I never would believe that there are so many people ready to turn this nation over to this guy because they want to feel "good". Hopefully, people will come to their senses and start to ask what is he really about. To take so lightly this decesion that is before the American people is not only reckless, it is dangerous. Have you done any homework about his relatives in Kenya? Might surprise you. I truly believe if all of this about Obama had come out earlier, Hillary would have already been the nominee for the Democratic party. They are going to self destruct by electing this guy. I did not know until today he has a dual citizenship - America and Kenya. Don't know it matters, buy where is the loyalty?

There is no position (in the world) that can prepare you to be president of the United States. The position is unique in it's scope and responsibility. So the argument that either of the candidates is or isn't experienced enough to be President is a faulty one at best. The only position remotely equivalent is Governor. None of the candidates have held that postion.

Most people will agree that there were some significant strides during the Clinton years. Deficit reduced etc. Howver, healthcare reform languished and NAFTA was passed. In addition the events of 9/11 had their birth during the Clinton years. Bill was "too busy" fighting off impeachment regarding his lying about Monica. Let's also not forget Whitewater, Vince Foster or the mysterious legal records which disappeared once subpeonaed. Hillary, admittedly was not President at the time, but she seems to use this period to justify her experience.

Barack Obama is a largely unknown, junior Senator. He has he own set of hurdles. Jeremiah Wright, Ayers, Rezko to name the obvious. However, many people believe that he offers a distinct change from the past politics. His biggest drawback to more than a few Americans is he is Black.
Many citizens in this great land still are not comfortable with the concept of a Black President.

Hillary seems to have an attitude of you "owe me this". Barack, I believe wants to make changes in the way things are done. People say he can't win. But Senator Clinton herself says he can. I don't agree on some of his stances, like stem cell or abortion, but I'll get over that if he can stop the war, lower oil prices, bring jobs back to America, cut taxes and change healthcare.

John McCain is more of the same. While I am a Black, small businessman and many of the republican views are supportive of my goals, if the rest of America is suffering they can't and won't be able to support my service.

In conclusion Obama 2008. And not because of some feel good speeches but because I believe he is the best for the Country at this time.

It's all politics, they say what they think the public wants to hear. If you really want to know the real personality of the candidates you have to get referrals from people who are no longer associated with the candidate, just like ordinary people do when they are looking for a job. The employer refers to the potential employees' past associates. From what I have been reading about former associates of Bill and Hillary during the Clinton years, the referrals are not only bad but they are down right scary.

Hillary's lies, her temper and her initimidation of people are usually referred to by those who worked in the Clinton Administration and choose to disclose information not available for public consumpation. A large majority of those people who Hillary can no longer initimidate or affect their lives have come out with bad referrals for Hillary. As a potential employer of Hillary via proxy as a voter, her referrals do not reflect the person I want running my affairs. She is bad news.

I'm sure Clinton didn't appreciate that question. Its not because it was inapropriate though. What will you do in Iraq 9 or 10 months from now is completely hypothetical and she jumped in speaking in absolutes. Communication with the military is two way. Pres sets direction, military strategizes and communicates risk, Pres says do it. She just committed to saying do it and told our military she doesn't care about the risk.

If she can't wiggle out of that answer, which will be tough because it was pretty clear, she will not be electable in Nov. McCain can win on that promise she made alone. She just demonstrated to anyone paying attention that she's not prepared to be Commander and Chief.

Obama and hillary showed neither one would be worth a crap as a Commander in Chief, and Obama just showed his arrogance with his answer and demeanor. Obamas clueless as Commander in Chief and we all know the clintons never have liked the military, but to say you wouldn't even take the generals advice in to consideration before making decisions is just plain stupid, and they thought GWB is stupid (I Agree), but they are just as stupid. Yea they have their policies, but you still have to have input on the repercussions, in case you need to alter your plan alittle to get the policy completed. They both talk great about our military, but the clintons never have liked them and obama has never visited iraq once. If one military person (retired, active or family) voted for obama, your blind to his arrogance and distain for the military.

Before I get accused of being a raciest because I just can't stand the sight of Obama, the sound of his voice or the sound of his name anymore, I want to make it extremely clear that I was totally spell bound the first speech I heard him make at the Dem. convention 3 years ago. I called my 9 year old grandson in to watch him and I told him that one day this man would be the president of the U.S.
I have always been a supporter of the Clintons, and being a woman I have always looked forward to Hillary running. I wouldn't vote for a woman for that reason only, but I know Hillary is a policy wonk.
she puts in her time and does her home work well. You can ask her just about anything and she can give an informed answer.
One reason Barack did so poorly the other night is because he was ask the first question. . I think if he does not have Hillary going first to set the pace he stumbles. I do not think this man has an original idea, ever!
Every thing he says is a copy of some one elses speech or policy. Just about all of his policies are taken from Hillary with a few minor changes just to say it is somewhat different.
Even the brush off thing about the debate not going the way he wanted it to go was a copy of someone else. This time He did not have the opportunity to say "I agree with senator Clinton"
Then sfter the debate make one of his sly sarcastic remarks that is (new politics). LOL !!!.
It seems to me that the term elitist applies to him because of his arrogance and his attitude more than his upbringing. He seems to me to always be looking down his nose in a condiscending way at Hillary and even the reporters that stray off of his message, (preaching) about HOPE.
I have watched both candidates on just about everything they have said on t.v. I have decided in spite of a few blunders that Hillary has made, she has proven to me, beyond any shadow of doubt that she is the most qualified one of these two to be President . He may be (COOL) but she is smarter, tougher, and I also believe she is an ORIGINAL, not a parrot, mouthing what they hear someone else say all the time.
By the way I don't think having Bill Clinton hanging around the White House is a bad thing.
I do disagree with Hillary on one thing.
i WILL NOT BACK bARACK oBAMA. If Barack wins the nomination, and Hillary is not on the ticket, THIS OLD YELLOW DOG WILL TURN BLUE!!!!
