Clinton To Convention? Too Early To Tell
CARY, NC – Hillary Clinton said she plans to fight on no matter what happens on Tuesday – but wouldn’t say whether she’d take that fight all the way to the convention in August.
“I plan on going all the way through the next contests, West Virginia and Kentucky and the others,” she told the moderators at a forum for family advice website momlogic.com. “I would not be doing this if I did not believe I’d be the best president.”
While she often touts her ability to do the job on day one in the Oval Office, Clinton made it clear why that immediate readiness is so important. “There’s a narrow window of opportunity for a president before the politics descends upon you again,” she said. “You have to go in there knowing exactly what you intend to do, getting as much done as possible. And having been there gives me a tremendous advantage.”
And as she always does, Clinton dismissed the notion that this race has been marked by mudslinging – or that perceived negativity will hurt Democrats’ chances in the Fall. “We’ll have a unified Democratic party once we have a nominee. I have no doubt about that,” she said. “I know people because of the intensity of this and the historic nature of this campaign has probably created more passion than we’ve had in our politics in a long time. People take everything almost personally, but by historical standards this has been a very positive and civil campaign.”
While there was some focus on presidential politics, the moderators at momlogic.com were more interested in how the New York Senator raised a daughter in the White House. Clinton recalled being shocked at one of Chelsea’s short skirts in her teenage years; unsuccessfully trying to open a coconut with her husband for her then-four-year-old daughter; and the merits of having Secret Service agents accompany Chelsea on dates.
But questioner Sherre Hirsch delved a bit deeper into family life at the White House, asking how Senator Clinton survived tough marital times in the public eye. “Every family does face all kinds of challenges,” she said. “I obviously was fortunate enough to be grounded in my faith, which has been an anchor for me my entire life, and gave me the support and the confidence to try to work my own way through everything in front of me to try to come to a resolution that was right for me and my family.
‘
“When you are in a difficult situation, oftentimes you feel like you just want to withdraw into yourself, and you want to shut the world out. In front of the world, that’s a little hard to do. But for most people it still feels like that. And to be able to have people around you who you trust who’ve been there through the good times as well as the tough times when you’ve been there for them, that’s really what matters.

DEBATE! DEBATE!! DEBATE!!!
It’s time for everyone to face the truth. Barack Obama has no real chance of winning the national election in November at this time. His crushing defeat in Pennsylvania makes that fact crystal clear. His best, and only real chance of winning in November is on a ticket with Hillary Clinton as her VP.
Hillary Clinton seemed almost somber at her Pennsylvania victory speech. As if part of her was hoping Obama could have proved he had some chance of winning against the republican attack machine, and their unlimited money, and resources.
But it is absolutely essential that the democrats take back the Whitehouse in November. America, and the American people are in a very desperate condition now. And the whole World has been doing all that they can to help keep us propped up.
Hillary Clinton say’s that the heat, and decisions in the Whitehouse are much tougher than the ones on the campaign trail. But I think Mr. Obama faces a test of whether he has what it takes to be a commander and chief by facing the difficult facts, and the truth before him. And by doing what is best for the American people by dropping out of the race, and offering his whole hearted assistance to Hillary Clinton to help her take back the Whitehouse for the American people, and the World.
Mr. Obama is a great speaker. And I am confident he can explain to the American people the need, and wisdom of such a personal sacrifice for them. It should be clear to everyone by now that Hillary Clinton is fighting her heart out for the American people. She has known for a long time that Mr. Obama can not win this November. You have to remember that the Clinton’s have won the Whitehouse twice before. They know what it takes.
If Mr. Obama fails his test of commander and chief we can only hope that Hillary Clinton can continue her heroic fight for the American people. And that she prevails. She will need all the continual support and help we can give her. She may fight like a superhuman. But she is only human.
Sen. Hillary Clinton: “You know, more people have now voted for me than have voted for my opponent. In fact, I now have more votes than anybody has ever had in a primary contest for a nomination. And it’s also clear that we’ve got nine more important contests to go.”
Sincerely

DEMOCRATS WANT OBAMA OUT NOW!GUAM 50/50 split!
Senator Hillary Clinton ties Obama in Guam! Pundits like CNN & MSNBC got it wrong again predicting Obama would win by double digits. Each candidate got 50% of the votes! More than half the voters will not vote for obama! 56% who heard speech less likely to vote for Obama, his unfavorable rating among registered voters up 37 percent!! Clinton leads McCain 48 to 41 percent among all registered voters, while Obama and McCain are tied. National lead dropped 10pts now tied with Senator Clinton and he is now losing in IN too. Once 25 pts ahead in NC now just 5pts- They are not going to give this Presidency to Obama because hes black and if we don’t blacks will stay home, so what? American is ready to elect a black man not this black man who recently revealed a major character flaw and again calls into question his judgment and truthfulness of the candidate whose entire appeal has been based on character or his lack there of and not solutions. If Clinton is not on the ballot Working White Middle class will stay home and Obama cannot win on just black votes. David Axelrod said Obama doesn’t need white middle class voters. Axelrod said, “The white working class has gone to the Republican nominee for many elections, going back even to the Clinton years. This is not new Democratic candidates don’t need to rely solely on those votes.”
DEMOCRATS WANT OBAMA OUT NOW!
Obama’s Chickens Come Home to Roost too little, too late. The Wright controversy had revealed a major character flaw and calls into question his judgment once again and truthfulness of the candidate whose entire appeal has been based on character. Wright is like an uncle you love and respect As imperfect as he may be, he has been family to me for so many years, I can no more disown him than I can disown the black community” “I can no more disown him [Jeremiah Wright] than I can disown my white grandmother.” a woman who once confessed her fear of black men after a black man had tried to shake her down for money. She gave him some, but he kept demanding more. “If the bus hadn’t come, I think he might have hit me over the head,” Obama says she told him. Rev Wright was right! Obama speech is ONLY for political purposes after the severe drop in polls!
Obama is now declaring himself shocked and disappointed at Wright’s unrepentantly racist and anti-American views? Obamas obviously support his feelings of anti-America and white hatred that the church endorses to stay for 20 years and raise young daughters in that atmosphere Obama can no longer plausibly claim innocence in this matter, because he is the one who has encouraged Wright by trying to excuse and explain his views. All of this is why it is no use for Obama to backpedal from his association with Reverend Wright, or to denounce him now, six weeks too late. It was Obama who sought to provide the Reverend Wright with immunity from criticism–and he can’t complain when the reverend tries to take full advantage of that immunity. This is the final collapse of the noble promise of the Obama campaign. The man who had once put himself forward as the candidate who would transcend racial politics once and for all has ended up legitimizing a Christian equivalent of Louis Farrakhan–and injecting him into the American political debate. http://www.dontvoteobama.net

Great story! I love it when “journalists” run a bunch of talking points…what a service you’re doing for America.
Seriously, did an intern post this?
Hillbilly,
You’re not helping your cause, brother. Learn some grammar and punctuation, then try to persuade me why I want you picking the best person to lead our country. Then, maybe once you’re semi-literate, pick up a copy of Darwin’s “Origin of Species,” apply his principals of natural selection to culture, and realise why a bunch of hoopleheads like you shouldn’t be picking our president.
Or, if it’s too much effort to use nearly all the keys on your keyboard, at least give me a good argument. If I can make it through your long, run-on, unpunctuated sentence, then I may be persuaded to take your side.
Moron.
Nic you remind me of a young man that wanted me to fire one of my machinest. My machinest could not read or write very well and his math was even worse. He couldn’t read a caliper or a micrometer yet he always had the fewest rejected parts in the plant. I never figured out how he did it but his preformance told me all I needed to know. After a while they had a conflict. I fired the highly educated young man who could point out everyone elses faults instead getting his own work done. That young man reminds me of Mr Obama. Everyone has a point of view listen to them all and them make your own decision. Look for substance not not how it was conveyed. We have only one qualified canidate Hillary. She has earned my respect Mr Obama has not.
