Huckabee’s Last Minute Pitch to Iowa Caucus-Goers

Mason City, Iowa-

Huckabee campaigning on the last day before the Iowa caucuses tomorrow made a special pitch at a town hall event packed with supporters.

All caucus goers who wear one of my badges it instantly warms your body temperature (laughter). People were saying if they put one of my bumper stickers on their cars they were getting significantly better mileage, some of you are saying you really don’t think that’s going to work. Well try it until November 2008, if it doesn’t work, then you can go ahead and take it off. (Laughter) I do know that realtors across Iowa have said that putting one of those yards signs in a yard actually improves re-sale value of a home. You say you don’t believe any of that? Well believe this: I need u to go to caucus and vote for me!

I bet Iowans won’t like the fact that Huckabee is out in Los Angeles playing games while Romney is talking to the voters of Iowa.

Huskter (Gomer) is finished. This one trick pony has already performed. His 15 minutes of fame are fading quickly.

He’s shown us all how incompetent his is with his foreign affairs knowledge. If the good people of Iowa have any self respect, they will cast their vote elsewhere (I’m not pushing anybody in particular - just somebody that won’t make Iowa look silly and not taken seriously) Gomer isn’t qualified to pump my gas - let alone be in charge of the free world.

Huckabee is a blatant liar!!! He rehearsed that attack ad that he supposedly stopped from running, nearly verbatum on CSPAN coverage of his Iowa meeting at Smokey Joes Coffee House during a Media Question and Answer … I heard that same ad no less than four times during that Q&A… He must have thought it was pretty clever, so much so that he went right out and had it made into an Attack ad he tried to disguise as ” setting the record straight with the truth ” Not once did he defend his record with facts, just the same canned answer that became a so called ” unreleased ad ” Then It sounds as if his camp told him how stupid he was.. But of course we already know that..

Huckebee has to get all the free face time he can get… since he has no money and only his flock as support… what will happen to his numbers in states with fewer evanglelicals… Can you say “bottom dweller”

Wow, Cartman & BryanA what a one-two combination? Why do you have such hate for Southerners (Gomer) and Evangelicals (stupid)? I thought the venom from the Bush haters was bad, but if y’all are Republicans, we’re more divided than I thought.

Why can’t we all just get along?!? (intense laughter)

typical he cares more about fame and seeing his face on the TV….even if that cost him Iowa. Huckabee is a fraud. He is a media hound and seeks a platform to make politics “christian”.
Well I am a Christian and I KNOW that if people like Huckabee continue to try and make gov w/ politics we are doomed for it to backfire. Atheist etc are already out to ban Christianity from everything– if we do not start standing up for our rights to practice freely without hiding but NOT TO PUSH RELIGION ON OTHERS we will end of a secular nation. It is Huckabee and those like him that will cause all Christians to suffer.

Watch this video, then tell me what you think.

He’s not running any negative ads. He just shows you who he is, and what he stands for. He says what he means and means what he says.

I wonder if Mike P.O.S. Huckabee considers the attacks on Romney’s religion as an attack ad??? He obviously had no problem doing that. He is grasping at straws for what he will never have!

You’re right Huckabee does not have the money other canidates have, thus you know hes free of special interest groups. And big biz influence. He stands for the common man. like myself I am not religious I support him becouse of his stance on tax issues, Immagration, And believe it or not his foreign policies. I believe he has my best interests at heart. Personally I could care less if the big money canidate (MITT) got bit. have a nice day. It sounds like you all are a little angry, It is my belief it is a little misguided, Because I am angry to but I am directing it at the politions in power, and those that have alowed the coperates and special interests to devide this great country up and pass it out, like candy. Huckabee is the man for the job.

I have yet to see any thing that would lead me to believe Huck has lied about anything. Im sorry your big money man is getting bit. Huckabee is making a good race of it, with out the big money and special interests. For that reason alone you better take him more serious, becouse his backers are growing, and most are like me, the common working man with small donations.

To the refereince Ron Paul will win, I dont think so but he is delivering a very clear message to the current politisions, America is tired of there buricractic qwagmire, I’m tired of the government greed, wilst our social security system is squanderd. The tax system is rediculious, Huckabee is the man with a real chance and I will be voting for him on his forem . I could care less what religion he has I symply dont care. Its a free country. C- ya
