Stuck in idle, Rudy seeking a “Jumpstart” in Florida
Pensacola, FL — Giuliani is continuing to hammer home his message of tax cuts and fiscal conservatism as he conducts a two-day swing through the heavily conservative Florida panhandle. Despite having the state all to himself for the last few weeks, polls show Giuliani stuck in idle, in a statistical tie with Romney, McCain and Huckabee in the state. (See purple trend line above c/o pollster.com)
With that, the campaign is launching their new TV ad, “Jumpstart,” hoping to reinforce his new fiscal conservative push and pander a bit to FL voters on catastrophe insurance. The campaign sees McCain and Romney as vulnerable on the issue of tax cuts.

Mitt Romney is now, and has been for several weeks, leading in both popular vote and delegate count by a large margin. He has doubled his nearest competitor in delegate count and holds a large margin of victory in the popular vote. Am I the only person that thinks its time for the Republican Party to start getting behind the ONLY person who has been consistently successful in all the early states and that shows signs of being able to defeat the dems in November?
Question:
Our economy isn’t looking to great, who do you want to hire to fix it; a minister, a politician, or an extremely successful businessman?
I don’t know which is worse:
Fox News can’t find anything worthwhile to report on Rudy — so this is considered news
OR
The people of the great State of Florida actually believe Rudy will do what he says.
Well…the add spins pretty well. Ron Paul has fought to delivered far more tax relief than Giuliani ever dreamed of by voting “no” on more wasteful spending again and again. I guess it’s easier to deliver “actual” tax relief when you’re a mayor of a city than a congressman.
From the graph it dosent look like a statistical tie, it looks like Rudy has maintained an advantage.
Rudy will never beat Ron Paul cause he is a 2nd rate politician that just wants to suck this country dry! Another round will prove that though. Oh yeah! Fox needs to stop promoting McCain and Rudy so much, I have not heard one good word about Dr. Paul from Fox and he still gets more votes then the Ghoul!
Do you think Rudy is behind the new SwiftBoat attack of McCain?
Read about it here: http://www.politiporn.com
Yes, Rudy has ended up behind Ron Paul in 2 primaries. To gain their supporters, he’s going to start admitting that he planned 9/11.
Ron Paul, and his followers, are lunatics. Very, very scary people.
There are three viable candidates to run against the democrats: 1) Romney 2) McCain 3) Rudy.
Rudy should be the GOP nominee. Here is the reason why:

what message is rudy sending by cut and run tactics in states he thought he would have to fight in and focusing only in states he thinks will be a cake walk for him. There are so many retired NYers in FL its like a southern extension of NY.
While giving a speech before the NRA, Rudy Giuliani’s cell phone rang and he answered. After finishing his cell phone conversation, he told the crowd that it was his wife who called. She called to tell him that they didn’t have any milk at home and she asked if he could stop by the 9/11 and pick some up.
Rudy is a dirtbag. He is married to the woman he cheated on his last wife with. His daughter doesn’t even like him - why should we?
And he left a massive deficit in New York - even after 9/11 was factored in. Some fiscal conservative. The guy is a democrat for crying out loud. Tax and spend! Tax and spend! Yes, Rudy raised taxes!
He wants Florida to vote for him because half of Florida consists of retired New Yorkers. Rudy doesn’t know how to fix our economy. Rudy just knows how to talk about 9/11.
A Burns, what qualifies you to judge someone’s personal life? Were you a part of the events Giuliani encountered during his personal life? Yet, you judge them as if you were there first-hand. Some Republicans have become so judgemental. Giuliani has been a proven leader in the face of the most daunting situations. But some here don’t want to admitt that.
Tell me A Burns, what about the mother who’s child was saved because of the crime reduction that Giuliani produced while Mayor of New York.
AND YES, what about the LEADERSHIP Giuliani provided during 9/11. He was there when it really mattered.
When America was struck down on it’s knees, Giuliani was there. When firemen and rescue workers needed help and encourgement, Giuliani was there to give them a hand.
When families that lost loved ones and needed a shoulder to cry on, the Mayor was there.
During America’s DARKEST HOUR, Giuliani was there!
WHEN THE GOVERNMENT WAS BROKEN AND HE WAS LEFT WITH MILLIONS OF ILLEGEL
IMMIGRANTS, GIULIANI WAS THERE TO OFFER A RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.
Yet some comments are disrepectful to a man which has offered so much. Why? Is it because they feel attacking the opposition is more effective then promoting the positive characteristics of their canidate? I don’t care about parties. I want what’s in the best intrest of this nation, and personally I think that’s a FREE and SAFE America. I firmly believe Giuliani can deliver that.
