All in the Family, New Hampshire edition
Hillary Clinton brought her mother Dorothy and daughter Chelsea to the Carter Hill Orchard in Concord, NH today, as part of her continuing effort to soften her image in the early states. She calls these sorts of events “The Hillary I Know;” the campaign trots out constituents and and friends who’ve been helped by the New York Senator to show voters the side of the candidate they don’t usually see.
Both of her surrogates today were Republicans who spoke in glowing terms about Sen Clinton — emphasizing the theme of bipartisanship in a state where Independent voters can swing an election.
The campaign is currently running ads featuring Mrs. Rodham and Chelsea, and the trio campaigned across Iowa two weeks ago. This is her family’s first campaign visit to New Hampshire.

I live in New Hampshire and this was a great event. She’s talking to three-generation groups today again in Keene as well, where one of the universtiies are located.
