about Iraq and can shout out to the world that Iraq is turning now, their army is taking over most of the attacks on terrorists, why doesnt Obama give Iraqi's any credit now for taking over.....

What's new...Obama has had his head in the sand about Iraq since the beginning. By leaving in the manner originally proposed he would have enslaved millions....think about that especially for all those who have concerns about what this nation did in the past.

McCain's condescending tone is not the best way to try to help Obama become more aware of the progress in Iraq. McCain admits that he needs to learn more about the economy. I would agree because it's puzzling to me how the United States is going to be able to continue to fund this war.

Obama has a profound misunderstanding of many things..unlike Hillary who has the endorsement of generals, etc. This is why it is so critical that the DNC and superdelegates get a backbone and endorse the best qualified candidate to beat McCain, Hillary Clinton.
