I have been trying to get a surgey done so I can sleep with my wife instead of on the couch. my surgey has been resuled 3 times , finily the V.A. told me to go to a cilvilan doctor . the doctor wants ct and other tests before they do the surgey,the V.A. won't pay for the test only the surgery.
