Across America Tour, Day One: At the Capitol
By Lee Ross
What a wonderful — and chilly — place to kick off Across America. The radio weather report said the wind chill is five below zero and we believe it. Brrrrrrrrrrr. And despite the cold there were still people jogging by the Election Link truck. Wow.
No matter how cold it is, I will always look at the Capitol building as the most beautiful in the world. Maybe I’m a homer on this but I never tire of looking at this most impressive and important of structures.
We were joined outside by Mike Mastrian who along with his staff helps fox news and other media organizations navigate the tricky corridors of the Capitol complex.
We’re on our way!!!!

If you come to Amarillo, TX. I have a great place for you to stop. KaleidoScoops Ice Cream shop. Not only can you get plenty of feed back but the ice cream is on us!
6010a SW 34th. We’re next to a Walgreens and a Hobbly Lobby. Plenty of traffic.
