Obama Places Second in PA
Following stops in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, the senator, his staff, Secret Service detail, and press corps waited on board the Obama campaign plane on a busy Philadelphia airport tarmac. Barack Obama was set to fly to Evansville, Indiana, to hold a post-Pennsylvania primary rally, but the 757 pilot announced over the PA system that we were number 18 for takeoff. After a collective groan in the cabin, the pilot announced he’d made three phone calls to try to move us up in the queue. Just a few minutes later, the pilot informed us we were number 3 for takeoff. Chalk it up to the perks of running for president.
Obama and crew were “wheels up” minutes after polls closed in Pennsylvania for the next state up to vote in the Democratic race on May 6th. During the nearly two hour flight, senior advisor David Axelrod and communications director Robert Gibbs dropped by the press section of the plane, donned in “Stop the Drama, Vote Obama” T-shirts they purchased for $10 a pop in Philadelphia. Obama, they said, was napping in the front of the cabin, and had not been following the returns.
Axelrod and Gibbs didn’t know much – only what they read on their blackberries before we took off, and when we left, the race was still too close to call. But as early returns favored Clinton, Axelrod observed, “We’ve been very clear from the beginning that we didn’t come in with oversized expectations…as this race began, we were greeted with a declaration of the spokesperson for the Clinton campaign that she was unbeatable in the state of Pennsylvania, essentially that we were wasting our time, so we thought otherwise, and you know, we’ll see what happens.”
But Axelrod was confident in his campaign’s current position - more states, more pledged delegates, and more of the popular vote than Hillary Clinton. “If you don’t think we’ve done well enough, ask the Clinton folks if they’d like to trade places with us,” he said.
Of course this was not a good night for Obama. When the frontrunner offered his congratulations to Senator Clinton during his Evansville rally, the 7,000-strong crowd enthusiastically booed. “No, no,” Obama pleaded. “She ran a terrific race.”
Just after the speech concluded, Axelrod made an appearance in the press workspace – in a button down shirt this time. This was a “home game” for Clinton, he told reporters. “We got the result that we anticipated, and now we’re on—we’re here tonight, we’re on to North Carolina.”
With no end in sight in this Democratic brawl, Axelrod noted (prior to knowing his candidate lost), “There’s a sense of urgency about the time we’re losing, and a sense of urgency that we not you know savage each other to the benefit of Senator McCain. And as it becomes clearer that we have a delegate lead that is harder to overcome, or close to impossible over time, then the question [is] - If Senator Clinton has a legitimate chance to win the nomination then she has every reason to stay in, but if her only strategy is to try to tear down Senator Obama, then I think that will make a lot of Democrats uncomfortable.”
The campaign doesn’t think it’s likely that she will be able to pull this off, and said so in a memo emailed to reporters following Clinton’s victory. “As he has done in every state, Barack Obama campaigned hard to pick up as much support and as many delegates as possible and was able to stave off Clinton from achieving a significant pledged delegate gain from Pennsylvania. The bottom line is that the Pennsylvania outcome does not change [the] dynamic of this lengthy primary. While there were 158 delegates at stake there, there are fully 157 up for grabs in the Indiana and North Carolina primaries on May 6.”

The Dems Presidential Race 2008:
“Back to back they faced each other,
Drew their swords and shot each other…”
It seems the media is trying its best NOT to answer the daunting question … “Why is the wife of a popular 2-term president with ‘35 years of experience’ losing her pants to a relatively unknown african american first term senator with big ears and a funny name?”
Winning a few “big states” is not good enough for a former first lady whose been primed and positioned since “day one”.
It is very hard to understand, how any human being, who can READ, would still put down a vote for Hillary Clinton.
Why won’t FOX touch the story of (Saudi Aide #1) Huma Abedin, or better yet, Bill Clinton’s upcoming trial for fraud in May, or June?
Why won’t you tell the public the TRUTH?
Obama ~ Or Else We Sink further in 08.
I am sure if you would asked Obama a month ago if Hillary beats you by 6 delegates in PA will he consider that a win for him. His answer would have been Yes Yes Yes. Let’s not spin this as a huge win for Hillary when she only gain 6 delegates. Now what does she will need to win the rest of the primary election by 60%. Are you kidding me?
Clinton now leads in the popular vote.
I wonder, has anyone even bothered to ask themselves what is the purpose, intent, or even moral relevance of these DNC “rules” Howard Dean has imposed upon the voters of Florida and Michigan, particularly when balanced against the basic civil right to vote and have one’s vote counted?
Let’s ask ourselves about our deep moral convictions regarding the DNC’s rules that were purportedly violated by Florida and Michigan, which Howard Dean claims warranted the DNC’s actions of stripping them of their representation. Florida and Michigan moved up their primaries, like numerous other states, states that weren’t punished in the most drastic way possible, by stripping the voters in those states of their Constitutional rights to representation. Only Florida and Michigan had their representation at the convention stripped. And why? Do any of us actually care whether Florida, Michigan, California, South Carolina, New Hampshire or any of the other states’ legislatures moved up their primaries? Does moving up the date of their primaries disenfranchise some minority segments of those states’ populations? Did moving the dates create some barrier that would make it more difficult for voters to vote, such as historic injustices like applying literacy tests, or land ownership requirements, or any other historically egregious voting equity violations? No. No, there was nothing patently unfair, or even comprehensibly wrong with these states moving up their primaries. What IS unfair, unreasonable, and IMO unconstitutional is denying only these two states equal representation.
And what is the significance of this strange checker board arrangement of primary dates anyway? In fact, in recent history the votes of the citizens in Iowa, New Hampshire, and other early primary states carry vastly more significant weight than that of their fellow citizens in other states, based upon this arbitrary primary schedule. What of Constitutional equal protection provisions?
None of it makes a lot of common sense, yet astonishingly, Obama supporters, such as Howard Dean, expect us to blindly accept and support this dubious, twisted travesty of democracy they’re trying to sell the American public? WHAT?!? Have the American people lost the ability to reason? If these kinds of shenanigans took place in an election the United States had undertaken to monitor in a fledgling democracy, we would declare the election a fraud.
The fact is that Florida’s and Michigan’s votes WERE officially and legally certified by the Secretaries of State in those states. Much as the “rules is rules” advocates like to talk about the DNC’s rules, they refuse to acknowledge the controlling voting LAWS. These figures ARE part of the National popular vote totals.
Now, you might complain that the candidates didn’t campaign in Florida - well, then Senators Obama and Clinton are on equal footing there, and official elections were held and record numbers of voters went to the polls in Florida and VOTED.
Or you might complain that Sen. Obama’s name wasn’t on the ballots in Michigan, while Clinton and Obama Supporter Dodd did not choose to withdraw their names from the ballots.
And what sort of legal argument Senator Obama might use to make his case that these voters should be stripped of representation? He removed his own name from Michigan’s ballots voluntarily, but apparently he thought better of removing his name from Florida’s ballots. Further, in both of these states, when given opportunities to correct the wrong DNC Chairman Dean perpetrated against the voters in these states, by agreeing to revotes, Sen. Obama alone blocked all attempts at revotes, knowing that Sen. Clinton had, and still has, significant leads in polls those states. Astonishingly, in reality, Sen. Obama is arguing that democratic voters in Florida and Michigan, so important to any victory for the democratic party’s nominee in the general election, should pay the ultimate consequence, disenfranchisement, for the actions of their republican majority legislatures. Yet he is unwilling to live with the consequences of removing his name from Michigan’s ballot, and he is unwilling to live with the legally certified voting results. Hmmm . . . this seems like a self-serving and meritless argument.
So, yes - Senator Clinton now leads in the popular vote, and I’d like to remind the Super Delegates (who few of us even knew existed a year ago), that Senator Obama said, in his speech after Super Tuesday that the Super Delegates must not overturn the will of the people, as well as what Speaker Pelosi said recently, that “[i]t will do great harm to the Democratic party if it is perceived that the Super Delegates overturn the will of the people. That is consistent with the delegate voting his or her conscience.”
There are several states who have yet to vote in this primary, and THIS TIME, their votes will matter as much as any other voters in the country - INCLUDING Florida’s and Michigan’s voters, whose votes MUST be counted - that is, if we still consider ourselves a free and democratic country.
HILLARY DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hillary is such a great candidate!!! Her grasp of the issues facing America and her solutions will help America become a stronger nation. She is the most knowledgable person of policy and procedures I have ever voted for.
We can’t afford to let her loose.
Hillary 08!!
Hillary came in FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Strange
If Clinton came in 2nd it would be reported ’she lost’
Obama comes in 2nd (out of two) and it is reported ‘he came in second’ - NOT Last, not lost.
Strange reporting. Or is just choice of words - when it is against you.
Even with another victory under her belt, it`s still almost as if the Pa. primary never happened. No real knockout punches from either side. On to the next one I guess.
Hillary fights on and runs up even more debt across the States she still has to visit. Remember the lead Hillary had in PA in the early weeks of the campaign which rose to 26 points, so in the end 10 point win means she lost a lot of voters. Monday evening Hillary’s spokesmen were secretly briefing there polling showing a 17 point lead!
So the Democratic Party continue a little while longer, allowing Hillary to destroy the party with her “gutter” campaigning with lies and personal attacks, it is he only way she seems to know.
IF the Superdelegates dare overrule the Mandate of the Voters for the personal vanity of one woman then they deserve to lose the Election, no wonder McCain is laughing!
Hil-LIAR-ry has run a republican style campaign against Obama. This was her home state, where people new her entire family, and the best she can do is win by a 10% margin? PITIFUL!! If the DNC doesn’t put a stop to her trifling tactics, The Dems will loose the general election!
Two words for Hilliary: Peter Paul
He better get use to it! Assuming he backs into the Democratic nomination, he will secure second place once again to McCain!
I’n not surprised Obama came in 2nd. The surprise is how well he did do and the number of new voters who registered because of him. Change will come with fresh ideas. I was sickened when the Hillary Camp boasted that they won the states that count. I feel EVERY State counts. She is from the OLD School and I feel that things will be the same if she becomes president.
Ken
Tampa, Florida
Obama should really start worrying. He is in a bad position .. especially if he loses In, WV, KY, and Puerto Rico.
Current Pledged Delegate Count to Date:
Clinton: 1337 — Obama: 1490
What the picture would be if it was Winner-Takes-All Pledged Delegates to Date:
Clinton: 1643 — Obama: 1208
Current Estimated Superdelegates to Date:
Clinton: 252 — Obama: 224
Maximum Possible Delegates to Date at the Convention:
Clinton: 2007 — Obama: 1547
There are nine more contests to go. If Clinton wins the aforementioned races that would give her another possible 247 delegates at the Convention. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas for Hillary!
Popular Vote Counting Michigan and Florida:
Clinton: 15,102,719 — Obama: 15,015,087
Difference: Clinton + 87,632
Axelrove feed you the headline, too?
Just too hard for you to write “Clinton Beats Obama” or “Clinton Wins, Obama Places Second” or “Obama Places Second After Clinton”? Won’t you get pretzels on your next flight if you don’t slyly put the focus on the loser and shut out?
The snake-oil campaign with juvenile journalists and Sopranobama tactics. (How much does the average superdelegate cost, anyway? Maybe you could write about that?)
A candidate not ready for prime time who won’t get near the White House.
DEAL OR NO DEAL
The brilliant voters in PA said “NO DEAL” Barak Obama…
Well, once again Hillary ruins the day for Howard Dean, supposedly the Head of the DNC, and Ted Kennedy, who have been working so hard to eliminate Hillary and move on with the great Barak Obama…
K first Clinton needed to win period, then by at least 5 points, then it was by 6-7 points, then it was by double digits, Well Hillary did it. Now Obama supporters putting more pressure on Hillary to drop out. I don’t understand it she has won almost every electoral vote that matters in Nov. Why would anyone want her to drop out? Al Gore found out that winning the beauty pageant is a consolation but Democrats need a candidate that can win the states that count for them.
Obama has lost some of his luster, The true politician is coming out where he says what he has to to win and has been caught doing it with NAFTA and the small town statement and the typical whites.
BTW Obama only took that percent due to African American votes but they say whites have an issue voting for blacks? Maybe they should do a study on how African American seem to have a problem voting for a white.

Your political commentator, Bob, has this all wrong concerning the Super Delegates. They ought to look at the electoral college and compare both candidates in that regard. The Super Delegates are suppose to vote their conscience not for the popular vote, or else, what would their purpose be in the first case. Kennedy and Richardson did not folow the popular vote in their State, so why should other Super Delegates, do differently. If it was a General Election given the standing of both candidates Sen. Clinton would soundly defeat of Sen. Obama.
Bob is counting the number States that Obama won, but that does not matter, it is how many electoral college votes the candidates that make them President, that’s what it boils down to. Now, the delegates should take into consideration the Florida and Michigan delegates too.
John McCain can beat Obama after the RNC has soften him up, bearing in mind that a lot of Republican voters have been voting for him in the so called Red States, putting him in position he is in right now.
The first three headlines in The Latest Posts From the Campaign Tail say, ” Obama…. Obama…. Obama…
Why does is have to say Obama Places 2nd? Why couldn’t it have said “Hillary wins…. Listen to the news media the name Obama comes up 5 to one times more than the name Hillary or Clinton. Although I must say that Fox has been the most fair, these headlines bugged me this morning.
I am so sick of hearing Barack Obama’s name every 30 seconds.
“Stop the Drama, Vote Obama” Funniest thing I have read today. Obama is nothing but drama!
“Rev Wright”
“William Ayers”
“I won’t debate”
“Guns and religion”
“Let me ear my waffle”
Let’s not even go there with his wife who hates America!
This man is drama
America First
Congrats to Hillary! Thank-you FOX for being fair and balanced. You had the guts to call the race last night first! To all you Obama fans, re; new york times, they endorsed McCain and Hillary as a political spin, they have always been in Obamas corner, why? they dont like america either. Shame on the democratic washington party, Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi are vile .
Way to go Clinton! lets show him how America really is. he will try to take this victory from you but you did what everyone said you needed to do. not only did you win but won by double digits.
I feel sadden that a wonderful aspiring young man will be ruined for insisting that America neeeds a new direction. We now have the Rebublicans along with the Democrats perching like vultures to await his demise. It is ironic that the Republicans, who also have not accomplished their golas in the White House are now coming forth with all the know-how on how to make America great.
America will never be what America can be because there is one fraction of America who benefits financially from the devisive dialogue that goes on in this country. If the president needs to always come from within the ranks things will never improve. The qualifications for president should be
rewritten. This is a hypocritical nation, and all other nations know this. The cable news stations need to stick to delivering the news, not interpreting it! Let the American people decide.
We have computers and are savy in world affairs, we don’t need these left or right people interpreting anything for us. Hillary could not run her own house , and now she cannot run her campaign, but she is ready on day 1 to get us out of Iraq. Our politicians have let us down, and nobody will admit it! They cannot do what they promise. This is a failed system! If Americans can’t have somebody who can solve the major problems, at leat have a person of class in the White House. I am an Obama supporter, but I do believe Mitt Romney and his family would have been a great first family. Class is important: the Clintons and Senator McCain - NO!
I believe Obama has the best chance of beating John McCain.
Unfortunately the example of Illinois & Chicago government is not what we need for the rest of the country. Obama is a corrupt south side Chicago politician. The tax payers in Cook County are taxed well beyond a reasonable amount. The sales tax here is 10.25% and property taxes are sky high. We can’t even get a decent public school system. It is against the law for a law abiding citizen to own a handgun to protect him/her self. The local government is bloated, inefficient, and corrupt.
Well, once again Hillary ruins the day for Howard Dean, supposedly the Head of the DNC, and Ted Kennedy, who have been working so hard to eliminate Hillary and move on with the great Barak Obama what now Howard?
Thank you Pa.
After the recent series of revelations concerning Obama’s associations with unsavory, anti-American characters, America almost made a huge mistake by supporting a candidate with these kinds of friends and supporters.
I just want to thank the voters in Pennsylvania for their intelligence and ability to see through the smoke-screen that Obama had put out.
I am very proud of you!
Jo Anne.
obama drop out. americans see through your rhetoric, it is getting old. you can’t even win against hillary in the big must win states. you outspend her 3-1, and you still lose. dnc wake up, this guy will never beat mccain. if we count fl. and mi. she won the popular vote too. obama the uniter, is the divider, he is more devisive, and polarizing than hillary. mccain will be the next president if obama’s the nominee. drop out for the good of the party obama!
Clinton’s victory in PA is expected and I commend Obama for having a big heart to congratulate his opponent. His supporters shouldn’t be upset about such gesture.
I am now sold on the fact that Senator Obama can not close the deal!
He may have all the money to outspend Senator Clinton and McCain, he definitely can talk a good story, but that is all.
We need to give the most likely candidate to beat McCain the nomination NOW, that being Senator Clinton!
Hillary won but she is out of money.
Barrack raised more than Hillary and McCain combined.
Hillary has made her point.
The only way she can win the nomination is for the Super delgates to steal it from Barrack.
Hillary supporters need to ask themselves, Why are all the Hillary haters(the conservatives) so exited by her most current win?
Obviously, the conservatives feel they can unite the Republican base against Hillary. Also, the conservatives would love to see the Democratic party split where Hillary supporters refuse to support Obama.
No one has anything to say!! Go Hillary!
Thank you Pennsylvania.
Love from Florida.
Obama is not electable, its that simple.
Personally I think there is only one candidate in the running now that doesn’t have a problem with telling the truth, and that is John McCain.
Who cares about what candidates say about the issues, if you can’t even believe what they say?
Whenever Obama is confronted on stuff he just says its the politics of fear and/or plays the race card. Hillary isn’t much better.
“PLACES SECOND” ? ? ? ?
Excuse me, is that a euphamism for LAST PLACE? or LOST?
Gimme a break, “PLACES SECOND” … the bozo LOST!
Call a spade a spade. Oops. We can’t say that because it would be racist, correct?
Goes to show honesty and integrity is an issue that the American people are concerned with, even though Hillary isn’t much better.
I wonder if Obama can win a national election. He had a large pool of voters who registered specifically to vote for him. He outspent the Clinton campaign by at least 3 to 1. With his own private pool of voters and financial power, he couldn’t buy the Pennsylvania election and still lost by 10% of the popular vote, and only took more of the delegates because of the Democratic party’s confused way of apportioning delegates.
Operation Chaos in action. Your welcome Hillary supporters.
Check out this Hillary spoof! It’s Hilarious!!

Or search “Hillary Terminate” on You Tube!
Typical Obama loving reporter, HE LOST!, or are you not smart enough to count. Try your stupid spin somewhere else.
He took the lose greatly but he still is on top of his game and when june 3 gets here he will be the overall winner.
“FOX” The network where the simple-minded people get their news and guidance. This blog proves it. I check from time to time to see what stupid people think. It is just a matter of time and we will be addressing your pre-senile republican candidate. Lose your back woods mentality and stop crying about the inevitable — Obama will be the next President of the United States. If you don’t like it, move back to Europe. Just don’t stand in the way of American progress with all the venom and disdain you have for people who are not like you.
OBAMA 08
Now we move on to the next contests and the superdelegates. It is clear that neither of them will have enough delegates to take the nomination with out the superdelegates. They are the ones that are going to decide this nomination, but there are serious questions about Obama’s ability to win the big states, to put an end to this process, and most important his elect ability in a general election. These are all things that the superdelegates are going to have to consider. They need to make the right decision here, and Michigan and Flordia have to be resolved.
Hooray, now we in PA get to have our tv’s back. With the constant ads Obama ran he should have done better. Bad investment? Out of all the counties, I think he won 4. And they were all Philly area. I will be feeling sorry for Indiana now. Get ready for the nonstop ads.
I have a burning question, Hillary always says every vote counts, and the people need to be heard. BUT, even with the win and lets just say this whole thing plays out like the “experts” say it will, and she doens’t over take Obama. How can she spin it to the super delegates on the premise that she deserves the nomination because she won the “big states”? So what is she saying, the other states that he won doesn’t matter? So in essence she is saying even though he would have the delegate lead and popular vote, the voter’s don’t matter. Maybe someone can help me out with that.
Go Obama….the more this goes on, the more I think I will have to move to Europe if Hill and Bill get anywhere near the White House. They make me sick with their lies and manipulations…watch out it is going to get even worse now. It is painful to watch the poor uneducated goofs voting for them based on what the Clinton White House…make clear it is Hill running not Bill, he will probably get fired! And she is going to OBLITERATE Iran…kind of reminds you of cowboy politics at its best…………….

“Obama is not electable, its that simple.”
______________________________________________________
It really is this simple and if Obama didn’t get 96% of the black vote, he would have nothing at all.
Goes to show honesty and integrity in not important in america or they would not vote a liar in.
People with low IQ vote for the LIAR HILLARY. YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DO
Obama
Did anyone catch what CNN was saying……that Hillary was out spent 2 to 1? What a joke…..try 3-1 maybe 4-1.
This race is over. Stop kidding yourselves.
Go Obama! The lies the Clintons tell to get the wife elected are making me sick….WAKE UP AMERICA…..she will probably fire Bill if she gets in the White House…I am going to move to EUROPE if she gets in….cannot possibly listen to her for 4 years…………………………..oh, wait till (her words) she OBLITERATES IRAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about cowboy politics at its best.
Let us not forget that just a couple of weeks ago Hillary was up in PA. by over 20%! Cutting that in half ain’t small change! It’s ok to blow your horns - a win is a win is a win! It is still about the delegates though! If at the end of all of this (may it come swiftly) he still leads in the popular vote and the pledged delegates - and the superdelegates disregard the will of the people and give the nomination to her - a great uproar will ensue and people will say the Dems themselves did to Barack what the Reps did to Gore in 2000 - stole it! It could do such severe damage to the Party that it may take years for things to heal! Let’s hope that scenario doesn’t happen!
One had to wonder what other skeletons will come out of Obama’s closet.
good morning
Did you see this? At a hastily called news conference this morning, Bill and Hillary Clinton just announced that they have designated themselves the Co-Commissioners of Major League Baseball and of the NFL. Henceforth, they announced, the winner of a baseball game will not be the team with the most runs but rather the team with the most hits; and the winner of a football game will not be the team with the most points but rather the team with the most first downs. If needed, the tie-breaker will be the team captain with the phoniest laugh. One brave reporter asked if the rule books had been changed to reflect all this. Hillary just laughed and Bill turned an angry beet red. Of course not, they said, what rule books?
Obama’s campaign is losing momentum. As the American people learn more about Obama the more they realize that he is not the right man to be president of the United States. The problem for us (the McCain supporters)is that Clinton will be tougher to beat in the general election. So, as it warms my heart that Obama is going down it also worries me that Clinton could actually win.
I wish this campaign was based on honesty and not lies that are told by the dem’s to get elected.
I hope this process with the dems goes on until August. That way the American people will be able to see what it would be like to vote for a Honest man.
If God had not created Hillary Clinton, the Republican Party would have had to. Go Hillary!
What’s this about he can’t close the deal? Obama has won the race for pledged delegates. That’s the deal and he’s closed it.
So in the general election when winner takes all the delegates, how do people actually expect him to win when he can’t even win a state with any importance or signifigant number of delegates? The ONLY reason that he is ahead of Hillary is because of the crappy way of distributing delegates. In addition, millions of people were disinfranchised in Michigan and Florida. I understand that they paid a penalty for moving their primary up, however now that the race is so close, I believe it would be unfair to those voters not to let them have a chance to be heard. I mean, I don’t really care since I’m a McCain supporter and I don’t believe either democrat has a chance in he!! of competing, I just think it’s completely against what this country stands for. How can we expect to promote democracy in places like Iraq and encourage those people to vote and have their voice heard when we are letting things like this go on in our country.
The owner of my company “is” and now “was” a supporter of bHo. He asked everyone in the company to support bHo because the country needs change. Now that the truth is coming out in pieces about bHo, the owner of the company sent out an email telling everyone he was sorry for his bHo comments and he could no longer support him. He is not stating his current support, but there is no doubt he will be going back to the GOP where he belongs vs. the socialist agenda of HRC and bHo.
This is great. Clinton and Obama are working so hard to get rid of the other that they don’t have time to bash McCain. As they are duking it out McCain is letting the people get to know him. He is a honest man and keep this country safe. Neither Obama or Clinton can do that. All they will do is raise taxes.
If the democratic party would count delegates as the republicans do, Senator Clinton would be far ahead of Obama. I don’t know why everything has to be so confused. I’m really hoping that Bill Nelson - Fl. is able to get the support needed to change the rules of the elections as he has proposed. Only six big primaries, no super delegates, no electoral votes. Go by popular vote only. This makes more sense to me than the way things are now, there is so much room for mischief and cheating the way we conduct our elections at the present time.
Christopher,
You’ve hit the nail on the head buddy, and I hope the people of Indiana have paid attention to the racist attitude that this elitist orator has exposed…..There are a lot of small towns in Indiana, and I don’t think you can hold those statements made, only to Pa….As far as I’m concerned Obama and his wife, with the things they have said, have done more to set back, the race issue than anybody,I’ve heard in a long time……there’s nothing wrong with religion or Guns…..whats wrong is when people like Obama, find an avenue that they wouldn’t otherwise have and use it to talk down to people
What’s stupid is that He’s saying that kind of stuff to people that He expects to put Him on Pennsylvania avenue….We got a glimpse when his wife opened her big mouth, and now given enough rope,He’s blabbed himself into a position, where we can all see who he really is…..a big mouthed elitist, with a racial agenda
Look the facts are that Hillary did not win 10% over Obama. Plus the fact the Rs are changing to help Hillary to win so just cool and let’s see what happens in the next 2 weeks.

All states Obama won to secure his lead that the Republicans win in a general election no matter what. Bank on it.

Swing states that Democrats MUST win 2 out of 3 of in the general election to have a shot at the White House… Also states Obama has proven he can’t win come November.
Be careful what you wish for, kids. This guy is winning the nomination on smoke and mirrors (causcuses in red states) and has no chance come November.
I don’t understand the democratic party’s way of choosing a nominee…. should be Winner Take All period. The one with the most votes from the People should Win.
Especially to potential voters in the Democratic primary in North Carolina and Indiana:
If you are patriotic to the United States of America and you want to retain Christianity, freedom,
unity, life, liberty and the persuit of happiness, you should examine very closely the baggage of the man persuing the Democratic nomination.
I guess he should not have said of us [ small town America] that because we’re poor we are bitter ,gun toting, Bible thumping ,bigots, that blame others for our troubles. [a country translation] A John McCain Democrat!
Which election are Clintonite right-wingers in the Dem Party watching? A ripple in PA and you behave as if it is the CREST OF THE WAVE for Hillary?
Hate Barack all you want, but you can’t stop him winning this Dem. nomination and the USA presidency.
This is how I see it. Hillary has succeeded in dividing the party by not stepping down because overall she has lost. Her notion that only the big states count are an insult to the rest of the country. THis election is not about the CLinto
