McCain could care less about MLK or anything he stood for. He is only saying what America wants to hear so he can be president of the United States. You mean to tell me that you didn't know about MLK in 1983 and King fought for civil rights during the 60's and was KILLED in 1968. WOW!!! Arizona is one of the most racist states in America. Ronald Reagan, John McCain and George Bush just to name a few could care less about Black People!!!!! America is like that uncle who molested you, but paid your way through college.
Thanks America, I still Love you :)

Let help you Travis because you're having difficulty understand what's going on with the mortgage situation.

What began as the mortgage crisis here in the US was essentially a forwarning to the global credit problem. It effects real estate, municipal finance..many things.

The Fed has handled this situation very creatively (and somewhat responsibly) so far. But the world economy will have an impact as well. For itself, the US economy is quite resilient.

Hope this helps.

April 4th, 2008 at 5:13 pm First of all TEL’ the housing market was not as bad as it is now. The people whose homes are being foreclosed on are because of this recession that we are in. They could afford the homes before 9/11 why is it now that they can’t afford their homes anymore, you seem as if you like to talk but you make no sense. Of course this recession is not hurting the upper class Americans as much as it is hurting middle class Americans, Tel I guess you are the typical upper class American

................................................................

First of all Travis...it's not a recession. The GDP was up final quarter or 2007, it needs to be down two years in a row. It's not end of fiscal year and the numbers don't support your claim. It may turn into one..it isnt' one yet.

Could they afford those homes before 9/11 Travis? I believe they were taking out bad loans then. It's the fault of poor policies by the lending companies and poor decision making by the borrower. When you borrow for more than your home is worth and you know you don't have the liquidity to see the loan through, DON'T TAKE THE LOAN. Or when you GAMBLE that the home value will have risen and you'll sell to cover your loan..DONT" TAKE THE LOAN. Does that explain why some can't afford their loans Travis? Their homes were worth far less than the loan and they didn't have the sustained means to pay it off. You can't be that stupid Travis..you're a liar but you can't be that stupid.

"Tel I guess you are the typical upper class American".

I'm actually an Australian immigrant to the US and I'm certainly not wealthy by any stretch of the immagination. But I am honest when I make an assertion Travis..not like you.

You make it very hard to maintain that you are not indeed stupid as well as a liar Travis.
