I used to support Fred but he went negative and had not established a platform of ideas, covered where he stands on the issues or explained even why he wants to become the President. Bush Jr. let me down, so I’m being more careful this time. Huckabee has the fair tax and if you listen to him explain (and try to understand) why he’s done the things he’s done and realize he is not a bought and paid for candidate like Mitt or Fred, he really sounds appealing. I also like the fact he doesnt have a silver spoon sticking out of his mouth. GO MIKE!

No platform?!?! Are you kidding? Have you even been to his website? fred has the most comprehensive plans and proposals on a range of issues of any of the candidates. What does Mike H. have but a lot of smooth talk. he’s a nice guy, don’t get me wrong…. but not a true conservative or even close. Your Huckananny published some juvenile piece about illegal immigration that bears no substance. Here is an email I recieved from the Minutemen about Jim Gilchrist’s endorsement and your Huckananny’s immigration record and plan:

I think the posters above have said it well enough. Fred IS the ONLY candidate to have his platform out in the open. Mike’s a nice guy, I used to live in Arkansas and he did a good job of running the state. But he’s not the true conservative, his stance on taxes alone scares me.

I still believe we will see a surge in Fred’s numbers. his relentless last days of the campaign bus tour will get him up in the numbers. He did this when running for senator….came from way back. I think it’s his style, and I like it. The American people are too fickle. and will changed their minds several more times between now and election day.

In the end, if it came down to Mike…I could support him easier than Mitt or Rudy……

I agree with Mark. Why aren’t there as many articles about Fred? Fox and the other MSM have ignored the plans Fred Thompson has laid out. I have quit watching Fox News-and let me tell you I watched everynight. Fair and Balanced has gone right out the window, as well as the socalled conservative news. I am truly disappointed with the media. Prove me wrong-show some support for Fred’s ideas, just like you have pushed Rudy, Mitt, and Mike. Let us all see how fair you truly can be and before more damage is done to a man who rightfully should be our next President!!!

Why should criminals be the only ones to have guns? Law abiding citizens have the right to bear arms, for hunting and for protection.

Entering the race in a more traditional time frame may be some of the reason that his platform is not as publicized as the others. However, he has a very comprehensive platform that reflects his strong federalist values and his principled approach to the issues our country faces. Patriot Post and Human Events have both endorsed Fred for much the same reason that I like him, sound federalist fundamentals.

The primaries seem to have moved up some and actually did Fred a disservice. It was good, however, to see him become a bit more passionate last week. He says what he means and appears to mean what he says. I do not believe that he got in too late rather the whole race began a bit too early. I just hope that they all stay engaged for much of the way and even past super Tuesday.

It seems that many of the Democratic candidates have jumped ship and left it a 3-person race. Too bad. I was liking Richardson until this past debate. He seemed to have lost his momentum emotionally and his sense of purpose faded. The least experienced of all the Democrats are the only ones left. Kind of early to bug out but it is what it is.

Dittos! Crime reports show that States who allow concealed weapons permits are experiencing reductions. Lots of stories about private gun owners fending off criminals and protecting themselves and their property. I believe that It is kind of how we got started.

In my opinion, FRED is the ONLY CONSERVTIVE in the race. I wish he had gotten off his lazy ass earlier, and I prey he’s not too late. Huck is nice guy, I honor McCain’s service & sacrifice but they’re both TOO LIBERAL, and the mayor of NY is just too slick for me. If Fred had been in the early “debates” he’d be miles ahead now. Kick-in your bucks to FRED before it’s too late.
