His recommendation was "overruled" by Senate majority leaders. To do so would mean only a Keating Four Investigation, all Democrats. A simple case of pure hardball Washington politics! So now Obama thinks the Keating Five Investigation is not off-limits even though Senator McCain was "completely exonerated" of ANY wrongdoing!
