This is becoming a nation where breaking the rules is rewarded not punished. No wonder our children feel it is ok to cheat, break the rules...makes one go ummmm. Now back to the big picture !! (after we stumbled on a dollar to save a nickel!) Those state may not count for the Primaries! but do count for the presidency.
