One more thing, I tried the website that asks you questions about abortion, gay marriage, faith etc. then matches your candidate. Duncan Hunter seems to speak for me. I just wish he had been heard in the debates. Maybe others would have heard him speak for them too.

The add is distastful. But I have said and said that on issues that matter to me Guiliani is a raging liberal, and does not support or represent the values the replublican party espouses.
I admit I am more conservative than most, but my voice counts too, so while I am not sure who will get my vote, odds are it will more a matter of voting against guiliani and other lefters, and to a lesser extent trying to find a conservative who is tough enough to do the job. (lets huckabee out, sorry.)

The Dems have everything to gain by smearing Giuliani. He is their worst nightmare GOP candidate to go against because he has real positive records of changes that he has done. Either Hillary or Obama can claim that they have indeed implement major changes that has turned one of the largest populated city and economy around….In fact, no one in this race can claim this. These attacks are ridiculous and will surely back-fired. Blaming Rudy for bad radios…..and btw, Rudy’s team is too gentle…they should point out that the 911 commission report clearly stated that the fire fighter’s casualties were not due to faulty radios. Did we forget! radical islamic terrorists killed these fire fighters along with thousands of men, women and children…..Not Rudy! For this liberal organization to have the audacity to send out fliers to conservative republicans and claim that Rudy caused deaths on 911 while giving the actual terrorists a pass is a slap in the face. This is typical liberal twisted fantasies and lies. Appealing to americans to forget that thousand of their innocent brothers and sister died all because they are americans citizens and point the finger to the one man that showed incredible coolness, calm and leadership during the worst crisis in our history is nonsense. So, you all are calling the NYFD a bunch of morons? 5 years ago, this same bunch of right-wing extremists were calling the NYFD “heros” for their bravery on 9/11.

What a bunch of wishy washy people you are. You call yourselves conservative? You make me want to puke. Rudy is gun grabbing, pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage, big spending politician that hires unqualified yes men (Bernard Kerrick). He is no friend of the American people, nor of Republicans. That is unless you’re an investment banker, the largest single financier of his campaign.

Wake up. Rudy is a member of the Council on Foreign relations.

Finally, who knows Rudy and his true policies better than people who worked under him, regardless of political affiliation.

Rudy stinks to high heaven of corruption (Bernard Kerrick, Guiliani parters).

I pray to God that this corrupt character does not get the Republican nomination.

Conservatives in this country have forgotten the meaning of the word. Honor and follow the Constitution, defend the Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic. Rudy is another neocon, an enemy of the Constitution, just like his buddy W. By the way, how many times has this so-called Catholic been married and cheated on his wife? IF he cannot honor a marriage vow, how can we expect him to honor any oath?

Here’s a real treasure: Rudy on Freedom: “Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do.”

That’s a fascist concept if ever there was one. Right wing extremism and conservatism are two different things.

My father in law was a *volunteer* fire chief, he didn’t take one dime for his service and they held big auctions every year to raise money to pay for the equipment they needed. So do our volunteer firefighters in this town. If YOU knew your radios were inadequate, then it was YOUR JOB to see that they got new ones and not send them into those towers without them. I wonder how much of this is a cover for personal guilt, frankly. I’m sorry about your loss, but seeking revenge and pretending you or your own political side is completely innocent is not right, either. Get real. The Lord cannot comfort you if you do not follow in His Way. Turn to Him and find healing. Again, I’m so sorry, but you are pushing too far.

To stunned - Rudy made his handling of 9-11 the issue, he’s using it as a reason to vote for him, so it is fair to question what he did. But it also fair to question people’s motives who are speaking out against him and try to discern what is true and what isn’t, what was reasonable to expect of him under the circumstances and what wasn’t, etc. I don’t think this ad was really necessary, but to pretend that politicians have a right to free speech and citizens don’t is fascist and I am stunned that so many of you are buying into that unConstitutional kind of oppression, including John McCain, Diane Feingold, and Fred Thompson who voted for their bill.

I agree with some of what these firefighters are saying, but not other things. They are also union and supporting Democrats, that makes no sense considering how the Clintons stripped our military and they were the ones in power when the CIA/FBI and ICE was such a mess, a problem which Bush inherited when he became president and led to 9-11, to begin with! No, I do not think they are completely honest, neither is Giuliani, and take it from there…
