President Clinton: Camp Raises 10 Million in 3 Days

Cleveland, OH—

The Clinton campaign is trying to raise as much money as possible heading into the Ohio and Texas primaries on March 4th. President Bill Clinton told a crowd in Kirtland, Ohio that when backers saw Senator Obama outspending his wife the donations poured in:

“You know when Hillary supporters realized that Senator Obama was going to outspend her 3 or 4 to 1 we had this amazing thing, I never thought I would see it,” Clinton said, “She got 10 million dollars on the internet in three days. From little -bitty supporters, people didn’t have any money. Yesterday when they realized that he was outspending her 3 or 4 million dollars on television, a million and a quarter dollars came in over the Internet, from little civil working people. People are empowered by this. “

The campaign e-mailed supporters today asking for donation amounts for as little as $5–they are trying to bring in 50,000 contributions in 72 hours. Clinton said the fundraising numbers during this election have been so significant because voters are putting their wishes and worries on these candidates:

“People running for President get a lot out of it. They take up the energy from the crowds. And they hear every four years the song America sings,” Clinton continued, “The hopes, the dreams, the happiness, the heartbreaks, the tragedy, the family squeezes, everything, all the good and bad. It flows out of the American people, and it’s been gushing out this year, which is why you have such record turnouts, and all the record contributions, all that stuff.”

The 42nd president returns to the Lone Star state tomorrow for a jam-packed day flying all over reminding supporters to both vote and caucus this Tuesday.

People like me, who once was neutral in this race. The more I hear of Obama, the more mud-slinging he does, the more he keeps coming back to his comment about not supporting the Iraq war, I just had to give to Hillary.

NOTE TO OBAMA AND HIS SUPPORTERS: He did not vote against the Iraq war because he wasn’t in office! And he is quoted as saying in 2004 that he didn’t know WHAT he would have done had he had the chance! And he is using THIS as a way of saying he has better judgment?

Please people, let’s hire the person with the best resume - and that’s Hillary! I need her for my two daughters, we need her for our country! Don’t let the Republicans who are admitting to supporting Obama in TX just because they want Hillary out of the picture dictate who our nominee is!!!

Sarah I agree with you 100%. Obama was not in a position to vote so how can he use this as part of him campaign. He states he wants change but I don’t believe that change is for the benefits of the American people. But it will help Resko, Farrakhan and many more. I hope Texas See’s this before Tuesdays vote. Resko trial will start on the 3rd. I hope everyone watches

GO HILLARY !!!!!
Texas, Ohio & Rhode Island - YOU can make a change for the USA - VOTE CLINTON!!!!
Clinton is the best candidate in experience, leadership and knowledge - obama is not.
When you look at all the issues concerning our country today - Clinton is the leader - obama gives a good speech and can rally the people - so can a rock star - we need a President.
Obama claims he was against the war - he did NOT VOTE !!! He gave a speech at an anti-war rally - hardly the same. He was not even in the US Senate at the time of war.

GO HILLARY !!!!!!

“Shameful” is how Faye Porter, a tenant living in Lake Park Manor, described
the growing scandal around Tony Rezko, a Chicago affordable housing developer.
The shameful part is that “if Mr. Rezko hadn’t been indicted, the condition of
our building and others like it would never see the light of day.” The fact is,
the state of affordable housing in the United States is a much deeper problem
than the indictment of Tony Rezko.”

“We could never get any repairs done in our building,” Porter said. “We were
living in horrific conditions.” Her building on Chicago’s South Side was a
slum. Rodents and squatters occupied the halls. The plumbing always leaked.
Gangs controlled access to the building. It was falling apart. No one seemed to
care. The needs of the families living there did not appear to matter.
Apparently, all that mattered to Rezko and his partners were the
taxpayer-supported fees. Once they made their money, they abandoned the
building and people like Porter who depended on this housing. The needs of the
families living there did not appear to matter. Apparently, all that mattered
to Rezko and his partners were the taxpayer-supported fees. Once they made
their money, they abandoned the building and people like Porter who depended on
this housing. Unfortunately, Porter’s experience is representative of thousands
of other families living in subsidized units in Chicago. They are relegated to
living in second-class housing because of slum owners and a lack of oversight
and regulation.”
How could Obama not know?
The simple answer is,
OF COURSE HE KNEW!

I am a REAL person - not someone sent out here to blog for my candidate! But listen to this: To date, Hillary is LEADING among democrats given all of the states that have already voted (through Wisconsin). Obama is leading when you factor in the republicans and independents. There was a story on ABC about how these Republicans are voting for Obama just so that Hillary is not the nominee, and then come November they will vote for their own party!

This is sabotage and it has to be stopped!

It’s well-known that Barack Obama’s success has depended largely on independent and Republican voters. The corollary to that, however, has been less thoroughly reported: Obama is losing among Democrats.

Over at the Perfect World, Cal Lanier crunches the numbers and finds that Obama, despite being ahead among pledged delegates, has fewer total votes among people who identify themselves as Democrats. (He has 7,392,809 votes; Clinton has 8,229,063.) That gives Clinton as lead with 52 percent of Democrats. Lanier also breaks the numbers down by race and points out that Obama has won white Democrats in only two states: New Mexico and Illinois.

I love this question and am glad the Clinton team raised it. The problem is that they’re not so great at answering. When I asked campaign staffers for examples of Clinton being tested by a foreign-policy challenge, their response was pretty weak. As Patrick Healy reported in the New York Times, Hillary Clinton did not have a security clearance during her husband’s administration, so she wasn’t in the room for the brutal moments he faced. Her aides named the slew of uniformed retired military officials who have endorsed her, including several four-star generals. That’s nice, but it’s not proof of her mettle. When you make an ad like this, your case for your woman should be stronger than a list of endorsements.

Mark Penn pointed me to Clinton’s 1995 speech in Beijing, in which she declared that women’s rights were human rights. A fine speech and a great message, and boy, I bet her hosts didn’t like it one bit, but that doesn’t really constitute the testing that this powerful ad brings to mind. Also, if we’re talking about speeches, then I think Obama has that covered. He has been arguing for some time that he made a speech in 2002 about why the Iraq war was a bad idea. And hasn’t the Clinton team been knocking that back as just a speech?

I thought Obama was ahead in TX??? Is this true?

I’m in NM - every day I’m so depressed over this campaign but I’m trying not to let it affect my life. But I look at my two girls and I just cry - when will the glass ceiling be broken? When will politics not be so ugly and corrupt?

I know I sound dramatic, but I’m also a moderate democrat. I’m a physicist at a national laboratory, and THERE IS NO WAY that this registered democrat will vote for Obama. I don’t know if I’d vote for McCain or more likely, not vote or write in Hillary’s name in November if she doesn’t get the nomination.

*sigh*

I’m sure it was emotionally gratifying for Obama to make an anti-war speech in 2002, but what did it CHANGE? As members of the Senate, Clinton and Obama have a good sense of the way a vote will go. Surprises are rare. When Senator Clinton voted on Senate resolution authorizing military action against Iraq in 2002, she voted to empower the President to act more quickly in the event of further attacks and to add weight to diplomatic pressures, hardly insane notions given the circumstances. Hillary Clinton knew that the vote would pass, whether she voted for it or not. Of course, voting against it would have cost her Senate seat, possibly to a Republican. And now Obama is using the vote against her. He KNOWS that it doesn’t reflect on her judgment or character, but that it was practical…unless he thinks that she should have handed over her seat to a Republican during the days of the Iraqi invasion. But why wouldn’t Barack use this political lie to win an election? For months now, he’s been patting himself on the back for his anti-war stance in 2002. But he is, after all, a politician. CHANGE indeed.

Clinton, Boxer donor pleads guilty
Abdul Rehman Jinnah admits he used straw donors to contribute at least $53,000 to the Democratic senators.
From a Times Staff Writer
February 29, 2008

Southern California businessman Abdul Rehman Jinnah pleaded guilty this week in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles to directing illegal campaign contributions to Democratic Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York and Barbara Boxer of California.

Jinnah is scheduled to be sentenced in June. He could face more than a year in prison for reimbursing employees and associates for political donations made in their names.

Jinnah admitted Monday that he used straw donors to contribute at least $53,000 to Clinton’s political action committee, HillPac, and Boxer’s 2004 reelection campaign.

He was indicted in May 2006 but fled the country soon after for his native Pakistan. He returned to face the charges a year later and has been under house arrest.

I don’t understand how people can say Hillary is the candidate that is most qualified for President but still vote for Obama. Our country has suffered enough over the past 8 years and can not afford “on the job training” for the next 4 years. We need a President day one. If Hillary is not on the ticket in November, this is one democat that will be voting for McCain!

Comment by Sarah

I will also vote for McCain. I’m a physicist at a national laboratory and there is no WAY I will vote for someone who has so little knowledge and experience of the military and foreign affairs!

Look at all of the military officials endorsing Clinton (here is just one of many):

One of our nation’s top military figures, General Shelton served two terms as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under Presidents Clinton and George W. Bush.

In announcing his endorsement, General Shelton said, “I’ve been with Senator Clinton when she has been with our military men and women. I know from those experiences that she understands the demands and sacrifice of military life. I am confident she will always put the readiness and well being of our troops first. She is ready to be Commander-in-Chief.”

General Shelton joins General John Shalikashvili as the second former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to have endorsed Senator Clinton. General Shelton is the fourth flag officer to endorse Senator Clinton this week.

The first Green Beret to serve as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Shelton served our Nation with distinction over a career that spanned 38 years. General Shelton served two tours of duty in Vietnam, and was awarded a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart. He was assistant commander of the 101st Airborne Division during Operation Desert Storm in Iraq, and later commanded the 82nd Airborne Division. Prior to serving as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Shelton commanded U.S. Special Operations Forces. He served as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the nation’s highest ranking military office, from 1997-2001.

General Shelton joins a distinguished group of 28 retired flag officers who have endorsed Senator Clinton to be our nation’s next Commander-in-Chief. In addition, more than 2,000 veterans and military retirees are members of Senator Clinton’s national and state veterans’ steering committees.

Hillary has taken too much of a hit on her vote to support Bush in Iraq. Our country believed Bush and trusted him. After 9/11 we all believed that Sadam was someone that needed to be dealt with. If you look back at the public opinion you will find that most of America agreed with Hillary’s vote. I don’t think when it comes time to make tough decisions that Obama is up for the job. He didn’t demonstrate that in the Illinois senate. He talks about his good judgement; was it good judgement when he was doing drugs during his college years? Don’t be fooled folks. He is just a feel good speaker but that won’t pay my heating bills or mortgage payments and it won’t keep us safe from another 9/11.

No Chris, the facts speak for themselves:
From MSNBC.com:

The tension between true Obama supporters and stop-Clinton guerrillas is being played out in a group calling itself Republicans for Obama, which has organized chapters in 23 states, including Texas.

“Even James Carville admits that if Hillary loses Texas, ‘she’s done!’ Republicans can help make this a reality!!! Just think, no more Clintons in the White House!” says a posting on the organization’s Web site, offered as a suggested e-mail to send to Texas Republicans. “I urge you to vote against Hillary Clinton by voting for Barack Obama.”

Is anyone else sickened by this????

Republicans are supporting Obama because they don’t want Hillary on the ticket come November. Truth. Obama is trailing Clinton in Democratic votes to date, also truth. Check your facts.

And again, how many military personnel are supporting Obama?

I am a 37 year old woman, mother of 2, female physicist who routinely works with the military. I’m not hired by the Clinton campaign and I am a real person with a real brain who is supporting the person that is best for the job.

To the obama supporters:
If you calculate the distribution of Electoral votes needed to become president during a general election (using the states that Hillary and obama won to date). You get:
Hillary: 161 + (Florida 27 and Michigan 17) = 205 obama: 190
Hypothetically, the Supreme Court gives Hillary Florida and Michigan because the “chads” were hanging. LMAO!
Up next: Texas 34, Ohio 20, Pennsylvania 21 (75 Electoral votes)
As you see, if Hillary wins the next three states, she would have the 270 (actually 280) out of 538 needed to become president in the general election. He has not won “any” of the states the Democrats need to win in November! If he can not win them now, how can he win in November? Can you say Superdelegates! They should and must select the candidate with the best chance of winning in November, or the democrats need to learn to say President McCain!

You only show your ignorance by continually claiming he is jsut as those who toss names and innuendos about Hillary Clinton. shouldn’t this race be decided on the issues. Hi Utah Independent, Obama when he was in Indonesia at age 6 - 9. He went to school that Christian or Moeslim can attend. When he was in Indonesia, Obama might be 1st grade - 4th grade. I grew up in Indonesia the same time when he was in school . We have class called “Pendidikan Agama” It was a class that we attend based on our religious. We must to attend this class, and we cannot get bad grade in this class. If we got bad grade we cannot move to next grade. As one of Indonesian magazine mention that Obama attend Moeslim class for 2 hours in a week when he was in grades school in Indonesia, and he went to Mosque on Friday for pray.

The power does not lie in the White House it lies in the House and Senate. It will be business as usual as soon as the election is over take our hard earned money and use it for pork programs. Ok let’s talk about the facts.

Obama voted against prohibiting taxpayer dollars being allocated to entitlements for Y temporary workers or illegal aliens (senate vote #00192, 2007), he voted against prioritizing Federal spending to ensure the needs of Louisiana residents who lost their homes as a result of Hurricane Katrina and Rita were met before spending money to design or construct a nonessential visitors center (senate vote #00164, 2007), he voted against protecting coverage choices, additional benefits, and lower co-pays for Medicare beneficiaries (senate vote #00103, 2007), he voted against tax deductions for college tuition, student loan interest, out of pocket classroom expenses for teachers, and protecting senior citizens from higher taxes on their retirement income, (senate vote #0083, 2007) and he voted against legislation that would improve Homeland Security by requiring that foreign ports scan all containers shipped to the United States for nuclear and radiological weapons before loading. (senate vote #00248, 2006)

Shall we go on? Lets!

He voted in favor of providing funds for health care and educational services to non-citizens and illegal aliens (senate vote #00133, 2006), he was one of only 16 Senators to vote against increasing the amount of fencing and improving vehicle barriers installed along the southwest border of the United States (senate vote #00126, 2006), despite his professed support of military personnel he voted against providing $20,000,000 for the Department of Veterans Affairs for building and improving veteran’s medical facilities (senate vote #00111, 2006), and he voted against increasing the military mife insurance benefit for soldier killed in the line of duty (senate vote #0092, 2005).

There’s a lot more but my personal favorites are….he voted against legislation to protect and secure the franchise of all United States citizens from ballots being cast illegally by non-United States citizens and illegal aliens (senate vote #00143, 2006) and he voted against legislation that prohibited people found guilty of terrorist acts against the United States or it’s military from being granted citizenship. (senate vote #00177, 2006)

So you see….it’s not that I don’t support him because he is black. I don’t support him because anyone who says “you can bomb us and we will still give you citizenship” will never get my vote.

REZKO Story coming next I hope, Why haven’t we heard more about this story - …hmmm.. March 3rd trial check out his connections with Obama, there is no change in any of his message…The media has finnaly hit this week on some of his dirty laundry (about time), let’s not stop here, because the media has to stop given him a free ride. Read the facts below on some issues…….

He started out as nice guy and showed how he was different now he constantly spending those millions defending and bickering as well - OBAMANIAHYPOCRITE.

On the issue of experience, Obama`s record/experience is a joke by comparison…Hillary`s been to no less than 80 countries…helping any way she could…in addition, here`s just some of All Hillary`s achievements/experiences as a US Senator:
In 2000, Hillary was elected to the United States Senate from New York. As Senator, Hillary has continued her advocacy for children and families and has been a national leader on homeland security and national security issues.
After the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, Hillary worked with her colleagues to secure the funds New York needed to recover and rebuild. She fought to provide compensation to the families of the victims, grants for hard-hit small businesses, and health care for front line workers at Ground Zero. And she continues to work for resources that enable New York to grow, to improve homeland security for New York and other communities, and to protect all Americans from future attacks.
She is the first New Yorker ever to serve on the Senate Armed Services Committee, working to see that America’s military has the necessary resources to protect our national security. She has visited troops in Iraq and Afghanistan and at Fort Drum in New York, home of the 10th Mountain Division and other New York bases, as well as at Walter Reed Military Hospital. She has learned first-hand the challenges facing American combat forces. Hillary passed legislation to track the health status of our troops so that conditions like Gulf War Syndrome would no longer be misdiagnosed. She is an original sponsor of legislation that expanded health benefits to members of the National Guard and Reserves and has been a strong critic of the Administration’s handling of Iraq.
But Hillary has recognized that we can’t ignore our problems at home while we face challenges overseas. She has introduced legislation to tie Congressional salary increases to an increase in the minimum wage, because she believes if America’s working people don’t deserve a raise, neither does Congress. She has supported a variety of middle-class tax cuts, including marriage penalty relief, property tax relief, and reduction in the Alternative Minimum Tax, and supports fiscally responsible pay-as-you-go budget rules. She helped pass legislation that encouraged investment to create jobs in struggling communities through the Renewal Communities program. She has championed legislation to bring broadband Internet access, which is so important in today’s information economy, to rural America.
In the Senate, Hillary has not wavered in her work to expand quality affordable health care to more Americans. She worked to strengthen the Children’s Health Insurance Program, which increased coverage for children in low income and working families. She authored legislation that has been enacted to improve quality and lower the cost of prescription drugs and to protect our food supply from bioterrorism. She sponsored legislation to increase America’s commitment to fighting the global HIV/AIDS crisis, and is now leading the fight for expanded use of information technology in the health care system to decrease administrative costs, lower premiums, and reduce medical errors.
Her strong advocacy for children continues in the Senate. Some of Hillary’s proudest achievements have been her work to ensure the safety of prescription drugs for children, with legislation now included in the Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act, and her legislation to help schools address environmental hazards. She has also proposed expanding access to child care. She has passed legislation that will bring more qualified teachers into classrooms and more outstanding principals to lead our schools.
Hillary has been a powerful advocate for women in the Senate. Her commitment to supporting the rights guaranteed in Roe v. Wade and to reducing the number of abortions by reducing the number of unwanted pregnancies was hailed by the New York Times as “frank talk…(and) a promising path.” Hillary is one of the original cosponsors of the Prevention First Act to increase access to family planning. Her fight with the Bush Administration ensured that Plan B, an emergency contraceptive, will be available to millions of American women and will reduce the need for abortions.
Hillary is strongly committed to making sure that every American has the right to vote in fair, accessible, and credible elections. She introduced the Count Every Vote Act of 2005 to ensure better protection of votes and to ensure that every vote is counted.
In 2006, New Yorkers reelected Hillary to the Senate with 67 percent of the vote.
to begin with, in last week`s debate, there was the great ignorance Obama showed to the world when he told that story about the platoon, etc…displaying a great lack of knowledge about how the military is structured, etc…
in the last debate, he stated that he`d take action in Iraq…if intel indicated that Al-Quaeda was building a base there, etc., there…what?…wait a min?…this from a guy who stated that he was against the war from the start…
when the war started, the US had intel which indicated that Al-Quaeda had bases in Iraq…the very same condition which Obama states he`d take action over there…just like Bush did…
which means Obama was either LYING in the last debate or when he says he was against the war from the start.
btw, Hillary showed her superior experience, etc., by correctly answering this question…because a good Commander-in-Chief needs to know the facts before answering such questions…
she was also correct in pointing out that Obama wasn`t in the Sen. at the start to vote on the war…and he`s going to say what ever makes him look good…so, of course he`s going to LIE and say that he was against the war from the start…makes him look smarter than everyone else…especially to his followers…
and speeches, etc., aren`t the same…there`s a HUGE difference between giving speeches, etc., and voting with a constituency to answer to, nearly all of who were for the war at the time…
in fact, on and just after 9/11, very nearly every American, including Obama, was for going to war or dropping a bomb on who ever was responsible for what took place on 9/11…especially NYer`s…anyone who says differently is lying just like Obama is…as SHOWN above…
quite simply, Today`s world is too dangerous for a Pres. to be learning on the job…and openly negotiating without pre-conditions…with our enemies/terrorists…many of who HOPE every American drops dead this very moment…and would CHANGE the United States to something other than democracy…to think otherwise, like Obama, is extremely naive.

GO HILLARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks for the link,,,,,i can,t beleive this,,,,,,its redicilous,,he is f,,,liar,,,,,,
The more I read about Obama, the more fearful I become. His record of drugs, association with criminals, the radical black only church and dirty politics. The worldwide support of every muslim group in the world with money and endorsement. Louis Farrakhan, with his Nation of Isalm is a real concern and Obama’s church endorsed him. Obama is not presidential material. His black only mentality is very troublesome and not right for our country. Both Obama and his wife received Ivy League education through affirmative action, but now they are finally proud of our country. Neither of the Obama’s had the grades or finance for the Ivy League college education, but the taxpayer got stuck with the huge expense. Don’t you get that warm and fuzzy feeling regarding the Obama’s. I didn’t use his middle name.
Thank God! People have snapped out of this trance, we want Hillary to stay in the race until Obama’s laundry all airs out…. and as you will find…there is just as much enthusiasm in learning about his faults and laundry that the media “especially” that media machine that CNN has exposed as to what I call a Hillary CNN Bashing Machine… CNN led to this unevenness in race and the truths of a real democratic race itself. I believe whether or not if you are a Christian or not, you should specifically make sure what the core beliefs of your church are…and I’m not into an all black belief based church that Obama represents. I want a church that believes for my core beliefs as well, especially if they are going to be president.. WAIT A MINUTE - Don’t forget they haven’t even got into the Rezko story yet,,,That starts March 3rd,,,,, however in the past week you have seen some good Obama Bashing and WELL DESERVED after all the Hillary bashing. They believe pretty much the same things but experience prevails as to who can accomplish what CAST YOUR VOT FOR HILLARY - THE CLINTON DAYS BROUGHT PROSPERITY TO ALL>>>>>>>>>>>>>

RIGHT ON TO BOYCOTTING CNN
However, it should be until the November elections, what do you really get from them but constant negative coverage against only one FEMALE PERSON Hillary R. Clinton.
SHAME ON YOU, CNN YOU HAVE FALLEN FROM GRACE
SHAME ON YOU, CNN FOR BEING BIAS
SHAME ON YOU, CNN FOR NOT BEING A GENUINE NEWS CHANNEL
SHAME ON YOU, CNN FOR BEING ANTI-IMIGRANTS FROM MEXICO
SHAME ON YOU CNN, FOR BEING THE BEST “Barack Hussein Obama’s” POLITICAL TEAM

I am proud to say I am one of the 50,000 supporting Hillary in 72 hours. I have never given to a campaign before but now is the time!!! Texas, Ohio & RI you are in position to save our country!!!!
I am so glad the truth is finally coming out - how things have been twisted against Hillary for so long. Obama is pollitics as usual. Hilllary is the most qualified person to be Commander and Chief. How can Obama keep saying he is qualified because of anti-war speech he made??? He wasn’t even in the senate at the time to vote on it!!! I won’t sleep well with Obama in the White House. I will vote for McCain if he is the nominee.

WHY DID OBAMA CHANGE HIS NAME? WHY DOES HIS CHILDHOOD FRIEND SAY HE WAS MUSLIM? WHY DID HIS TEACHER SAY HE REGISTERED AS A MUSLIM?
BELOW INFO FROM http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/nationworld/politics/bal-te.obama16mar16,0,5877869.story

Obama was born in Honolulu. When he was 2, his father, Barack Obama Sr., a Kenyan, and his Kansas-born mother, Ann Dunham, separated and later divorced. Dunham later married Lolo Soetoro, who was a Muslim. In 1967, the family moved to Jakarta, where Obama lived from ages 6 to 10. People there knew him as Barry Soetoro.

Adi said he often visited the Soetoro family at their home, a small flat-roofed bungalow at 16 Haji Ramli St. Today, he runs an Internet cafe and purified water business from the same small Jakarta house where he grew up near Obama.

Theirs was a middle-class neighborhood, but Haji Ramli Street was a dirt lane where Obama used to while away the hours kicking a soccer ball. In the long rainy season, it turned to thick, mucky soup; Obama and his friends wore plastic bags over their shoes to walk though it, said Adi, who at 46 is the same age as Obama.

Neighborhood Muslims worshiped in a nearby house, which has since been replaced by a larger mosque. Sometimes, when the muezzin sounded the call to prayer, Lolo and Barry would walk to the makeshift mosque together, Adi said.

“His mother often went to the church, but Barry was Muslim. He went to the mosque,” Adi said. “I remember him wearing a sarong.”

Hillary will sweep on March 4. Black history month is over!

Indypendant ED here… Hill Clint has single handly made the democratic nomination worthless!!
She would be easily crushed by the Rep’s in a general election because of her past. Everyone has few skeletons in the closet…. She has a whole cemetery!! All halt the “crier in chief”.
Name another candidate that could drop 11 straight and still be allowed to keep running.

Comment by Black Hillarican

Ed In Ok,
who but hillary, can drop 11 straight and her competition still has not gained the 2025 delegates needed for nomination? It is not about 11, but 50 states! Hillary will sweep March 4.

Comment by Black Hillarican

Talk about the great democratic turnout: Checkout 2004:
The 62 million votes cast for Bush were the most individual votes cast for anyone in history.

WoW their is some serious Hillary Lovers here… Thats ok, I like her too, but your comments and disdain for another Democrat are baffling. So let me get this right? If Obama wins the nomination all these democrats would vote for McCain?

Mind Boggling. Grow up, learn to watch politics and support who you wish without hate.

Ed,

I don’t hate Obama. If he shows us over the next 4-8 years with action in the senate that backs up his speeches I will be glad to vote for him. For now I don’t feel he is qualified to be president and yes I will vote for McCain if he is the nominee. Not out of disdain for Obama - but because the serious issues in our country need to be addressed by a qualified candidate.

Would someone please tell me what experience she has? She was the First Lady! People get a grip! Ok, she does have experiece in cheating, telling lies, playing games and acting like she cares. We need more than that. We need more than just someone that will “Stand By Her Man”, that is where her experience comes from. She has stood by him thru years of him cheating on her, I think this country running thing take more experience than that.

Theresa,

Do you always post without reading the other blogs? Many people have taken the time to post on Hillary and Obama. The good and the bad.

Have you done ANY research on Hillary or Obama? It is easy to find, if you really want to.

Yes! I can read and research.

And I find in research that there is more negative than positive. I don’t consider experience to be riding on ones husbands coat tails. I have my opinion and others have theirs, no matter who becomes president, that will still be our right.

Wow 10 million dollars in 3 days. So much for campaign finance reform. Don’t tell me that these are 100.00 or less donations that the democrats like to brag about. You know the line it’s from working middle class citizens they say. Thats alot of bull. These are supposedly the smae donor’s who can’t afford healthcare and pay for gas right? I don’t think so. Would love to see disclosure to the public who these donor’s are. I am sure Move on. org is in the tank for Obama big time and I wonder how much money has been washed from China through the Clinton campaign. You really can’t blame Nader for running for president when he says the democratic party is awash with big business and special interests. The same charge they make against the republicans. The system doesn’t elect the best candidates anymore it elects the ones who have more money behind them. More ads and commercials equals more exposure. The average american can never win an election because of finances. Thats how it works and thats why we keep getting the candidates that we do. God Bless America

WOW— Sounds like Theresa old man cheated on her and she is still biting into that bitter apple! Get over it– We don’t care about your personal problems. We care about about a Muslim running the white house and making deals with Farrakhan, Rezko and Pastor Wright and his organizations!

WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!!!

Your right about where the money is coming from…

BUT YOU SHOULD REALLY BE WORRIED IF THE MONEY IS COMING FROM A SYRIAN BORN CRIMINAL, AND BEIRUT…WTF??

Now thats ffng weird?

People lets take this country back, how can all those people vote for Barack? Wow, how fast we forget how great we had it when Bill and Hillary worked so hard for this country. How can the people voting for Barack just give it to him, when he really doesnt deserve it. At least Bill was a governor, and worked for it.

As a matter of fact, even McCain deserves it, who fought for this country, and honored our flag.

Now Barack? its unbelievable, him and his wife dont even act like they “like” this country, how can we vote for this guy? How can we vote for him when hes laughing in our faces, lying to our faces, and we are buying it?

He should be ashamed at himself for even running for the nomination, he hasnt done anything for this country, he knows deep in his heart, he doesnt “deserve” the nomination, but will take it anyway. I dont think this guy deserves a job in the post office, NOW FOR PRESIDENT????

People please beware, this will be the downfall of this country.
