I talked to my son inlaw and my brother inlaw about this new bill for the vets, they have both served this country in a war, they both think it is weak and will bring our country nothing but a need to draft our young men or completly redo how we keep our military personel inlisted. Something along the lines of extending you enrollment to 6 tho 8 years and that will mean less.

McCain has several bills he is supporting and tring to get threw congress to benifit the Vets, and to be honest I can not believe a true Vet would want a person who served a month or two the sme benifits as the ones who did full terms or more. Seems to me like they would be a little tork if a person who did not deserve them got the same treatment as those that actually served their country. Have you bothered to look up all the voting and the bills each is supporting or just talking the talk to try and act like you know?

Funny how of all the websites I have made comments in support of Sen. Webb's bill over Sen. McCain's bill...this is the first one where my patriotism, service to our country, and credibility has been questioned.

Alot of classy folks in here.
