We are all getting a little tired of Mitt Romney's lies about everyone. He is a multi-millionaire that has purchased the media (Bain Capital/Clear Channel) and now he is trying to purchase the White House. I am for Huckabee but I will vote anyone over Romney.

This is why I like Mike Huckabee. I have been in engineering for 20 years and one thing I learned in those twenty years is that making money is not about been smart or having good businees acumen, it is about lying or twisting facts in order to get an advantage. I have 0 respect for someone who made lots of money, if that is all I know about the individual. If he went to Stanford or another well known university and made money ethically or he worked for what he earned, then he is truly successful. Most people with money who have been fortunate, or lucky, should not claim that they are successful because they in fact made money on someone else's time and effort, it is called cutting in line. But I would venture to guess most people with money are either descendents of people with money or were giving an advantage by a friend or acquaintance. How is that kind of experience going to help him as a president?

Romney governed Massachusetts as Ted Kennedy lite. Gave the state HILLARYCARE, marched in Gay Pride parades, banned semi autos and praised Sarah Brady, never cut taxes in Taxachuset but raised user fees and surcharges, wants to set a time table to leave Iraq (hear that Osama) and supported abortion on demand and Roe v Wade, denounced Reagan/ Bush. And Its all on video. Other than this, Romney is a great conservative!

to those who think huck is out: do a search on the rest of the south, including texas. the only state where mccain is within 5 points of huck is alabama. mitt is only going to get utah after possibly florida. thats it. and it would turn the stomachs of MANY christians to vote for romney over hillary. DONT DO IT!!!! mitt is more flip flop than kerry. i got to know and like a number of floridans while in the army in georgia. mccain doesnt have the support to beat obama. ONLY huckabee will draw the evangelicals to the vote. i hope you guys get that.

I would just like to comment that this is not relgious war. Huckabees relgion is fine and so is Mitt Romneys. I think that it is high time for Christians to work together. Mormons are Christians. The theology difference between them doesn't change the fact that Mormons worship the same Jesus Christ in the bible as all other Christian relgions do, and have similiar Jedo-Christian values as every other Christian does. Not everything is exactly the same, but maybe Evangelicals would do good to stop rejecting everyone not exactly like them, and seeing the great ally they have in Mormons. There is no need to attack other people's relgious beliefs here; we are for the same things.
I think that is should matter more what kind of a person is running for President, not what church he goes to. Huckabee seems like a nice guy, but is he really what America needs? Romney may have changed his stance from pro-choice to pro-life, but he hasn't waiverd on much else. There is no canidate that has never changed anything. I would think that someone who has never changed anything has never learned anything. Mitt is definately what this country needs right now and think will breathe life into Washington. I can't wait for him to shake things up! I think that the way someone lives their life speaks volumes about who they are. Mitt Romney is a father who has gained the love and respect of his family. He served a full time mission for God when he was nineteen, this takes a lot of faith and commitment to God. He ran an honorable and successful business, and made tons of money and could retire nicely and let the rest of life pass away on easy street. But no, he wants to make a difference! This is good honorable man, and hope that relgious differences don't blind people from seeing a true diamond in the rough!

Some kid posted here that Mitt Romney initiated Mass. same-sex marriage. Come on already. While Mitt Romney was Governor he testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee about the negative effects that same-sex marriage would have on Mass. and the country. You can google it and find the complete text. Senator Kennedy was sitting there during the hearing trying to trip Romney up; Senator Kennedy even tried to insult Romney's understanding of the law. There was a classic moment when Romney said something along the lines of "well Senator, since I managed to ramble my way through law school, perhaps you will let me share some thoughts." Romney then went on to lay down his argument. Just for the record, he managed to ramble his way through Harvard Law School. Now I know at least one Harvard Law grad that isn't particularly brilliant, but Mitt Romney is brilliant. When the Mass. legislature passed the same-sex marriage bill, Mitt Romney was instrumental in making sure that people could not travel from states other than Mass. and get a same-sex marriage. A few minutes on google will yield all kinds of reports from that time period. Even better, you can read Mitt Romney's own words before the committee. I don't wish bad luck upon any candidate. I just hope to get the chance to cast my vote for Mitt Romney in the general election. Go Romney.

Saw the ebate las night in Florida...Hukabee is in real trouble...people are finallyu beginning to see
the true qualifications of the candidates. Time for Mike Huckabee to pack bags and quitmaking a mockery of his faith. He says he is a man of faith but his mouth and body language show his contempt for soe of the other candidates. Bearing false witness, coveting, and thesecond greates comandment is Love thy neighbor as thyself.
I saw Mike Huckabee laugh when Naughty Norris made his old age remark about McCain...he trie to distance himself from that during the debate n Florida.
Finally the people have narrowed it down to Romney and McCain... Rmnay can win the election.
He is the man to fix Washington.....If he can keep this up with most of the media biased against him, his fellw Republican candidates against im and now the Democras admitting they are worried about Romney too....get on board America.....we have found our man...finally...let's come together as people that love our Country and turn the economy around, fix Washinton and show
the world that we do have a future even strongerthan our past.
SUPPORT ROMNEY AN SAVE THIS NATION....
Good job Ron Paul but we can not run away from Iraq. My nephew died there...this is persnal to a lot of people. Who wants to end up watching a war fougt on American soil because we waved a white flag and gave up. What knd of signal does that sent to the terrorist?
Florida Debate best ever. Keep it up Romney!!!

After the debate last night, it became clear that Romney is heads and shoulders above all the other GOP candidates. He had the best grasp of the economy - which will be the major issue of this election. Romney won the nomination last night!!!
