Having watched Huckabee chase money like Governor Spritzer chases hookers, e.g. giving paid speeches for groups that manufacture products that go against his “alleged” principles, stealing furniture from the governor’s mansion, giving out nice jobs to those that filled his personal coffers, giving paid speeches in the middle of a campaign, etc. This comes as no surprise.
I’m willing to bet that they will print as many new T-Shirts as they have to, just to fill orders. Collectors’ items become valuable because they are rare, but since he’ll probably just keep making more to meet the demand, they will not become collectors’ items, nor will they be worth anything.

Sen. Obama told the New York Times he was not at the church on the day of Rev. Wright’s 9/11 sermon. “The violence of 9/11 was inexcusable and without justification,” Obama said in a recent interview. “It sounds like he was trying to be provocative,” Obama told the paper.
Rev. Wright, who announced his retirement last month, has built a large and loyal following at his church with his mesmerizing sermons, mixing traditional spiritual content and his views on contemporary issues.
“I wouldn’t call it radical. I call it being black in America,” said one congregation member outside the church last Sunday.
“He has impacted the life of Barack Obama so much so that he wants to portray that feeling he got from Rev. Wright onto the country because we all need something positive,” said another member of the congregation.
Rev. Wright, who declined to be interviewed by ABC News, is considered one of the country’s 10 most influential black pastors, according to members of the Obama campaign.
Obama has praised at least one aspect of Rev. Wright’s approach, referring to his “social gospel” and his focus on Africa, “and I agree with him on that.”
Sen. Obama declined to comment on Rev. Wright’s denunciations of the United States, but a campaign religious adviser, Shaun Casey, appearing on “Good Morning America” Thursday, said Obama “had repudiated” those comments.

Really, it’s done because Huckabee dropped out of the race? Most political pundits make the point that the Democratic party is going to take a hit when the superdelegates decide who the presidential nominee is. Somehow the idea that the political elite have the potential to overturn the popular vote doesn’t mesh with the “Every vote counts” ideal the Democrat elites try to send to their minions. After the August DNC either Hillary’s Latinos, femnists and old White people will walk away severely disappointed or Barack’s youths, Blacks and males will return to their apolitical state. Either way, the Democrats are heading for a huge rift. The identity politics that have been played by White males all these years are going to destroy the party because the groups they have been pandering to have finally found their own voice.

You boneheaded, spineless whiners and complainers! You are a stench in the nostrals! Huckabee may have lost and withdrawn from the campaign but reading all your tripe one thing is for sure - he is a much better individual than you probably ever will be!
I was for Romney for awhile, but after watching him grovel for the Vice Presidency (in his interview with Hannity), I realize he’s a true politician who will say, do, or promise anything to gain and maintain power. I hope McCain has the wisdom to choose a running mate who will seek to serve our nation rather than one who is consumed with his own personal ambitions and political aspirations.
To all the Huckabee fans out there. I’m curious if you care at all about all of the ethics violations he’s been in, all of the scandals that have surrounded him. I’m not going to ask why you like him. If I do you’ll blather on about fair tax, social conservative, etc. For the record, I’m glad that he’s a social conservative.
What I am curious to know is do you just bury your heads in the sand about all of his dishonest behavior while in office and while he was campaigning? Is the fact that he is an Evangelical enough to get you to support him regardless of what his actions are?
If you’re going to respond about how honest he is and what great integrity he has, you obviously don’t care enough to research the man.

Dano: I have research my canidate. His by far the best out there. You bring up his ethic violations, but did you notice that out of 14 ethic violation only 5 were proven true. And the 5 that stuck to him were all stupid, except for the exception of maybe one. Where they accuse him of paying himself with campaign funds. My question is, why wasn’t he punished if this was a fact. Probably because it not. The rest of the ethic violations aren’t even wroth talking about. One more point, did you notice that they were all came from media groups. One in piticular accused him of 12 of those ethic violations. When since is the media the Law.

We may diasgree on many aspects regarding Huckabee’s character. I’ll just let that go for now because I’m actually more curious to know, (Let’s assume that I’m not discussing Mike Huckabee in any way, shape or form), Would you prefer an Evangelical candidate that is sometimes honest and sometimes not as opposed to an always honest non-Evangelical? Regardless of how you answer that question, I’m not going to respond, “Well then, you should’ve supported my candidate.”
Just as there were undoubtedly many Mormons that voted for Mitt Romney, there were also many Evangelicals that voted for Mike Huckabee.
Would you prefer that someone share your faith even if they were dishonest, or would you prefer someone that is honest of another faith?

But isn’t it a lie to hold yourself out as me and say things you know I would never say? Cult members how do you reconcile your actions with your professed beliefs? Don’t you say that you want Mike Huckabee because he is a man of integrity? Why doesn’t it bother you that you have no integrity yourselves? The dichotomy would be worthy of study and thought if you bore any semblance of sentient beings. One is reduced to accepting the behavior as axiomatic of cult membership.
I never understood how you cult members could feel justified in lying to promote your beliefs. If I had to lie to justify my beliefs I would be concerned that my beliefs might not be correct.
Your lies also seem directed at tearing down things that frighten you, things that you don’t understand. This is not to say that you are unintelligent. Most of you seem to quickly identify people and things that are smarter, more effective, and more plausible than you or your beliefs. In other words, people and things that are superior to you. These things seem to frighten you. How frightened you must be! Quick think that Mike Huckabee was an honest man of God, full of integrity and faith, honest, conservative, didn’t raise taxes in the Great State of Arkansas, didn’t release a murderer to kill again, capable of leaping tall buildings in a single bound…. I also want to apologize for slandering a great leader and man of God, Governor Mike Huckabee. In my determination to become one of Romney’s polygamous wives (now, or if I must wait, in the afterlife), I lost sight of my need to be fair and honest. Forgive me! As long as I stay on my medication, my therapist assures me such erratic behavior will subside.

I like this man. I like his morals. If you think our world couldn’t use a person like him to run a countrty, you are mistaken. GOD would have had a hand in it through Huckabee because before he made important decisions, he would have asked for HIS help and been guided to a solution. Our world is simply in a mess, it is aching everywhere. Man cannot change or correct what is wrong because we are mortal - we are the ones who created the mess we are in.
I wish Huckabee could have had the chance…I would love to see just how much he could have done to improve this world. He was humble enough to let go in a dignified way and I just respect him so very much. His campaign was honest and moral and truthful, how appreciated I hope he knows he was at that time. Hope life has eased up and you are back on track with your regular, normal, and loving family life from home, church and the many people you don’t know out here that still think of you as the biggest candidate of all.
