McCain’s appeal is that he embraces America’s core values and has done so throughout his career. He doesn’t want to change the foundation of the country, he wants to mold the government to better meet our needs. His remarks about the courts and their responsibility to interpret the law, not influence it is both profound and appealing to the general electorate.

Unfortunately, McCain doesn’t get a lot of press coverage in the popular media but he has the opportunity to make small impacts in a lot of places this summer while the Democrats battle each other.

Right now he looks very much like he did a year ago when no one thought he had a chance. When he came out of nowhere and outperformed Giuliani, Thompson, Romney and Huckabee he stunned the nation. Let’s see if he can make a splash the same way he did this spring during the general election.

i am a hillary supporter, but would vote mccain, because i am strongly against rev. wright ,william ayers, redzko,frank davis,we turn to guns and religion,we are just jelious so obama says,obama would be by far worse than bush. besides mccain is showing that he is a little different than bush.

mccain will by far win over obama in the general.the republicans and the hillarys supporters will vote mccain.even the votes that obama has gotten that are republicans will vote mccain, because they register dem , for a day just to knock out hillary, but they will vote mccain for the big day.so no matter what obama will not be president.

The biggest winner last night was John McCain. It erks me that we will get 4 more years of Bush.

Howard Dean is an idiot and appears to be working for the GOP.

How many times can Americans get it wrong? It appears that this country is just determined to self-destruct. I guess it’s true, what goes up must come down. This has happened with every great society in history.

Again, the DNC is pushing to put the weakest candidate they can find to run against the republicans.

I can’t tell you how much I am enjoying tonight - watching the sad racist inbreds slide around in their own hateful vomit and bile as it slowly sinks in that an uppity ni*ger is going to be the boss. You must be able to hire a house full of employees to do all you housecleaning, cooking, and entertaining for you. Not to mention your luxury automobiles! Yaught and airplanes!
You don’t sound as if you have to contemplate how you are going to live, so you are anxious to give all your income in taxes to others the next 4 years.
Some of us “red necks” aren’t so Well Off. Never have been and probably never will be!
We don’t worship the “God” of greed which allows some people to be so LIBERAL.
Instead we worship the true God of LOVE and are all for helping people, but not keeping them on welfare for life–paid for by more and more taxes (for stuff from the cradle to the grave) in the future by both LIberal Dems–IF they are elected!
However, it is my openion neither Dem. shall make it into the Oval Office in 08!
They make us vomit and sick to our stomachs with Lies, Fighting, and the truth coming out about their Friends, Family and Associates! No matter their race– they can’t stick to business, have extremely poor judgement, and can’t speak or write worth anything more than a 3rd grade level. If it weren’t for teleprompters they both would really STINK! This is the Change Your kind wants now, but IF you get it you will see it’s not all it was cracked up to be!!! We may be rural, people of Faith, and average good people, but additionally we can “READ people”—an art you PHD. MA. & other Degreed people know nothing about–because you have no common sense! So when & IF Obama or Clinton get in the White House –you will have made your bed and can lay in it!!!
I’d like to move out of the country If that happens, but will just stop purchasing anything new for the next 4 yrs. And will enourage all of my friends to do the same. Then we’ll see how well the economy is with all of the increased TAXES added to the money problems!!!

Senator John McCain will certainly get our votes for President of the United States of America. No one else is qualified to occupy the highest office in the land. We are proud Americans and love our country. Hillary nor Obama are qualified and the Clintons certainly do not need to re-enter the Oval Office in Washington, DC
