Obama’s Opening Statement; DMR Debate

Each candidate receives a short 30 seconds to give an opening statement

Senator Obama’s:

He drew from his stump speech and quoted Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., saying we need to act on “the fierce urgency of now.”

Now is the time, Obama said, to make changes the country needs. He concluded with a request that Iowans caucus for him.
