Giuliani is going back to basics with talk of terror, tax cuts and some love for his Florida base—note the mention of standing up to Arafat and Castro and his support for the National Catastrophe Fund.

I like Rudy, but think that John McCain is the best chance to get the Republicans in the white house, so I will vote for McCain.
Hey everybody!
I am voting for Mike Huckabee. Rudy is a little too liberal for me on some key issues.
I’ve created a voter guide so you can see how your candidates match up with your views.
You can see it here:
-Adrian
I’d love to see John McCain win our Party! I believe he is a true patriot and will do what’s best for America, not just what’s best for his state, party, or donors!!!
I support Rudy based on the remakable job he did in transforming New York City back to respectability. He proved his mettle, and has earned my vote.
Nominating anyone but Rudy would be suicide for our party.
McCain is no conservative, and Mitt would be pilloried for being a flip-flopper, and the dems would exact revenge for 2004.
I agree Rudy is a good person and candidate, I just believe John McCain is the best nomination for our Party and is the best person to beat the Democrats. I’m going to vote for McCain!
“John McCain is Bob Dole minus the charm, conservatism and youth. Like McCain, pollsters assured us that Dole was the most “electable” Republican. Unlike McCain, Dole didn’t lie all the time while claiming to engage in Straight Talk.” –Ann Coulter
“If nominated, John McCain will destroy the Republican Party.”- Rush Limbaugh
“Florida will be the beginning of the end of Juan McLame’s career of fighting for amnesty, teaming up with liberals against tax cuts, giving your social security away to illegals and being the single biggest backstabber to the conservative movement.”- Me
Let’s count McCain’s “conservative credentials”:
-he wrote the bill granting amnesty to illegal immigrants (co-sponsored by Ted Kennedy)
-he voted to give your social security money to illegal immigrants
-he voted against the Bush tax cuts multiple times (he has since flip-flopped and has campaigned as a lifelong tax-cutter)
-he routinely engages in Democratic class warfare against big companies in America
-as recently as December 2007 he admitted “he doesn’t know the economy very well” and needed to get better at it
-he wrote the McCain-Feingold campaign finance bill that was declared to be an unconstitutional infringement of the 1st Amendment (co-sponsored by ultra-liberal Democrat Russ Feingold)
-he was called the “worst 2nd amendment candidate” by the president of the NRA
-wrote a bill (co-sponsored by his buddy Lieberman) imposing a massive tax on energy which, according to the Heritage Foundation, would drastically raise the price of gasoline and put many US companies out of business
-supports radical global warming legislation which involved him voting with every Democrat
-he joined forces with Democrats (“Gang of 14”) to block the Senate Republican’s attempt to confirm conservative, strict constructionist judges
-he joined liberals to fight against a federal marriage amendment supporting the institution of traditional marriage
-campaigning in 2000, he famously described Christian leaders as “agents of intolerance”
-he filed an amicus brief against pro-life advocates in Wisconsin
-he met with leading Democrats in 2004 to discuss the possibility of being John Kerry’s Vice-President
-with most of these positions, unfortunately, McCain hasn’t flip-flopped and vows to fight for these liberal causes as president
-if I wanted to elect a Democrat, I’d vote for Hillary or Obama
Let’s now look at some of his endorsements:
-New York Times
-Geraldo Rivera
-Joe Lieberman
-Bill and Hillary Clinton
-nearly every member of the liberal media (most Newspapers have endorsed him for this very reason, phrasing his strength as an ability to “attract the support of liberals”)
If you’re a Republican, do not let the most liberal elements of the media tell you who to vote for and who is “electable”. Electability polls fluctuate wildly every week (+16 this very week in favor of Romney). A recent example: Bob Dole was considered far and away the “most electable” Republican because he was respected by Democrats and because of his military service.
Voters in Florida and around the country, if you’re a conservative, consider whether McCain’s career record of liberal positions and ineptitude is actually the best you can hope for. Consider if he’s the most electable candidate even if many prominent conservatives have vowed to “sit out” this election if he’s the nominee.
Spread the word to other conservatives before the liberals on TV and in the newspapers steal this election away from the conservative movement (lower taxes, stronger families, stronger military, no amnesty).
Go Rudy! McCain is not the best chance for the Republican Party. He is very volatile and can’t rally conservatives. Rudy can both rally conservatives and grab moderates. He is the true 50 state candidate, he truly has the energy to win.
Dan — follow Rush and Ann Coulter to your demise if you wish…me on the other hand would rather have John McCain than a democrat!!
McAmensty is a real sore loser.. takes sylvesters HGH just to stay awake, becomes paranoid and starts name calling… what a loser.
this viet nam vet will never vote for this man. He has no integrity at all and is blind for sure about economic revitalization for this nation.
I’ll take rudy or mitt or anyone but McCain. I respect his military service but thats it.. It doesn’t qualify him to be president especially with all the skeletons he has in his closet from all those years past. when you stop listening to your constituents? You got to go !!!!!
I like the fact that John McCain doesn’t follow blindly the money interests and is willing to cut wasteful spending! That’s why I’m voting McCain!!!!
I endorse John McCain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Steve
If you like Rudy, then vote for Rudy. McCain will be lucky to get any conservative votes if he gets the GOP nomination. Hillary will beat McCain, because GOP’ers will let her win, if it’s McCain.
I voted for Rudy today in the early vote. I think this is an excellent commercial.
Go Rudy!!
Jason
http://www.ExcellenceInAmerica.com
You have McCain trying to convince people he has experience with the economy.
You have Romney trying to convince people he will be able t handle the war on terror.
Then you have a guy who has been tested and proved himself in both of those issues.
Rudy Giuliani
Great Message Rudy!!
Jason
http://www.ExcellenceInAmerica.com
Sorry Jason, I already voted for McCain in Florida, but agree Rudy is a fine candidate.
The ad is excellent, I was not sure who to vote for but now I know it will be Rudy. He spent so much time here in florida obviously he wants our state and is doing all he can to win. He doesn’t flip-flop and is a real outsider unlike McCain. Think about it, McCain has been a senator for years, if anyone is to blame for all the mess we are in is he not part of it? Vote Rudy, I would really like to see him transform the country the way he did New York!
onemore thing, another reason I will vote Rudy is that Crist endorsed McCain. Waht a joke. are you telling me the gov. of Florida only made up his mind tonight. What a BS-er. he obviously was given something, like a potential cabinet position or VP. Thanks for looking out for us Gov. If he had any decency he would have left his big nose out of the race. I hope people see through him for that garbage he pulled tonight and it just shows you McCain will pull dirty tricks to win. Sorry to say it but it is true. VOTE RUDY!! PLEASE!!
I think Rudy is a class act, certainly a much better candidate than McCain or Huckabee. Romney is still the best game in town. He has my vote.
I would love to see a Romney/Rudy ticket. They would be unstoppable.
As a life long conservative I’m telling all you McCain fans, the Conservative base will NEVER EVER vote for him. We would rather see Obama or Clinton get into the White House than McCain. At least with them you know you have a liberal in the white house and can counteract it with a conservative house and senate in 2011. McCain is a Democrat in conservative clothing. He can’t be trusted. Huckabee isn’t even running for president, he is running for VP so you would all be fools to vote for him.
Mitt Romney is by far the best candidate and the only one that can unify the Republican base and win the whitehouse.
Believe it people.
Mike Huckabee: #6 on the 10 most corrupt politicians of 2007.
John McCain: Member of Keating 5. If you don’t remember, google it.
How could we ever vote for such corrupt politicians as these two?
What a bunch of dreamers. Rudy will only last one more week, All his eggs are in Florida, I bet he doesn’t get 12%. Dan quoted Rush “pill boy” limbaugh, Bush already ruined the republican party. Destroyed it actually, You guys live in a vacuum, turn off Fox for a minute and listen to some real news. You say liberal media, Who owns fox, CBS, Time, NBC keep swallowing the poison. The only way a Republican gets elected in any office in the next 10 years will be if they change their name to Independent, and someone doesn’t notice. Rudy is the most dangerous canidate in history behind Bush Jr. Get used to the fact that Hillary or Mrs. President is going to turn this boat around. Nobody is going to take away your guns but someone better take away your shoe laces, you gonna need them when Obama or Hillary finally rid DC of King George, I am sure in your mind is the best Pres ever.
Dan you posted on other Pro Rudy pages of Liberal Media, What is that is it CBS, Time, Fox, NBC, MSNBC. Lets break that down. Fox can be summed up with one name, Rupert.

Or was it CBS

The New York Times and the rest of the liberal media WANT McCain to be our nominee. That should tell you all you need to know.
Go Rudy Go.
My vote is going for Ron Paul. I have spent countless hours looking at all candidates and he by far is my favorite. Please at least look into Ron Paul before voting, America Deserves it. Ron Paul is the true conservative, actually standing by the constitution. Imagine a politician that gives some of his salary every year back to the treasury because he knows Government spends too much, in fact he’s passed bills trying to lower congress’s pay while in congress!
“Don’t Steal, the government hates competition” is on his desk, he realizes that government has gotten out of control and is spending way too much money that it doesn’t have. We’re going further and further in debt and the whole country will suffer. People say they want change, then why vote for McCain? Do we really need 4 more years of Dubya? Do you really think America will vote him in? That’s handing the white house over to Hillary.
Please google Ron Paul, I recommend watching his interview on Youtube with John Stossel.
However, if you like paying taxes, getting our country in debt, and letting government rule your lives, then perhaps you shouldn’t vote for him.
Thanks for your time, may the best contestant win, I just hope people vote with knowledge of who they are voting for
I don’t understand people changing their vote because the perceived notion that their candidate won’t win the primary. If everyone used this logic then the poll front runner should receive 100% of the vote. Please don’t let the media or polls convince you that your candidate can’t win! As for Rudy being done after florida… If people actually get out there and vote for him he could do surprisingly well… All he needs is a little momentum going into super tuesday, afterall NY is one of those states to vote then. If he can get back on the map he surely should be able to carry NY. GO RUDY!!! Vote for the best candidate.. not the one that “they” say is going to win.
PS. A month ago Obama was suppose to be leading by 10 points over clinton and he lost that primary. Don’t give up!

He cut taxes in NYC by denying pay raises to the officers of the NYPD, leaving them as one of the lowest paid city officers in the United States of America…hey …. if Rudy wants to lead an army make sure you know that he’s not gonna pay them. Oh but, he gave HIMSELF three pay raises.

Rudy’s own children do not like him. He can never win the affection of the public.
Wake up, people! The liberal media has endorsed John McCain because they KNOW he will lose to Hillary Clinton in the general election. Rudy Giuliani mastered the second hardest job on Earth, Mayor of NYC. He jailed white collar criminals and fought organized crime in the 1980’s. He returned NYC back to being the nation’s greatest city during the 1990’s after David Dinkins Democratic administration ran it into the ground. Rudy did the same for NYC as Reagan did for our country when he took over from Jimmy Carter; he took us from the worst of times to the best!
Don’t listen to the media! Elect Rudy Giuliani President!
AMEN PAUL
Rudy is our only hope he is the most well rounded on all the issues! And I believe the most quailified for the job. McCain on Economics has to depend on others to coach him through as he stated himself by the list of names he rattled off (twice)on the last debate in FL. I have been impressed by Rudy’s record of sucess long before 911. Romney’s pandering is the only thing about him you can count on! And Huckabee knowedge re foreign policy is sad he doesn’t even understand that Jordan is our ally not to mention the earlier snafu he came out with on pakistan after Bhutto was assinated he suffers from open mouth insert foot syndrome!
RUDY is very articulate and quick on the mark and is the only one that will beat Hillary in a debate, Mcain is way to passive even Clinton himself said it would be a lovefest between the two because they are friends!!
I am very worried about how easily the media can sway people with there polls!
Vote for RUDY it’s not over til it’s over!!!
Rudy is the guy to beat
He can take on all the heat
He is tough , Knows how to lead
in New York, He’s seen them bleed.
This video says it all..
http://youtube.com/watch?v=RRODJcPq_Js
Everybody I know has voted for Rudy . I think there will be a big shock .
I read an article the other day that listed all of the qualifications that Republicans have been longing for in a Leader and then pointed out one by one how Mitt Romney fit that description. By the way, being a good Mormon, is a plus, which anyone who knows anything about them realizes.
I have felt that McCain would be my second choice, until these last few days he has resorted to lying knowingly. He could not even look the camera in the “eye”. There were three obvious blatant lies he promoted these last few days. Shame on him.
Here are five great reasons Rudy should be the GOP nominee:
http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/01/rudy_giuliani_should_be_gop_no.html
People of Florida vote for Rudy. Don’t wait do it today. The polls are open now!
I live in N.Y. for 37 years and i have seen first hand what no other mayor has been able to accomplish what Rudy has.The crime was out of control drugs sold on every corner you had to walk your kids everywhere so they would be safe. The homeless in Manhattan all over the place you were tripping over them. And not to mention Times Square with all the adult video shops and peep shows drawing in every creep from across the city.Welefare was at an all time high.Nobody wanted to visit this great city and if they did it wasent for long .Rudy cleaned up my city my neighboorhood block by block police where ererywhere making arrests.Welefare became workfare Rudy wasent giving out handouts especially if you had two arms and two legs you worked for it.Rudy fought hard in New yorks trenches not only with his crime fighting ability but by bringing the city back from financial termoil to a financial sucess by cutting taxes and bringing bisneses to the city.So i tell you from the horses mouth he has gotten the job done up here.Rudy you have my vote and beleive me many others.
I ditto Dave!!!
Go Rudy!!!
I love his ad.
Love the youtube parody too.
I am predicting a Rudy upset based on my informal statewide poll.
Rudy 31%
Romney 24%
McCaine & others trailing Romney.
here is a website about Rudy in Florida
http://godomingo.com/rudy.html
Rudy you win hands down ” upstate N.Y.” and all of “Long Island” all you need is a few from N.Y.C. and New york is yours.
Surprise Suprise,Rudy wins tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I live in Long Island N.Y. and i dont no anyone who is not voteing for Rudy.
“ditto” go Rudy
“ditto” go Rudy
As an employee of NYC (yes, some conservatives are also in civil service), I know that Rudy’s not necessarily a likeable person. I may not want to mix with him socially. But would I want him to lead our country forward? You bet - I was having the opportunity to vote for him tomorrow. I agree with all the posters who mention that McCain the favorite to lose to the dems.
So Go Rudy!! Let’s cut taxes, whip Islamofacism and let him do for the entire nation what he did for NYC!
I’m from NY and I -LOVE- Rudy… but will conservative america?
4 things you may not know about Rudy:
- Rudy has always supported abortion and still does… lots of people dont realize it, he cant escape his long tenure in NYC and all those press releases and press conferences…
- Rudy is pro gun control, its one of the ways he “cleaned up” NYC. He believes he can replicated that across the US.
- Rudy is PRO GAY MARRIAGE. He has been very clear on this point, and if the changes his mind, well you know how the dems will use his past record and his past statements.
- Rudy is VERY liberal in many social issues including affirmative action (which he supports and promoted while mayor), ‘alternative families’ including gay and lesbians and ’swingers’. When he separated from his second wife, he lived with his Gay Friend.
BTW, none of these are good reasons not to like him, he is a fiscal conservative and he would kick the ass of our enemies… but will conservative america vote for him once they realize these things?
What a bunch of losers you all are. Obama is going to be the choice of the Dems, and he’s going to destroy whatever idiot Republican you fools vote for. Go Rudy! Go McCain! Yeah, right! The American people are smarter than that. We’ve seen what eight years of a moron in the White House has done. You’re all in denial if you think another Republican will be elected president in 2008.
McLame’s Keating 5
America wants something new, Rudy surely isn’t it, and neither is McCain. Not even the supreme court can make this work. Maybe the dibolt machines will help you all out.
Obama has a vision, what is the republican vision, leave the rich more in taxes? Please go right ahead and re-sell trickle down economics, really.
Oboma has vision, and you know, someone with new vision at this point, albeit not fully jelled trumps same old left overs.
A few post up is by a man named Domingo Tilingo. He got a moving story which is exactly why Rudy should be president. Click on my name if you want objective facts.
If Mcain is nominated I like Thousands of others will not vote. He is not going to redefine our party.
Rudy my whole family and friends are voteing for you today good luck !!!!!!!!!
every day i wake up to the problems of a small business owner in a real big world i think mr rudy has me in mind, and can make my life a little safer and help me in day to day problems. he has always inpressed me and i look up to him for what he did on 9-11. he is the man for the job. if he is not #1 in the race he’ll make a great #2. thanks for your time and have fun in the race! andy
I have been voteing Republican for 35 yrs and for the first time in my life if Mcain is nominated i will vote Democrate. A trully sad state of affairs.
your right it has to be done he is to liberal for me and my family.i would rather vote with the dems.
