McCain response on age: His 96 year old mom

Sen. McCain and his mother co-star in a Mother’s Day ad set to air on on ABC Family, A&E, Hallmark Channel, Lifetime, Oxygen and TLC. The TV spot comes out just as the GOPer is battling the age issue.

McCain is very sturdy for his age and seems to be in good health now. He does seem to have good genes and it is well known that longevity does run in families–mine is one fortunately. His mom certainly seems to have all her faculties at 96.

Nevertheless, at his age and with all his body endured in Nam as well as his couple of bouts with cancer do make the choice of a Vice President of great concern.

There are a number of reasons we should hope he puts aside his known propensity to hold a grudge and chooses Mitt Romney for his running mate. Mitt is young and robust with no health issues. He was the “chosen” at CPAC for the conservative choice for president so could perhaps bring that wing of the party back under the tent so they don’t just sit this one out. Most of all, as the economy tanks, he is very savy about economic issues and can bring his wealth of knowledge about how macro economics really work to bear in order to bring the country out of the dangerous slump we are in.

Vote McCain/Romney and there will be no more worry about McCain’s age because, in case of the worst happening, the country will be in good hands–in the hands of the person who came in second as the people’s choice! That would be the wise and democratic thing for McCain to do.

NOBAMA!

Since the blacks are voting 90% for Obama, I am asking all of you “typical white folks” Obama disdains to consider what it would be like under a president who admits “nursing a sense of grievance against my (His) mother’s race (white).”

Never thought I’d think race was an issue

Unite! Vote White!

Obama wins the nomination (and it looks like he will now), everyone who voted for Hillary in the primary needs to vote for John McCain in November. It makes perfect sense. Hillary, as we all know, is a policy wonk. She has a firm grasp and is well versed on all the issues that matter most to Americans. That is the appeal of the Hillary candidacy. It has nothing to do with the symbolism or historical significance of a woman president; it’s not a white person thing; it has nothing to do with her husband’s presidency. It’s all about policy.

So let’s examine the issues and the stances taken by all three candidates. Afterwards you will all understand very clearly why Hillary supporters could never vote for Barack Obama and must defect to John McCain in November: All data gathered from OnTheIssues.org, except where otherwise linked. All Boldface print indicates where the candidates agree.

YOU GUYS MUST READ

AND PASS IT ON

WE SHOULD MAKE HILL WIN

OR VOTE MCCAIN

How the Media Gave Barack Obama the Nomination

You may have heard of Rev. John Hagee, the McCain supporter who said God created Hurricane Katrina to punish New Orleans for its homosexual “sins.” Well now meet Rev. Rod Parsley, the televangelist megachurch pastor from Ohio who hates Islam. According to David Corn of Mother Jones, Parsley has called on Christians to wage war against Islam, which he considers to be a “false religion.” In the past, Parsley has also railed against the separation of church and state, homosexuals, and abortion rights, comparing Planned Parenthood to Nazis.

John McCain actively sought and received Parsley’s endorsement in the presidential race. McCain has called Parsley “a spiritual guide,” and he hasn’t said whether he shares Parsley’s vicious anti-Islam views. That’s because the mainstream media refuses to ask. And so, we’ve taken matters into our own hands, joining Mother Jones to present the truth about McCain’s pastor.

Since the media won’t question McCain about his deeply bigoted pastor, it’s up to you to call attention to this issue. Make McCain’s pastor problem a major story by forwarding this video to your family, friends, and colleagues.

We can’t let McCain get away with aligning himself with a religious leader who’s called for an all-out war on Islam, someone who draws no distinctions between Muslims and violent Islamic extremists. Now is the crucial time to act.

VERY SIMPLE: WE FINALLY HAD 3 CHOICES, 3 CANDIDATES:

1- A WAR HERO (GOP),

2- A WONDERFUL HARD WORKING, AMERICAN LOVING LADY, SEN CLINTON (DEM) and

3- an inexperienced unpatriotic Obama with terrorist friends (DEM).

Now, if you are a democrat VOTER who loves and respects America you choose Sen Clinton, that is what her supoorters did we choose her because she is better qualified and good for America. So why should we support a dangerous Obama if she is not the nominee? WAKE UP, GET REAL!

We will support Macain in November if Hillary is not the nominee. period! ITS A GIVEN!

If we can’t have Hillary. Fine, let it be John McCain in a heartbeat. No way for Obama, the man doesn’t reach main stream America. And why even vote if the superdelegates are going to decide. The Democratic party better should do away with superdelegates, and let real Democracy take place. People wake up! NO Obamanation.

John and Roberta are terrific! Good genes. He’s got our support for president and most important of

all:
1. commander in chief

2. appointing judges to the us supreme court

Don’t want Obama or Hillary/Bill doing either of those two jobs.

It’s so cute when the liberals get their shorts in a bunch.

By the way, his Pastor for the last 15 years is Dan Yeary of the North Phoenix Baptist Church.

He’s never set foot in Hagees or Parsley’s church. They are just two out of the hundreds of evangelist ministers his campaign has contacted for support.

You guys are really in bad shape if this is the best you can come up with. It is almost, but not quite, as ridiculous as the charges about h**kers in the Hanoi Hilton.

Hagee has never been McCain’s pastor. It is Rev. Wright who is the anti-US, anti-Jewish, anti-White pastor of Obama. Someone seems to be mixed up here. Don’t try to twist the truth.

1. McCain is no war hero.

2. McCain is not a very bright guy, as you can tell by listening to his un-American supporters, like ms. “LovAmerica” above who is probably an al queda member.

3. McCain will appoint idiots, like Scalia and Thomas, to the Supreme Court so he and his terrorist friends can continue to destroy our Constitution as King Bush II has done.

4. Hillary is out. You people above who say you will vote for either McCain or Hillary are full of it. We all know you are just dumb hardcore republicans who hate America. Go back to Saudi Arabia!

I’ll take age and experience over “hope and change” hype anyday. As a dedicated Clinton supporter I will not vote for Obama. NOT BECAUSE OF HIS COLOR but because of his associates and I know how he got elected IL Senator to begin with. I lived in the Chicago area for over 30 years. I know he met and cultivated the right people to help push him into the Senate where he repaid their kindness by voting in their favor. They helped him become a US Senator and approved his running for President. We are talking corruption big time. He is such a fraud and the people will find this out. Too bad it will be too late. I could go on and on with all the facts to support my claim that Obama is worse than politics as usual he is politics as usual back in the Chicago 70’s.
Obama has already started his underhanded negative campaigning on McCain by bringing up his age. Obama is the one who injected race into the fight with Clinton. I can’t believe how blind some people are. You hide and watch, we are headed for a rough ride.

May 9, 2008): Barack Obama’s 57 United States (LA Times)

——————————————————————————–

http://WWW.latimesblogs.latimes.com/wash…-obama-wa.html

Well, okay, 55 if you discount Florida and Michigan

“It is wonderful to be back in Oregon,” Obama said. “Over the last 15 months, we’ve traveled to every corner of the United States. I’ve now been in 57 states? I think one left to go. Alaska and Hawaii, I was not allowed to go to even though I really wanted to visit, but my staff would not justify it.”

Snip

(UPDATE: At a later stop Obama was talking with reporters and expressed concern he’d also mis-stated the number of potential cyclone victims in Burma. He said, “”I hope I said 100,000 people the first time instead of 100 million. I understand I said there were 57 states today. It’s a sign that my numeracy is getting a little, uh.” At that point, an aide cut him off and ushered journalists out. Before he could mis-speak again?)

Who is Zbigniew Brzezinski?

Not only has Brzezinski publicly defended the anti-Semitic canard that the relationship between America and Israel is the result of Jewish pressure, but he also signed a letter demanding dialogue with Hamas, whose charter calls for Israel’s destruction. It behooves us to understand the mentality of Obama’s Middle East adviser—and more deeply than our so-called experts.

With Brzezinski advising him, Obama’s chant about CHANGE may be more serious and insidious than Hillary’s silly utterances. He may have in mind changing the fundamental character of the American regime. That would fit well with the designs of one of his backers, billionaire George Soros, a globalist committed to the termination of the nation-state and the ascendancy of world government.

psss…pass it on!!!

This is the dumber of many possible attack routes to take with McCain. Maybe even the dumbest.
So I expect to hear Howard Dean mention it again….

Hillary supporters do not want a Hard Leftist like Obama. They are going to defect big time in November and it will be do to the issues and the experience and ability to get things done in regards to them.

President John McCain.

Comment by Eileen Pressler

One cannot make a blanket judgement about age. Some people are old young. Yes, the presidency has aged many men quickly but, not all. Ronald Reagen was an exception. Of course, he was wise and worked smarter than the younger, sometimes, egomaniac types who had to be hands on and IN CHARGE 24-7. He chose well as to advisors and support people. He rested when he needed and did not feel that he was God and had to be on all the time. And, things went worked. Amazing things happened and amazing changes all over the world due to haveing a mature leader who wasn’t more interested in “his” legacy and what would be said about him. It wasn’t all about Ron, and it showed. McCain is not necessarily too old. He seems fit and quite mentally fit as well. As well, he has shown some character and strength in times of serious testing. Obama is an unknown, and way too young an inexperienced. Hillary, has shown poor character in many areas. She is not to be trusted.
