OK, let me get this straight. Evangelicals are dead set against Mitt? They would never vote for him? So in a straight up contest next November between Mitt and a woman who is pro-abortion and known for lying, hiding records, forgetting facts (although she's supposedly genius-level), and for being married to a guy who is even better at all those things, the aforementioned evangelicals would rather vote Democrat than Republican? Or they would rather stay home and not vote, which is the same thing as voting Democrat? Remember: The only thing necessary for triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. Has everyone forgotten Vince Fowler and his ties to Hillary? By the way, I prefer Congressman Ron Paul over Governor Mitt Romney. It's time America, please, to get the Clintons off the public dole. Please don't elect Billary.

Mitt will be a President America can be proud of.

No Scandal's like Slick Willy, and he won't pronouce the word 'nucular' like "W."
Not even the stuffy acadamians will snear at one as eloquent as Mitt.

I moved to MA in 1993 after getting my PhD to become a professor in Cambridge. I chatted with Mitt Romney on several occasions and was extremely impressed with his intellect and integrity. I didn't have to dumb down my explanations the way I would to most non-scientists. However, more than his intelligence, it was his humility and down-to-earth manner that really struck me. Here was a fellow that was incredibly successful, that was famous, rich, etc. but you would never know it from the way he would ask you about your family, how the kids were, etc. I've met many powerful people in my time, and have been "brushed off" by many, but Mitt Romney always took the time to be friendly and interested in others.

By the way, my kids have attended MA public schools, which were fantastic. Both before Romney was governor and since. If you were at all unbiased and resided in MA you can't help but be impressed with how Romney governed in everything from the Big Dig fiasco he inherited, to fiscal management of the state. Of course, we have a huge number of Kennedy Democrats in this state who will never admit it...

'The RINO's will start jumping ship soon. The test between conservatives and the hanger ons who benefit only from certain things conservatism brings to the table are beginning to rear their ugly heads. the party faithfuls won't be fooled though, and even Huckabee's evangelicals know which side their bread is buttered on. If Romney wins Florida, McCain is toast. His pandering ways with the veterans fly only because of his war record, but are still in reality quite low brow, as I presume his presidency would also be. His loyalty to his party has been a self promoting roller coaster ride. Now he comes to his party with hat in hand and says, let me fool you one more time, and I promise everything will be ok. Forget that I was willing to destroy the party's coalition strength to further my own career. Or that I was willing to tag team the party's real conservative candidates with Huckabee to get my foot in the door. I promise to be a good conservative now. And the scary part is that the RINO's are saying, "yea, we can get get alot of conservatives to salute that flag, let's go for it". Time for the republican party to show it's real colors, red, or PURPLE.

I agree that Mitt's church will not have improper influence over his presidency. I've heard no complaints that it did during his service as governor, so why expect anything different.

Many evanglicals support Mitt. Here is an example of a web site where evangelicals advocate to their fellow evangelicals that Mitt is the best choice. For a balanced view, please check it out.

Another Republican administration on the heels of 8 years of Bush-Cheney would be economic, political and military suicide for the U.S. Surely even the most ardent GOP supports can understand this simple reality.

Mitt is our man !!! He is the brightest, most articulate of all the Rep. candidates. He does not wear his religion on his sleeve. Contrast him with good old boy Huck (He scares me!). Who would you want to represent the USA meeting with world leaders??
