DiFi’s Doubts about Clinton Candidacy Assuaged With a Phone Call

WASHINGTON - Looks like CA Senator Dianne Feinstein is back in the Hillary fold. Yesterday, the Clinton supporter indicated that she might be wavering — telling Fox Senate producer Trish Turner that she’s a loyal person, but that “I don’t want to rip the party asunder.”

Her concern? “On this one, the key is really in the strategy and whether the strategy is workable,” she said. But Turner reports that, after receiving a phone call from Senator Clinton this morning, Feinstein felt her questions were answered.

“I’m sticking with her, absolutely,” she said. The strategy Clinton laid out for her? “To win.”

Feinstein said she didn’t give Clinton any advice on how to go forward, mostly because it didn’t seem as though she needed any. “She feels intense support from her people. She is persevering. She is very collected. She is very determined. She is really together,” said Feinstein. “And she’s going to make the decision if the time comes. She doesn’t believe its the time. And she’s going to continue on.

“Her strategy is to win this election. And she’s entitled to her opportunity to try.”

But Clinton also told Feinstein that she would do nothing that she feels would harm the party.

Ahmadinejad: Israel a ’stinking corpse’
JPost.com Staff , THE JERUSALEM POST May. 8, 2008

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Thursday that the state of Israel is a “stinking corpse” that is destined to disappear, the French news agency AFP reported.

“Those who think they can revive the stinking corpse of the usurping and fake Israeli regime by throwing a birthday party are seriously mistaken,” the official IRNA news agency quoted Ahmadinejad as having said.

“Today the reason for the Zionist regime’s existence is questioned, and this regime is on its way to annihilation.”

Ahmadinejad further stated that Israel “has reached the end like a dead rat after being slapped by the Lebanese” - referring to the Second Lebanon War in the summer of 2006.

as I sit back and watch this election drag on, and watch how the black vote has gone over whelming for Barack for no other reason than his “perceived” status as a so-called black man…when, after all i did for them during my stay at the whitehouse. their lack of support for my wife makes me sick to my stomach…and bitter.

that Barack…man…has managed to bamboozle the black population in ways that i never dreamed about, talk about a huckster…good night!!

I have tried my best to derail this Muslims ascension to the nomination but have come up short. I must have taught the democrat party leaders to well how make kool-aid and how to make voters drink it…i never thought that the msm would drink so deep from the chalice of kool-aid so as to abandon my wife…who they seemed to love so much not even 2 years ago. I gave them JW, REZKO et. al.

i have decided to exact revenge on the democrat party at a time and place of my choosing. you clowns will pay BIG…and many times over if you nominate this Muslim jacka$$ with his Arab money over my wife…don’t say you weren’t told

your lesson in Arkansas politics begins now…

I think Hillary should stay in the race because she is a better candidate than Obama. Obama is all talk, and probably no action. There have been numerous times when he has been asked pertinent questions, and he does not know what to say. Then when he does come up with a response, he just flowers his words and makes everyone feel good. I used to have respect for the superdelegates, but now they appear to be such pushovers and fall for everything Obama has to say. Obama also does not have the experience to be in the White House. Hillary does have the experience and she will balance the budget.

Obama should do just what the Republicans are doing and that is ignore Hillary and hope that she either goes away on her own or her supporters convince her that the time is right to bow out gracefully.

Let us not forget the general election is a whole different ball game with lots of new players voting(republican party predominently white) AND the 16 million people who supported Clinton that you bash every day!!!

Bush was elected TWICE by this same group of people…

I am so proud of Hillary Clinton. I know whateveer she told Dianae Feinstein must be very solid stuff, or she would get out of the race. I am one of the over 16 million people who voted for Hillary Clinton. I have met her 5 times now, and I think she is brilliant.I look forward to watching how the rest of the primaries play out. I believe more will be revealed about Mr. Obama.

Go Hillary…I am sure we will learn something about Obama again…I will NEVER vote for Obama…I do not trust him…I guarantee you if the voters knew what they know now about Obama, he wouldnot be where he is at today…Super Tuesday would have been a disaster…Obama claims that he is going to creat change, yet why haven’t we seen it? Also, he claims that he is going to bring both parties together…how is he going to do that if he is as left as they get????? He is all about words and it amazes me that people and the media believe this crap!

TO TEXAS DEMOCRAT.

Because, historically women have not been valued as much as men. Hillary is changing that as we speak.
She is truly the most qualified candidate to win in November.

I encourage you to go to her website: http://www.hillarycllinton.com, and read just how together this woman is.

Hillary doesn’t have Oprah money backing her and she certainly doesn’t have the millions of little Obamaphiles who donate at the click of a button. If this is your criteria for who should lead our country, then actually Ozzie Osborn should be President.

Despite the media working against her, all of you sick Obamaphiles railingn on your meaningless blog posts against her and an uphill climb every step of the way she’s still almost even steven with your pretty boy.

The real question is why can’t Barack win when he outspends her 4 to 1, Dean and the Democrat party holding anyone off of their sweet boy and all of his thugs beating up anyone who tries to come near him? Hmmmmmm….

The best presidential candidate money and breaking every rule that ever existed (except one seating the actual votes of millions of voters) can buy! That’s democratic for ya!

It’s time to leave the party and go where “women of a certian age” and working class people are respected and welcome.

Maybe Hillary doesn’t have the money your man does because she has the real working people of this country who truly are hurting from foreclosure, gas prices and trying to feed their children, you insensitive twit!

Unfortunately Clinton is the only Democrat standing in the way of the
elite far-lefts attempt to take full control of the Democratic Party.
Read More about the New American Disenfrachisement.

How did Barack Obama become the front-runner? With little Washington
experience, no foreign policy experiece, no record of ever crossing
party lines either in Washington or in Illinois, and consistently
trailing Clinton for 2 years prior to the first primary.

Want to know who is behind Obama’s sudden popularity?

Hillary is the best qualified candidate. She must stay in the race. We must not let anyone push her out. Hillary has solid plans for improving the economy, ensuring health care for all, safely withdrawing our troops from Irak, protecting the environment, and improving access to quality education from Head Start to Graduate School. Hillary has been able to proudly stand up and fight every time she was put down, bruised, counted out, pushed by Obama and his supporters to quit, belittled, mocked and insulted by pundits and talking heads, attacked by the media, and abandoned by Judas-type supporters. Hillary’s loyal supporters have also been the target of these hate-filled attacks. Hillary’s supporters are often caricatured as stupid and/or senile. Hillary has been robbed of peace in her own turf. Obama supporters attend Hillary’s events (including sneaking inside paid events) for the sole purpose of disrupting those events. This is a dirty tactic used by some community disorganizers to overpower another group. Obama supporters were particularly a nuisance in Philadelphia. They tried to disrupt Hillary’s glorious victory night.

Women and men who love and respest the women in their life, must take a stand against these abusive and opressive behaviors. Don’t be a silent collaborator. There is an anti-terrorism poster that is frequently displayed in public venues: “If you see something, Say something.” Let’s adopt this as a guide to stop sexism and misogyny.!! Speak up when you hear, read, or see sexists and opressive comments against women.

Honor the women in your life. Make a Mother’s Day donation to Hillary’s campaign at HillaryClinton.com.

Oh well, the story continues. It’s not over till the fat lady sings. I saw her heading toward the stage and she was clearing her throat.

Comment by Mondell Dillard, Jr.

Maybe she just pointed out to Sen Feinstein that according to the exit polls, those voters in the Indiana Democratic primary (12 percent) who decided on the day of their vote to vote for her (57 to 43 for Senator Obama). In the North Carolina primary the numbers were fewer (9 per cent and a 52 to 45 edge), but she COULD make the argument that undecided voters tend to favor her candidacy. Perhaps the mood IS swinging her way. As Senator Obama is examined closer as to what his changes are and what they mean, it may be possible for her to close the gap (although that appears extremely unlikely but not impossible). Just my thoughts on the exit poll data.

Hubert Humphrey, George McGovern, Walter Mondale, Michael Dukakis, Al Gore (hanging chad), John Kerry, and Barack Obama. Notice the pattern? All losers! What is really funny, is that they sometimes vote in an attempt to reanimate John F. Kennedy… Democrats have lost 7 of the last 10 presidential election, with nomminees backed by educated affluent liberals, college students, and African Americans. The record speaks for itself! Seems to me the Democratic party has a flaw in its nomminating process.

Regardless if you are a Clinton supporter or not….we all have the media to blame forcing Billary on us every since her questionable Senate race in 2000. If she was never married to a president…No one would have ever heard of Billary. She is merely a coat tale politician that had no real experience just a last name that she married. She had questionable practices during her legal days working for a small lawfirm.

Here’s the bottom line…..WE ALL have contributed to her campaign whether you wanted to or not. Who do you think pays for every trip that her husband makes on her behalf??? The US Taxpayer…yes…. The Secret Service needs to arrive before the former prez ever gets there so there all that expense that no one is talking about. I know we will never see what the real expense is to the tax payer to support her campaign but it will be well over a million dollars. And the longer she drags this out, she is punishing every single US taxpayer. Even if the government bills her for all this service…do you ever think she will pay for it since all the Clintons think they deserve it.

Also, with every one that is struggling to pay a mortgage….here’s is something else to ponder. Billary wants to help you out in some fashion…but…..and here’s the kicker…The Clintons bill the US government for the expense to have the US Secret Service at their residence in NY. And its exact amount of their monthly mortgage payment……Who’s the elist now???

She’ll be kicking and screaming with not a clue what went wrong when they take her sandbox away…lol

Shut up you are rambling and may I point out we pay for the big SUV Obama rides in the secret service and the jet and fuel he flies around this country in.

While we decide if we buy eggs or a gallon of gas this week,
While he tells us we need to get more gas efficient cars he rides in big SUV’s and flys in private jets.
so save your breath. Obama earmarks of 2005-2006 prove what a liar he is! he is in the special interest pockets and in the lobbyist.

Typicalwhiteperson,

I love to hear people comment on congress now that it’s democratic run. It really shows how some people just can’t face facts. Everyone is complaining because “Congress isn’t doing it’s job” But we still have a stubborn Republican president that veto’s everything that comes his way. So my question to all of you Democratic haters is, how can congress make a change when everything they try and change mysteriously gets kicked back to them because our “GREAT PRESIDENT” doesn’t agree with it? Oh & the Great President was clearly a joke.

Comment by rwethereyet

My daughers asked me who they should vote for….I said…its the right person for the job and they that match as close to your morals and beliefs. One should never decide just based on the persons race or gender! That would be like saying…she’s a woman so I NEED to vote that way… regardless of all the baggage or corruption in their past or put any weight on their spouses history and just ignore what we truly believe is right and just…..Would any one of us tolerate this behavior on our own work place?

Comment by Wake up America

I personally don’t think that the earmarks are the issue. I think that the issue is Bush. Everytime someone offers up something other than his way, he comes up with a reason not to allow it to pass. How can you blame congress when they’ve clearly offered different things to Bush but he says NO! It’s no way that congress can get anything done unless they serve it to Bush on a silver platter.

Comment by Obama is a socialist

Keith from WI ,

Why don’t you ask Obama why he voted no to a bill that would of froze the mortgage crises last year and had an investigation into unfair lending. Let me know what his excuse is. or why he voted no to investigate oil price setting….interesting how now he is for it.

The country was in bad shape before the Democrats took over congress and that’s why people voted for the Democrats. And that’s one of the main reasons that the Democrats will get my vote in November.
